Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车内空间的符号显示元件。
背景技术
在通常的车内空间中使用许多发光的符号显示元件,以便使乘客视觉感知有关安装在车辆内的元件的运行状态的信息。元件的不同运行状态可借助相应不同的发光符号来显示,这些符号被选择性地单独激活。例如车辆的前照灯可在“关闭车灯”和“打开车灯”之间转换,并且相应的发光符号被激活,以便使驾驶者清楚地看到运行状态。但如果没有使用可在不同符号显示之间转换的显示元件时,则不能在同一位置上显示不同的符号。可转换的符号显示元件可借助液晶显示器来实现,但这是非常昂贵的。
至今仍未满足这样的需求,即符号显示元件可在同一显示表面上选择性地单独显示不同的符号,且不需要如液晶显示器那样昂贵的技术。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出一种用于车内空间的符号显示元件,该符号显示元件包括由散射屏构成的前盖。一个阴罩(Schattenmaske)设置在散射屏和多个可被单独激活的点光源之间的光程中并且包括与每个点光源相配的符号,在激活相应的点光源时该符号被放大地投影到散射屏的背面。借助这种可简单实现的显示元件方案,不同的符号分享散射屏上一个共同的用作背投屏幕的显示表面。
为了不同符号的最佳的显示对比度,在显示元件的优选的实施方式中,各个点光源到阴罩上相配的符号之间的光程相对于其它点光源的光路被光学地遮隔,这可借助简单地在显示元件壳体内侧上成形的挡板来实现。所述壳体优选在正面具有前盖、在壳体相对置的端部上具有安装有点光源的印刷电路板并且在前盖和印刷电路板之间固定有阴罩。所述阴罩可以是连续透明的板,符号被印刷、喷涂或通过热封压印施加到该板上,或者阴罩由多个透明的部分板组合而成,所述部分板在相应的技术中被设置特定于用户的符号并被卡入壳体中。

具体实施方式
通常为正方形的壳体10包围一个空腔,该空腔在正面通过前盖12封闭,该前盖由散射屏构成。在背离前盖12的端部上,印刷电路板14嵌入壳体10中。壳体10在内侧借助成形的壁10a构成用于阴罩16的支承部,所述阴罩由透光的板构成,该板上施加有符号。在所示的实施方式中,印刷电路板是正方形的并且在每个角上装有发光二极管形式的点光源18a、18b(图1)。阴罩16和印刷电路板14之间的空间通过隔板20被分为不透光地彼此分开的室。相反,阴罩16和前盖12之间的空间是空的并且点光源18a、18b所发出的、横穿阴罩16的光束可不受阻碍地到达前盖的背面,该前盖因此构成背投屏幕。点光源18a、18b可选择性地被单独接通。在图1中以实线表示来自点光源18a的光束,该光束横穿阴罩16上一个相配的符号区域并被投影到前盖12的背面上。以虚线示出一个相应的光路,该光路起自点光源18b并且横穿阴罩16相配的符号区域,以便被投影到前盖12背面的同一表面上,该表面替换地被点光源18a照亮。
在图2中,印刷电路板14被示为正方形基板,在该基板的四个角上设置四个发光二极管或其它发光元件形式的点光源18a、18b、18c、18d。图中仅点光源18a被激活。由该点光源出发的光路横穿阴罩16上相配的符号并被投影到前盖12的背面上。由于前盖是散射屏,所以所描述的装置用作背投装置。这样将四个设置在阴罩16上的符号区域配置给点光源18a至18d,使得所述四个符号中的每一个都被显示前盖12的同一投影表面上。
阴罩16的符号作为不透明的表面元件尤其是通过印刷、热封压印或喷涂被施加到透明的板上。
当然,附图中所示的符号显示元件的方案仅仅是示例性的,尤其是关于可显示符号的数量和布置以及符号的内容,所述符号在此应表示车辆电池四种不同的充电状态。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种用于车内空间的符号显示元件,包括壳体,该壳体在正面具有由散射屏构成的前盖,并且在壳体相对置的端部具有印刷电路板,在所述印刷电路板上安装有多个可选择性地被单独激活的点光源,其中所述壳体在前盖和印刷电路板之间固定有阴罩,所述阴罩设置在散射屏和点光源之间的光程中并且包括与每个点光源相配的符号,在激活相应的点光源时所述符号被放大地投影到散射屏的背面,其中
a)阴罩和前盖之间的空间是空的并且从点光源发出的、横穿阴罩的光束不受阻碍地到达前盖的背面,并且
b)这样选择点光源的位置和阴罩上相配的符号的位置,使得所有符号基本上投影到散射屏的同一投影表面。
2.根据权利要求1的符号显示元件,其中,单个点光源到阴罩上相配的符号之间的光程相对于其它点光源的光程被光学地遮隔。
3.根据权利要求1或2的符号显示元件,其中,所述壳体具有挡板,所述挡板将点光源到阴罩之间的光程彼此分离。
4.根据上述权利要求之一的符号显示元件,其中,所述点光源由发光二极管构成。
5.根据上述权利要求之一的符号显示元件,其中,所述阴罩由透光的板构成,符号尤其是通过印刷、热封压印或喷涂被施加在该板上。
6.根据权利要求1至4之一的符号显示元件,其中,所述阴罩由各个符号载体组合而成,所述符号载体分别由透光的板构成,符号尤其是通过印刷、热封压印或喷涂被施加在该板上。
7.根据上述权利要求之一的符号显示元件,其中,所述点光源设置在正方形的各角上。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于车内空间的符号显示元件,包括由散射屏构成的前盖、多个可选择性地被单独激活的点光源和一个阴罩,所述阴罩设置在散射屏和点光源之间的光程中并且包括与每个点光源相配的符号,在激活相应的点光源时所述符号被放大地投影到散射屏的背面。
2.根据权利要求1的符号显示元件,其中,单个点光源到阴罩上相配的符号之间的光程相对于其它点光源的光程被光学地遮隔。
3.根据权利要求1或2的符号显示元件,其中,包括壳体,该壳体在正面具有前盖、在壳体相对置的端部具有安装有点光源的印刷电路板并且在前盖和印刷电路板之间固定有阴罩。
4.根据权利要求3的符号显示元件,其中,所述壳体具有挡板,所述挡板将点光源到阴罩之间的光程彼此分离。
