Abstract

本发明公开了一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,由下列重量份的原料组成:偶氮二甲酰胺6-12份、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼4-8份、对甲苯磺酰肼2-5份、二亚硝基戊撑四胺3-6份、改性碳酸氢钠4-8份、聚乙二醇20-30份、三乙醇胺5-10份、水杨酸2-5份、硬脂酸锌1-2份、氧化钙0.5-1.5份。本发明生产出来的发泡剂具有优良的发泡力、发泡稳定性,产生的泡沫很好的温度适应性和分散均匀性,低成本,使用方便。采用这种发泡剂制备的NBR海绵橡胶材料力学性能良好,密度小,泡孔均匀细密。

一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡剂,具体涉及一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂。
背景技术
丁腈橡胶(NBR)较其它橡胶有更宽域的使用温度,具有良好的耐低温性,且化学稳定性好。因此, NBR海绵橡胶也就具有了很好的耐油性、耐热性、耐低温性和化学稳定性。其在汽车航空航天化工和医疗卫生等领域应用广泛。而发泡剂是NBR海绵橡胶中最重要的一种助剂,发泡剂的种类、数量对泡沫的物理机械性能、泡沫密度、耐温性等有直接影响。目前NBR海绵橡胶使用的发泡剂存在发泡倍率较低、稳定性较差等问题,直接影响到橡胶制品的性能,造成制品强度低,质量不稳定,总体技术质量水平低。因此,针对发泡剂所存在的问题开展研究是非常必要和迫切的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种发泡倍率高、加工稳定性好的NBR海绵橡胶发泡剂。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
    一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,由下列重量份的原料组成:
    偶氮二甲酰胺               6-12份
    4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼      4-8份
    对甲苯磺酰肼               2-5份
    二亚硝基戊撑四胺           3-6份
    改性碳酸氢钠               4-8份
    聚乙二醇                   20-30份
    三乙醇胺                   5-10份
    水杨酸                     2-5份
    硬脂酸锌                   1-2份
    氧化钙                     0.5-1.5份。
    优选地,一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,由下列重量份的原料组成:
    偶氮二甲酰胺               10份
    4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼      6份
    对甲苯磺酰肼               3份
    二亚硝基戊撑四胺           5份
    改性碳酸氢钠               6份
    聚乙二醇                   25份
    三乙醇胺                   8份
    水杨酸                     3份
    硬脂酸锌                   1.5份
    氧化钙                     1份。
所述的改性碳酸氢钠由以下方法制得:取下列重量份的原料:10-15份碳酸氢钠、5-8份尿素、2-3份脂肪酸、1-2份二盐基亚磷酸铅、4-6份十二烷基苯磺酸钠放入高速捏合机中,高速搅拌20-30min,取出烘干粉碎,研磨成200-300目粉末即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过对碳酸氢钠进行改性,明显提高碳酸氢钠的发泡温度,使其分解温度范围变窄,提高发泡速率。放热型发泡剂与碳酸氢钠混用,可以得到热值较小的发泡剂,有利于橡胶加工工艺条件的控制。本发明生产出来的发泡剂具有优良的发泡力、加工稳定性,产生的泡沫具有很好的温度适应性和分散均匀性,低成本,使用方便。采用这种发泡剂制备的NBR海绵橡胶材料力学性能良好,密度小,泡孔均匀细密。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例
    一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,由下列重量份的原料组成:
    偶氮二甲酰胺               10份
    4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼      6份
    对甲苯磺酰肼               3份
    二亚硝基戊撑四胺           5份
    改性碳酸氢钠               6份
    聚乙二醇                   25份
    三乙醇胺                   8份
    水杨酸                     3份
    硬脂酸锌                   1.5份
    氧化钙                     1份。
其中,所述的改性碳酸氢钠由以下方法制得:取下列重量份的原料:15份碳酸氢钠、8份尿素、3份脂肪酸、1.5份二盐基亚磷酸铅、5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠放入高速捏合机中,高速搅拌30min,取出烘干粉碎,研磨成200目粉末即可。
用本发明发泡剂作为制备NBR发泡材料的发泡体系,按照基础实验配方制备胶料,并于180℃下进行模压发泡,测试其性能,具体见下表1。

1.一种NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:
   偶氮二甲酰胺               6-12份
   4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼      4-8份
   对甲苯磺酰肼               2-5份
   二亚硝基戊撑四胺           3-6份
   改性碳酸氢钠               4-8份
   聚乙二醇                   20-30份
   三乙醇胺                   5-10份
   水杨酸                     2-5份
   硬脂酸锌                   1-2份
   氧化钙                     0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:
   偶氮二甲酰胺               10份
   4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼      6份
   对甲苯磺酰肼               3份
   二亚硝基戊撑四胺           5份
   改性碳酸氢钠               6份
   聚乙二醇                   25份
   三乙醇胺                   8份
   水杨酸                     3份
   硬脂酸锌                   1.5份
   氧化钙                     1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的NBR海绵橡胶用发泡剂,其特征在于,所述的改性碳酸氢钠由以下方法制得:取下列重量份的原料:10-15份碳酸氢钠、5-8份尿素、2-3份脂肪酸、1-2份二盐基亚磷酸铅、4-6份十二烷基苯磺酸钠放入高速捏合机中,高速搅拌20-30min,取出烘干粉碎,研磨成200-300目粉末即可。
