就其本身而言,所述模具装载有单一密度的产品,在滑车中布置的计量料斗中能发现产品,滑车从模具的一层到另一层具有摇摆运动,滑车退出压床以允许上热板下降以闭合模具顶部。该上热板包括另一具有锯齿形轮廓的板,另一具有锯齿形轮廓的板与下部的具有锯齿形轮廓的板相似,但其齿以交错方式偏移并且它们不会和,以形成具有期望厚度的不平坦表面。
在这些条件下,在填充模具之前,压床的下部液压缸动作,使得除了进行面板的最终压制之外,还使得冲平台上升以确定毯状物的规格,一旦设置,其还将执行脱模的功能。此初始步骤之后,一旦模具已经被填充,因为模具必须完全关闭,所以上部锯齿板下降,上部锯关于其锯齿形区域具有平坦的外围延伸部。锯齿仅集中于中央区域,尽管其很大。
在压制过程中,上部凸起与下部凸起互连但不建立接触,计划厚度的壁与它们一起形成。除了通过改变冲平台的路径能够实现不同的芯板厚度之外,通过测量器系统,锯齿板还能与具有合适长度凸起的其他构件互换。
为了便于理解本发明的特征并形成本说明书的整体部分,附图附上了若干图,下文将显示说明性的和非限制性的特征。
附图说明
图1是根据本发明的空心面板的横截面图,其由空心中央主体和两个外部面板或板片形成,从而获得夹层结构。

具体实施方式
参考附图采用的编号,尤其是图1至图3,本发明的对象空心面板通常用数字1表示,其具有由空心中央主体2以及两个外部盖板或板片3构成的夹层结构,空心中央主体是通过在模具中压制所获得的部分。
芯板或中央面板2本身构成了本发明最新颖的部分,因为芯板或中央面板是通过对木质纤维和脲醛胶进行压制形成的,利用了从框架压床的热板所接收的热量,压床中可以看到模具,模具形成了其一部分,如我们随后将能看到的。
中央面板2具有由倾斜隔板4以之字形(zig-zag)通过手风琴方式形成的结构,但倾斜隔板4不到达面板的边缘。
当板片3之后被胶合至该中央面板2时,空心面板1变得非常耐用而且非常轻。
空心主体的之字形配置通过合并压床的热板中的锯齿板6和7而形成,这些锯齿板在压制阶段互连但没有接合在一起,芯板或中央面板2的隔板4的厚度限定了它们的间隙。锯齿板6和7之间压制的产品提供了倾斜隔板的互连配置,其具有的截头顶端(truncatedvertices)限定了应用粘合剂的表面8,粘合剂接合外部盖板3。
因此,锯齿板6和7的锯齿的槽是平坦的。齿的齿峰被导圆以便于脱模,同时增加耐用性(见图8、图12以及图13)。
在图4至图7,我们可见到的是框架压床10,其具有下部液压缸11,下部液压缸11在整个过程中执行三个功能:首先它们将模具提升至我们所确定的用于由产品14形成的毯状物(blanket)的厚度的高度。可移动滑车16保持有轮子17(图10),轮子沿着刚性地紧固至压床的框架上的轨道18(图6)循环,一旦模具填充有从可移动滑车16的计量料斗15配送和倒出的产品14,上部缸13驱动时下降上热板12,从而模具闭合,并且在压制操作中抬升冲平台30直到到达测量器。
之后,凭借液压缸9提升上热板12,并且升起液压缸11,芯板2被所述的缸推至外围框架19的高度,然后,正如我们在图9中观察到的,一组推进器27上升以从模具锯齿板6拉出面板,所述这些推进器由缸21驱动。
一旦在模具外部用具有夹子(附图中未示出)的滑车之一将芯板移到空心面板的堆放区域,同时料斗再次填充入模具。当滑车16退出时,在压床的相反侧发生新的压制,然后具有夹子的另一滑车从滑车16的另一相反侧将其移除,同时模具再次被料斗15填充。
正如图5中所见,模具的底部的锯齿板6固定至热板20,热板20又搁置在绝缘板29上,绝缘板29防止热量传输至冲平台30(图14),其能够向下移动以接纳产品14以进行压制(见图5),这由一系列液压缸11进行,图15。在模具中接纳的产品14被称为产品毯状物;该毯状物被压制成一定规格,取决于其厚度,该规格能够变化,该规格通过测量器5确定(图6和图14)。
类似事情发生在芯板的上表面,因为闭合模具时(下降具有锯齿板7的上热板12),所述上板7的平坦延伸部34闭合模具(图4和图6)。
另一方面,包含产品14的料斗15在压床的外部,位于压床的一侧或另一侧,以允许下降上热板,上热板闭合模具以执行其压缩。
图10和图11显示了具有包含产品14的大料斗15的滑车16的几何形状。中央旋转辊39设置有叶片并且优选地通过两个传送带40供给产品14,两个传送带40朝向中心行进,随着产品行进,用四个中央旋转辊39配送的产品被排出。存在分配器41(见图10),其帮助沿模具的整个宽度均匀分配。
图11显示了下部设备,其中四个清洁辊43是重要的,它们较长并且扫过外围框架的水平表面,从而避免污垢。
还提出的是,由清洁辊43扫出的多余产品被收集在设置于模具端部的一个或另一个通道48中,并且利用布置在相应通道48底部中的分离蜗轮49的旋转来重配置多余产品用于其回收(图4)。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于制造空心面板的模具,包括空心中央面板和用粘合剂接合至所述中央面板的两个外部覆盖板片,所述模具布置在框架压床中,框架压床的上热板被抬升以允许配送装置进入,该配送装置在模具中排出木质纤维和胶形成的产品,然后在压制阶段上热板下降从而闭合模具顶部,压床的下热板限定了模具的可移动底部,其特征在于所述模具包括:
固定的外围框架(19),其尺寸对应于面板,
加热板(20),其能够被液压缸(11)垂直移动,所述加热板(20)的自由表面被锯齿形轮廓板占据,锯齿形轮廓板形成模具,其具有带角度和期望高度的平行条纹,是可互换的,
冲平台(30)和加热板(20),它们被压床的下液压缸(11)驱动,
第二锯齿板(7),形成模具的一部分,第二锯齿板刚性地紧固至压床的上热板(12),与下锯齿板具有相同的锯齿,但相对于下锯齿板以交错方式偏移,从而形成空心面板(1)的空心中央主体(2)的倾斜壁(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造空心面板的模具,其中,配送滑车(16)能够从模具的一侧运动至另一侧以排出大计量料斗(15)中包含的产品(14),配送滑车配备有旋转辊(39),旋转辊横向布置,并且配备有径向叶片以排出在附属的两个传送带(40)上所接收并在该中央区域由两个叶片分配器(41)所混合的产品(14),其中所述叶片分配器横向接收并引导产品(14)以使沿模具的整个宽度均匀分配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于制造空心面板的模具,其特征在于,所述配送滑车(16)在前部和后部区域中在其摇摆运动方向上包括下部清扫辊(43),所述下部清扫辊清洁所述模具表面并统一化产品(14)的浇筑层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于制造空心面板的模具,其特征在于,由辊(43)扫出的多余产品(14)被收集在设置于模具端部的一个或另一个通道(48)中,用相应通道(48)底部的不同蜗轮(49)执行其回收。
