本发明主要涉及单点及多点门锁装置,更特别地是关于一个更加优化的装置,合并了一个位于可调整位置的手动可旋转锁芯与旋转锁舌之间简单、可靠、基本的传动结构。
背景技术
人们需要将上述提及的简单、可靠的门锁装置进行改善,使其能容易地可调整地安装于门框结构。人们也需要在门锁关上时,门锁元件的组合能够非常有效及可靠。
发明内容
本发明的主要目标是提供一种改进的门锁装置,满足上述需求。基本上,该装置包括一个门锁的传动结构,包括:
a)装在门上的一个旋转锁舌,
b)一个锁盒,
c)一个旋转锁芯,在门打开或关闭过程中,能够被操作进行旋转,
d)一个齿条,通过响应锁芯的旋转对该齿条的竖直方向进行驱动,
e)一个通过被驱动的齿条实现转动的齿轮,
f)一个旋转门锁凸舌,由齿轮驱动,

在图1与图2中,一个门锁外壳10上有一个锁芯11位于门锁外壳的一侧10a,还有锁舌12位于门锁外壳的另一侧10b,与前述的一侧10a形成90°。在门锁外壳中有一个竖立的锁盒14,确定了一个侧面开口14a与外壳上的侧面开口10c对齐。锁舌12在锁止位置时,从侧面伸出穿过所示的开口14a和10c,并可绕着轴15旋转作为对锁芯11旋转的响应,如图2所示。所示的锁芯11可让钥匙插入锁孔110。

图12-14显示了相对于容纳锁壳的竖立门扇边梃60的水平位置,可调整固定锁外壳或框架10的一种部件的装备要点。框架上有一个部分10d,可在10g处螺纹连接一个垫片或推杆61,所述垫片或推杆61竖向轴承连接在垂直门扇边梃60的内侧60c中。一个调整件63伸入螺栓内部,镶嵌孔为六边形,这样当调整件旋转时,螺栓一端压紧表面60c,同时调整框架10相对于边梃的水平位置。竖直方向细长的调整件可通过一个框架壁上匹配的小孔插入门锁框架。
图15-20显示了可调整的锁舌与门锁外壳连接,在门框上下构成装置,以响应锁舌12旋转驱动,锁上门的部件的装备要点。上方的垂直竖杆70响应锁舌12的旋转,向上移动,推动上方锁舌71进入位于门框上方边框结构73上的一个缺口72中;而下方的垂直竖杆74响应所述锁舌的旋转向下移动,将门锁上。竖杆70在76处可操作地连接在一根上方介杆77上,该介杆在门锁外壳内向下延伸到锁舌12上的开口78内,当锁舌如图15所示顺时针旋转时,竖杆70被向上推动;而竖杆74在79处可操作地连接在一个下方介杆80上,该介杆在门锁外壳内向上延伸,在81处镶嵌连接在锁舌上,当锁舌顺时针旋转时,其被向下推动。连接76优选为一种“快拆”连接,可在门锁装入门框边梃60后组成。图17和18显示了位于竖杆70上的一个弹簧84,其被压缩在竖杆77的横向扩展面77a上一根销钉85与竖杆70上一根销钉86之间。弹簧84加强了连接。
图19和20显示了一个旋转调节部件,用于相对所连接的门框90定位一个辅助螺栓71,门框上有托架法兰90a和90b。竖杆70上端70b可调节螺旋连接在螺栓下方结构71b上,这样当竖杆70调节旋转时,螺栓就被向上或向下移动。一个可调整的侧面紧固件93与结构71b上的平面94相啮合,一旦结构完成调整,它可防止结构发生旋转。在图18中,竖杆70上的销钉85从77b上的凹口中释放出来,相对于70旋转90°,可“快速断开”连接。
图21-23显示了锁舌结构的细节,包括通孔150,以及位于通孔中的滚轮151,其从锁舌体152相对两侧伸出,从而
i)可滚动连接在锁盒的限制表面或连接表面上,
ii)或者,通过插入部件与一个弓锯结构啮合,阻止锁舌的工作。
多层结构153形成了锁体及开口150。滚轮可采用陶瓷材料,以抵抗锯齿刺穿力的不足。圆柱形滚轮的耳轴如154所示。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于可选择性地将门锁在门框上的门锁,所述门锁包括:
a)一个锁盒,
b)一个锁舌,绕着一个第一轴枢接至所述锁盒,所述锁舌配置成可选择地定位于一个伸出位置,进而将门置于相对于门框锁闭的位置,以及定位于一个缩回位置,进而将门置于相对于门框打开的位置,
c)一个旋转锁芯,枢接在锁盒上,
d)一个细长的齿条,通过响应锁芯的轴向旋转对该齿条的竖直方向进行驱动,
e)一个枢接至锁盒的齿轮,通过被驱动的齿条实现转动,
其特征在于,还包括:
f)一个旋转的门锁凸舌由所述齿轮驱动,所述门锁凸舌适用于与锁舌啮合,从而在锁舌的伸出和缩回位置上将锁舌可释放地固定;并且,其中所述门锁凸舌的定位可实现选择性地与齿轮啮合,从而释放门锁凸舌和锁舌之间的啮合;
g)一个弹簧,该弹簧将所述门锁凸舌偏移直至能使所述锁舌在伸出或缩回位置保持;
h)一个绕着一个第二轴枢接在锁盒上且耦合至齿轮的锁舌释放连杆,通过齿轮的旋转能使所述锁舌释放连杆移动,其中第一轴与第二轴是不同的轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门锁,其特征在于,包括:
一个用于安装旋转锁芯的锁芯盒,并且该锁芯盒适合安装于所述锁盒里,其中所述锁盒进一步包含水平隔开的若干个凹槽;
以及,所述锁芯盒上设置的一个凸舌,被配置成可选择性定位在其中一个凹槽内,所述的其中一个凹槽用于将锁芯盒固定在所述锁盒中多个所选择的水平位置中的任意位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门锁,其特征在于,包括:
上细长竖杆元件及下细长竖杆元件,在锁舌旋转至伸出位置时伸入锁盒中与锁舌可操作地连接,从而伸入至门框内;
上辅助锁舌,其与所述上细长竖杆元件的一端可操作地连接,
下辅助锁舌,其与所述下细长竖杆元件的一端可操作地连接,其中,所述上辅助锁舌及下辅助锁舌在锁舌旋转至伸出位置时移动进入门框结构;
以及,一个连接在上辅助锁舌上的调整部件,用于对上辅助锁舌进行在垂直方向的调整以响应上细长竖杆元件的旋转,并通过一个紧固部件在垂直方向的调整之后对所述调整部件进行位置的固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门锁,其特征在于,所述门锁凸舌绕着第三轴枢接在所述锁盒上,其中第一轴、第二轴以及第三轴是不同的轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的门锁,其特征在于,所述齿轮绕着第二轴枢接在锁盒上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的门锁,其特征在于,所述锁舌释放连杆包括定位在其上的一个第一缺口和一个第二缺口,其中第一和第二缺口配置用于容纳分别从锁舌中伸出的第一和第二销钉,其中,当所述锁舌释放连杆位于第一转角位置时,第一销钉位于第一缺口里,而当所述锁舌释放连杆位于第二转角位置时,第二销钉位于第二缺口里。
7.根据权利要求1所述的门锁,其特征在于,所述锁舌上有一个通孔,和一个位于通孔中的滚轮,滚轮从锁舌相对的两侧伸出,从而实现与一个或多个与锁盒相关限制表面的滚动连接。
8.一种用于可选择性地将门锁在门框上的门锁,所述门锁包括:
a)一个锁盒,
b)一个锁舌,枢接至所述锁盒,所述锁舌配置成可选择地定位于一个伸出位置,进而将门置于相对于门框锁闭的位置,以及定位于一个缩回位置,进而将门置于相对于门框打开的位置,
c)一个旋转锁芯,枢接在锁盒上,
d)一个细长的齿条,通过响应锁芯的轴向旋转对该齿条的竖直方向进行驱动,
e)一个枢接至锁盒的齿轮,通过被驱动的齿条实现转动,
f)一个耦合至齿轮的锁舌释放连杆,通过齿轮的旋转能使所述锁舌释放连杆在对应于锁盒的第一和第二转角位置之间移动,其中
当位于第一转角位置时,所述锁舌释放连杆将锁舌定位在伸出位置,而当位于第二转角位置时,将锁舌定位于缩回位置;
其特征在于,还包括:
g)一个枢接在所述锁盒上的门锁凸舌,所述门锁凸舌适用于与锁舌啮合,从而在锁舌的伸出和缩回位置上将锁舌可释放地固定。
9.根据权利要求8所述的门锁,其特征在于,所述门锁凸舌的定位可实现选择性地与齿轮啮合,从而释放门锁凸舌和锁舌之间的啮合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的门锁,其特征在于,所述锁舌绕着第一轴枢接在锁盒上,其中所述锁舌释放连杆绕着第二轴枢接在锁盒上,其中门锁凸舌绕着第三轴枢接在门锁外壳上,其中第一轴、第二轴以及第三轴是不同的轴。
11.根据权利要求9所述的门锁,其特征在于,进一步包括一个弹簧,该弹簧将所述门锁凸舌偏移直至能使所述锁舌在伸出或缩回位置保持。
