本发明涉及一种带有通风壳体和固定在其上的通风栅格的通风设备,其中通风栅格通过卡扣连接保持在通风壳体上。
背景技术
这样的通风设备使用在开关柜内且可插入到开关柜壁的一部分内。通常,通风器组件与该通风设备组合,所述通风器组件通过通风栅格抽吸环境空气且通过通风壳体将环境空气输出到开关柜内部空间内。
在通风壳体内通常保持了过滤垫,所述过滤垫从所抽吸的空气中滤除微粒。此过滤垫必须定期更换。为此,将通风栅格从通风壳体上拆下。通风栅格通过卡扣连接保持在通风壳体上。在此,卡扣连接构造为使其仅可使用螺丝刀方可解锁。
发明内容
本发明所要求保护的技术问题在于提供一种前述类型的通风设备,在使用该通风设备时,维护人员能够以简单的方式接近通风壳体的内部空间。
此技术问题通过如下方式解决,即,使得通风栅格带有具有可卡扣在通风栅格的卡扣接收件内的卡扣突缘的至少一个锁定件,且使得通风栅格在支承件内以可枢转的方式承接把手,所述把手在其从锁止位置移动到解锁位置时使锁定件脱离与卡扣接收件的接合。
因此,在维护时不必为更换过滤垫准备单独的工具,而是仅需将把手枢转以解除卡扣连接。以此方式,实现了节约时间的维护也实现了小的空间占用。
根据优选的发明变型可建议,使得把手带有两个形成了一条共同的支承轴线且分别卡扣在支承接收件内的支承突缘。所述共同的支承轴线形成了把手在通风栅格上的稳定联接。通过将把手卡扣在通风栅格内,可使把手简单地与通风栅格以降低的安装成本连接。
如果使得把手具有至少一个形成为上升斜坡的促动件,所述上升斜坡为解锁卡扣突缘而与其斜面这样地相互作用,以至于使卡扣突缘被偏转,则卡扣连接的可靠的解除以简单的方式实现。在把手枢转时,上升斜坡在斜面上滑动。以此实现了力缩小,以之也可简单地解除稳定而紧致的卡扣连接。
通风栅格的特别稳定的联接可通过如下方式获得,即,在通风壳体上布置两个锁定件,所述锁定件在操作把手时可通过各一个对应配设的促动件解锁。
特别优选的通风设备具有如下构造,即,把手具有与其枢转轴线间隔开布置的推压块,且可为将通风栅格从锁定位置推开而将推压块压在通风壳体的推压面上。
在操作把手时,因此一方面解除了通风栅格和通风壳体之间的卡扣连接;另一方面带有推压块的把手将解锁的通风栅格从通风壳体推出一些,使得通风栅格可容易地被抓住且被进一步打开。
如果建议使得把手具有在把手处于解锁位置时止挡在通风栅格的锁止块上的止挡件,则当操作人员未经允许地强力拉动把手时,把手仍会可靠地保持在通风栅格上。
如果建议使得通风栅格通过铰链连接以可枢转的方式联接在通风壳体上,则实现了对通风设备特别节约时间的维护。然后可首先以把手解除卡扣连接。然后,通风栅格可在铰链连接下翻开,使得可接近通风壳体的内部空间。通风栅格现在不必在两侧放下,因为通风栅格仍被以铰链连接保持。操作人员现在可更换过滤垫且然后又将通风栅格在铰链连接下翻回直至其到达安装位置。在此,通风栅格又在把手的区域内卡扣且因此被可靠地固定。

具体实施方式
图1示出了带有多个相互平行的叶片11的通风栅格10。叶片11在其纵向侧的端部通过连接片12相互连接成一体。在水平下边缘的区域内,通风栅格10具有两个铰链接收件13,所述铰链接收件13被设置用于形成水平铰链轴线。通风栅格10在水平上边缘装有盖接收件14。在此盖接收件14内固定了把手20。
图2示出了根据图1的通风栅格10,但把手20被拆下。如从此图示中可见,通风栅格10在盖接收件14的区域内提供有缺口。在此,缺口侧向由两个平行的引导壁14.3限定边界。在引导壁14.3中加工出凹部,所述凹部形成了支承接收件14.1。支承接收件14.1具有引导部分,其中集成了卡扣元件14.4。此外,每个引导壁14.3具有卡扣接收件14.5。在每个支承接收件14.1的下侧上分别形成了具有连接片的形式的锁止块14.2,其中锁止块14.2相互朝向。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有通风壳体(30)和固定在其上的通风栅格(10)的通风设备,其中,通风栅格(10)通过卡扣连接保持在通风壳体(30)上,其特征在于,所述通风壳体(30)具有至少一个锁定件(35),所述锁定件具有可卡扣在通风栅格(10)的卡扣接收件(14.5)内的卡扣突缘(35.1),且通风栅格(10)在支承接收件(14.1)内以可枢转的方式承接把手(20),所述把手(20)在其从锁止位置移动到解锁位置时使锁定件(35)脱离与卡扣接收件(14.5)的接合,其中,所述把手(20)带有形成一条共同支承轴线且分别卡扣在支承接收件(14.1)内的两个支承突缘(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通风设备,其特征在于,把手(20)具有与所述把手的枢转轴线间隔开地布置的推压块(25.2),且推压块(25.2)可为将通风栅格(10)从锁定位置推开而压在通风壳体(30)的推压面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通风设备,其特征在于,把手(20)具有在把手(20)处于解锁位置时止挡在通风栅格(10)的锁止块(14.2)上的止挡件(26)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通风设备,其特征在于,通风栅格(10)通过铰链连接以可枢转的方式联接在通风壳体(30)上。
