 本发明属于精梳机上的一种部件，具体涉及一种精梳机锡林紧固装置。
背景技术
现在精梳机锡林壳体固定锡林的孔采用螺纹或镶螺套，螺钉穿过锡林的孔与锡林壳体上的螺纹或螺套连接，在高速运转时，曾出现螺纹、螺套滑脱，螺钉松动，使锡林移位，锡林不能实现对棉网的梳理功能，还损坏其它零件，造成很大损失，不利于精梳机在高速运转时的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在高速运转时，确保锡林稳定运转的精梳机锡林紧固装置。
本发明的技术方案：一种精梳机锡林紧固装置，它包括：锡林壳体1，锡林2，螺母3和螺钉4，锡林2安装在锡林壳体1外表面的圆弧面上，螺母3装在锡林壳体1的螺母槽内，螺钉4穿过锡林2及锡林壳体1上的孔与螺母3紧固，紧固力矩为20N.m。
本发明确保该装置可在高速运转时，螺钉始终将锡林紧固在锡林壳体上，始终保持锡林的梳理效果，确保精梳机在高速运转时的稳定性。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：螺母卡在锡林壳体的螺母槽内不能转动和移动，螺钉穿过锡林及锡林壳体的孔与螺母紧固，紧固力矩20N.m，这样保证了螺母不会转动和移动，确保螺钉与螺母不滑脱，且紧固时有力矩20N.m的要求，使锡林与锡林壳体的紧固效果大大提高，确保在高速运转时锡林与锡林壳体的相对位置不变，始终保证锡林的正常梳理效果，有利于精梳机在高速运转时的稳定性。
