Description

用于粉末状或液态饮料基础材料的分份胶囊
本发明涉及一种以粉末状或液态饮料基础材料填充的分份胶囊(Portionskapsel,小份胶囊),该分份胶囊用于在饮料制备设备中以提取液提取出并制备饮料。所述分份胶囊由不导电的材料制成并且具有杯底侧和由不导电或导电的盖件封闭的填充侧,所述分份胶囊被填充以粉末状或液态的饮料基础材料,能在饮料制备设备的冲煮或制备腔室中为制备饮料而被提取。
这种利用一定量的粉末状或液态饮料基础材料填充的分份胶囊在饮料制备设备、特别是Espresso机中应用。
现有技术提供了如下的分份胶囊:其由一由铝箔深拉而成的杯状件构成,该杯状件的开口的填充侧被一铝箔空气密封并且气味密封地封闭,其或者由一由塑料材料热成型的杯状件制成,该杯状件的开口的填充侧利用一塑料薄膜封闭,其或者是一以注塑方法制成的塑料杯状件,该杯状件的开口的填充侧同样利用一塑料薄膜或铝箔封闭。
为了制备饮料,相应的分份胶囊被引入饮料制备设备的打开的冲煮或制备腔室中,所述冲煮或制备腔室包括位置固定的第一腔室部分和能够相对于第一腔室部分水平地或竖直地移动的第二腔室部分,该第一腔室部分设有用于为了饮料排放目的而打开分份胶囊的打开装置并且以导通流体的方式连接到用于使饮料流出的结构,该第二腔室部分为了给分份胶囊提供提取液而与一提取液输入设备以导通流体的方式连接并且设有用于打开分份单元的刺破装置,其中可动腔室部分为接纳分份胶囊而使腔室开放并且为提取分份胶囊而使腔室关闭。
与现有技术相对应的、具有用于使用由铝箔制成的分份胶囊的冲煮或制备腔室的饮料制备设备设有检查装置,该检查装置检查是否有分份胶囊位于冲煮或制备腔室中并且冲煮或制备腔室是否是关闭的。为此目的,可动的钟状冲煮或制备腔室部分(在冲煮或制备腔室关闭的情况下分份胶囊杯状件的基部位于该部分中)布置有至少两个彼此电绝缘并且与冲煮或制备腔室电绝缘的电触点,所述电触点形成控制设备的开放的控制电路的终端,并且在冲煮或制备腔室中存在分份胶囊且冲煮或制备腔室关闭的情况下,其与导电的分份胶囊导电接触并且借助于导电的分份胶囊使控制设备的控制电路闭合。仅当导电的分份胶囊位于冲煮或制备腔室中并且冲煮或制备腔室关闭时,控制设备才触发饮料制备。
因为由铝制成的分份胶囊的回收相对麻烦,所以有利的是,用于具有针对由铝箔制成的分份胶囊的使用而设计的冲煮或制备腔室的饮料制备设备的分份胶囊由可回收或可生物降解的塑料制成,这种方案除生态上的优点外还具有分份胶囊制造成本低的优点。但是,由于所述的饮料制备设备仅当导电的分份胶囊位于冲煮或制备腔室中时才开始制备循环,所以这种塑料的分份胶囊在该制备设备中的应用是不可能的。
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种由塑料或者是(其它)不导电材料制成的、制造成本低并且可回收的分份胶囊,该分份胶囊可用在如下的饮料制备设备中,该饮料制备设备配备有仅借助于分份胶囊的导电性使控制设备的控制电路闭合以开始制备循环的冲煮或制备腔室。
该技术问题通过一种杯状的分份胶囊来解决,所述杯状的分份胶囊在其杯底侧配备有至少一个与之连接的导电区,所述导电区设计并且布置成,使得在冲煮或制备腔室中存在分份胶囊并且冲煮或制备腔室关闭的情况下,所述导电区与设置在冲煮或制备腔室中的、一控制设备的导电触点导电地接触。
有利地,导电区是导电覆层。
有利地,导电区是导电薄膜。
有利地,导电区是注塑到分份胶囊的杯底侧中的导电嵌体。
有利地,分份胶囊的杯底侧由导电的薄膜形成。
有利地,导电区是导电的塑料。
有利地,导电区能被冲煮或制备腔室的刺破装置穿破。
根据本发明提出,由不导电材料制成的分份胶囊部分地配备有至少一个导电区,使得在冲煮或制备腔室中存在分份胶囊并且冲煮或制备腔室关闭的情况下,布置在饮料制备设备的冲煮或制备腔室中的、控制单元的电触点与分份胶囊的导电区导电接触并且闭合控制电路。

Claims (7)

1.杯状的分份胶囊(1),所述分份胶囊由不导电的材料制成并且具有杯底侧(2)和由不导电或导电的盖件(5)封闭的填充侧(3),所述分份胶囊被填充以粉末状或液态的饮料基础材料,能在饮料制备设备的冲煮或制备腔室中为制备饮料而被提取,其特征在于,所述杯状的分份胶囊(1)在其杯底侧(2)配备有至少一个与之连接的导电区(6;7;8;9;10),所述导电区设计并且布置成,使得在冲煮或制备腔室中存在分份胶囊(1)并且冲煮或制备腔室关闭的情况下,所述导电区与设置在冲煮或制备腔室中的、一控制设备的导电触点导电地接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杯状的分份胶囊,其特征在于,所述导电区是导电覆层(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杯状的分份胶囊,其特征在于,所述导电区是导电薄膜(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杯状的分份胶囊,其特征在于,所述导电区是注塑到分份胶囊的杯底侧(2)中的导电嵌体(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杯状的分份胶囊,其特征在于,所述分份胶囊的杯底侧(2)由导电的薄膜(8)形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的杯状的分份胶囊,其特征在于,所述导电区是导电的塑料(10)。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的杯状的分份胶囊,其特征在于,所述导电区(6;7;8;9;10)能被冲煮或制备腔室的刺破装置穿破。
