Abstract

本发明公开了一种木螺丝,在螺头的底面上设置有多个辅助切削区,同时任两相邻的该等辅助切削区间形成有一平面区;其中,该每一辅助切削区具有至少两呈间隔设置且形成于该底面上的切槽,且相连的该等切槽连接处形成有一切刃;锁设时,当该底面接触该木板时的表面时,该木板的钻孔周围所产生的毛边,将可有效受到该切刃斩断并刮除,同时刮除后的毛边切屑将可容置于该等切槽内,故锁合后不会有任何毛边凸伸于该螺头外,促使该螺头能够紧密贴平于工件的木板表面上,有效增进锁固效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺丝设计,尤其是指一种用于锁设于木材上的木螺丝。 
背景技术
参阅图1、图2,现有木螺丝1包含有一螺头11,一由该螺头11向外延伸的杆体12,以及一设于该杆体12另一端的锁合部13;其中,该杆体12上环设有多个螺牙121;另,该螺头11具有一顶面111,一相反于该顶面111设置且呈锥拔状的底面112,以及多个分别间隔设于该底面112上的凸肋113;配合参阅图3,当该木螺丝1用于木板2上锁设时,其利用该锁合部13抵触于该木板2上后,并且施予一旋转力道后,初步于该木板2上钻出一钻孔21,透过该螺牙121持续带动该杆体12锁入该钻孔21内,直至该螺头11碰触到该木板2时,该等凸肋113刮除该钻孔21周围的毛边,使得该螺头11能紧密平贴于该木板2上,借以完成该等木板2的锁固。 
然而,实际使用后发现,现有该木螺丝1具有下列缺失产生,详述如下: 
1、由于木板由具有弹性力的木纤维材质组成,加上该等凸肋呈间隔的设计,故当该等凸肋欲斩断该毛边时,往往因为该等凸肋呈间隔设置因素,加上木纤维弹性力的影响,使得该等凸肋无法有效刮除、斩断该钻孔21周围的毛边,造成该螺头因毛边凸起,而无法平贴于该钻孔21上,造成锁设效果不佳。
2、仍续前述,同时部分受到该凸肋113斩断的毛边,该螺头11也无没有提供容屑空间供该毛边容置,造成锁合后部分毛边凸伸于该螺头11外,更造成锁固效果不佳,实须改善。 
有鉴于此,本设计人针对上述木螺丝结构设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本案。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种木螺丝,其可有效刮除钻孔周围的毛边外,同时亦可提供足够的空隙供刮除后的毛边存放,避免锁合后毛边凸伸于螺头外,并且使该螺头能够紧密贴平于于木板的表面上,以达到较佳的锁固效果。 
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是: 
一种木螺丝,其包含有一螺头,一由该螺头向外延伸的杆体,以及一设于该杆体另一端的锁合部;其中,该螺头具有一顶面,以及一由该顶面向下延伸且呈锥拔状的底面;该杆体上则环设有多个螺牙,且该等螺牙依一定螺旋角度环绕设置;该底面设置有多个辅助切削区,同时任两相邻的该等辅助切削区间形成有一平面区,其中,该每一辅助切削区具有至少两呈间隔设置且形成于该底面上的切槽,且相连的该等切槽连接处形成有一切刃。
上述杆体上且于该螺牙与该螺头间设有一无牙区。 
上述杆体上且于该螺牙与该无牙区间设有一扩孔区,且该扩孔区上形成有间隔设置的多个螺纹,且该等螺纹与该杆体中心的螺旋角度大于该螺牙与杆体中心的螺旋角度。 
采用上述结构后,本发明木螺丝借由该辅助切削区的切刃、切槽设计,使得该木螺丝于钻孔过程于钻孔周围所产生的毛边,将可有效受到该等切刃的刮除外,同时刮除后的毛边切屑将可容置于该等切槽内,故锁合后不会有任何毛边凸伸于该螺头外,而使得该螺头能够紧密贴平于工件的木板表面上,进而增进锁固效果。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。 
在本发明被详细描述之前,要注意的是,在以下说明中,类似组件是以相同的编号来表示。 
参阅图4,本发明第一较佳实施例,木螺丝3包含有一螺头31,一由该螺头31向外延伸的杆体32,以及一设于该杆体32另一端的锁合部33;其中,该杆体32上则环设有多个螺牙321,且该等螺牙321依一定螺旋角度环绕设置;另,该螺头31具有一顶面311,以及一由该顶面311向下延伸且呈锥拔状的底面312,配合参阅图5,前述该底面312设置有多个辅助切削区34,同时任两相邻的该辅助切削区34间形成有一平面区35,并且于该每一辅助切削区34具有至少两呈间隔设置且形成于该底面312上的切槽341,且相连的该等切槽341连接处形成有一切刃342,而本实施例中,该底面312是以设置有四个辅助切削区34,且每一辅助切削区34是以设置有三个切刃342、两个切槽341为例说明;至于,该锁合部33于本实施例中,是以呈尖锥状为例表示。 
参阅图6,动作时,将该木螺丝3锁设于一木板4时,先借由该锁合部33抵触该木板4上,并施予该螺头31的顶面一旋转力,以使该锁合部33、螺牙321切削该木板4,并于该木板4上切削出一钻孔41,同时该钻孔41周围将因为该锁合部33、螺牙321的切削而产生毛边,而后该螺牙321将顺着该钻孔41而持续带动该杆体32旋入该木板4内,直至该螺头31接近该钻孔41处时,因为该每一辅助切削区34由多个切刃342、切槽341组成,同时由于该切刃342紧接切槽341后又连接另一切刃342的设计,将可使得该毛边受到该任两切刃342拉紧后而斩断,进而消除该毛边因木纤维的弹性而难以斩断的因素,借以达到对该钻孔41周围的毛边进行刮除动作外,同时受到该等切刃342所刮除后的毛边,亦可存放于该切槽341内,故锁合后不会有任何毛边凸伸于该螺头31外,如此能使得该螺头31不会因为该钻孔41周围毛边影响,促使该螺头31能更紧密贴平于该木板4表面上,有效增进该木螺丝3与木板4的锁固效果。 
参阅图7,本发明第二较佳实施例,其仍包含有螺头31、杆体32、锁合部33等构件,且前述的构件与欲产生的功效皆与第一实施例相同,恕不详述,特别是本实施例中,该杆体31上且位于螺牙321与螺头31间另设有一无牙区36,并且同时于该无牙区36与螺牙321间又设置有一扩孔区37,而前述该扩孔区37上形成有间隔设置的多个螺纹371,且该等螺纹371与该杆体中心的螺旋角度371α大于该螺牙321与杆体中心的螺旋角度321α;是以,当该木螺丝3用于锁固两木板(图中未示)的固定时,该等螺纹371可将刮除该木板的钻孔内壁毛边,以降低后续该杆体32锁设时的阻力外,同时借由该无牙区36的设置,以使该任两木板更能紧密接合,进而提升该木螺丝3的锁固力。 
归纳前述,本发明木螺丝借由该等辅助切削区、凸肋的设计,以使该木板的钻孔周围所产生的毛边,将可受到该等凸肋的刮除外,同时刮除后的毛边也可以存放于任两辅助切削区间的空隙内,而使得该螺头能够紧密贴平于该木板表面上,进而增进锁固效果,故能确实达到本发明的目的,爰依法提出申请。 
上述实施例和附图并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。 

Claims (3)

1.一种木螺丝,其包含有一螺头,一由该螺头向外延伸的杆体,以及一设于该杆体另一端的锁合部;其中,该螺头具有一顶面,以及一由该顶面向下延伸且呈锥拔状的底面;该杆体上则环设有多个螺牙,且该等螺牙依一定螺旋角度环绕设置;其特征在于:
该底面设置有多个辅助切削区,同时任两相邻的该等辅助切削区间形成有一平面区,其中,该每一辅助切削区具有至少两呈间隔设置且形成于该底面上的切槽,且相连的该等切槽连接处形成有一切刃。
2.如权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该杆体上且于该螺牙与该螺头间设有一无牙区。
3.如权利要求2所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该杆体上且于该螺牙与该无牙区间设有一扩孔区,且该扩孔区上形成有间隔设置的多个螺纹,且该等螺纹与该杆体中心的螺旋角度大于该螺牙与杆体中心的螺旋角度。
