Abstract

本发明涉及一种保护环境并对人体有益,且能够提高完工的内壁的美观的室内内壁组件,其特征在于,具备:附着在内壁面,用于掐断室内、室外的冷气或热气的流通的隔热层;相隔一定间隔固定在上述隔热层的内面的支撑件;设在上述支撑件之间,用于吸取在内壁或室内发生的恶臭,并进行吸音或隔音、隔热功能,且放射负离子和远红外线从而保持舒适的室内环境的吸附层;固定在上述支撑件内面,用于杀灭有害细菌并消除霉菌的表层;在上述吸附层和表层之间保持一定间隔而成的净化空间。

Description

室内内壁组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内内壁组件,尤其涉及一种完成能够保护环境的建筑物室内内壁,从而维持舒适的室内环境,并提高隔热性,去除恶臭等,从而能够防止新房综合征的室内内壁组件。
背景技术
通常对建筑物内壁进行装饰的方法主要分为两种,第一种是在建筑物内壁或设在建筑物内壁的板件的整体或一部分上,涂抹粘合剂并附着壁纸或隔热材料等湿式方法,第二种是不使用液状粘合剂,而用另外的组件在建筑物内壁附着板件的方法。
近年来,大多使用在内壁上附着具有隔热功能并且能够提高美观的板件的方法,参照图4细看该结构如下。
以前技术中,利用电钻等工具在建筑物内壁1相隔一定间隔形成连接孔2,并且在上述连接孔2插入用合成树脂构成的锚杆3。
在上述锚杆3上结合,具备在外周设有螺纹的锚固螺栓4的调整盖5,并利用螺栓或粘合胶等固定件7,在上述调整盖5的外面牢固地固定石膏板或隔热板等板件6,从而完工内壁。
如上所述以前技术,需要利用像电钻一样的专用工具在内壁相隔一定间隔形成孔,因此准备工作十分繁琐,为完工内壁需要很多部件,因此完工整个内壁装饰需要很长时间和努力,并且工作效率差,需要很长的施工期间,并引发施工费用过多的问题。
并且,为了有效执行工作,需要分为打孔的工作者、结合锚杆和调整盖的工作者、固定板件的工作者,从而一个工作现场需要很多工作者各自执行自己的工作,因此在狭小的空间内相互影响工作,从而很难顺利执行工作。
并且,用于完工内壁的组件的大小非常小,因此现实上很难迅速结合或固定,有时发生固定件等遗失的问题,内壁装饰结束后,即使没有多少时间流逝,也频繁发生完工的内壁发生异常的情况。
尤其,当结合锚杆和调整盖时,若不精密调节各个调整盖的结合状态并确认平衡时,板件就不能维持平坦的状态,而变得凸凹不平,因此要精确调节很多调整盖的平衡,需要很长时间,并且不能精细控制。
不仅如此,为固定调整盖和板件使用胶水(粘合剂),因此粘合剂完全硬化之前,由于胶水而在室内持续发生恶臭,而且由于构成内壁的水泥以及混凝土也发生恶臭以及有害气体,并且发生如甲醛一样的环境污染物质,从而很难维持舒适的室内环境。
进而,由于在内壁直接固定板件,因此不能掐断外部的热气或冷气通过内壁流入室内,并且也不能掐断室内的热气或冷气流出到外部,从而降低冷暖空气的调整功能,并且成为过多浪费能量的要因。由于室内和室外的温度差,容易在内壁或板件上发生结露,从而污染内壁影响美观,而且由于结露而发生的霉菌等,影响室内环境,从而危害居住者的健康等,引发众多问题。
发明内容
本发明用于解决如上所述的问题,具备:附着在内壁,用于掐断室内、室外的冷气或热气的流通的隔热层;相隔一定间隔固定在上述隔热层的内面的支撑件;设在上述支撑件之间,用于吸取在内壁或室内发生的恶臭,并进行吸音或隔音、隔热功能,且放射负离子和远红外线从而保持舒适的室内环境的吸附层;固定在上述支撑件内面,用于杀灭有害细菌并消除霉菌的表层;在上述吸附层和表层之间保持一定间隔而成的净化空间,其目的在于保护环境,对人体有益,提高完工的内壁的美观。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图说明用于实现上述目的的本发明的优先结构和功能。
图1是图示适用本发明技术的室内内壁组件的剖开状态的斜视图,图2是图示适用本发明技术的室内内壁完工状态的纵向剖视图,图3是图示适用本发明技术的室内内壁完工状态的横向剖视图。
适用本发明技术的室内内壁组件100,具备:附着在内壁101面,用于掐断室内、室外的冷气或热气的流通的隔热层102;相隔一定间隔固定在上述隔热层102的内面(从内壁朝向室内的方向)的多个支撑件103。在上述支撑件103和支撑件103之间设有吸附层104,用于吸取在内壁101或室内发生的恶臭,并进行吸音或隔音、隔热功能,且放射负离子和远红外线从而保持舒适的室内环境。
在上述支撑件103内面设有具备杀灭有害细菌和消除霉菌的功能的表层105,并且在上述吸附层104和表层105之间具备保持一定间隔而成的净化空间B。
上述隔热层102用于掐断室内的冷气和热气排出到外部并室外的冷气和热气流进室内,为了防止构成内壁101的混凝土或水泥中包含的有毒物质流进室内,附着铝膜而成。
上述铝膜可使用无毒粘合剂进行附着,也可以采用不使用粘合剂,而在固定支撑件103时一起固定的方式。上述支撑件103可使用金属、塑料(合成树脂)、木材等多样的材料形成,优先使用构成表层105的木材,在内壁上固定时,利用射钉枪等工具用钉子牢固地固定,为佳。
上述吸附层104通过膨胀珍珠岩或蛭石并单独或混合,用无机黏结剂制成具备一定厚度,并且长和宽比厚度大的板件形状,然后插进支撑件103和支撑件103之间,用螺栓等固定件进行固定。
构成上述吸附层104的膨胀的珍珠岩或蛭石,使用利用自然岩石的天然材料,因此具有不燃性,不发生有毒气体,膨胀过程中产生无数的孔,通过这些孔发挥吸音、隔音、湿度调节、空气净化、除臭、抗菌等功能,以及放射大量的负离子和远红外线,对人体有益。上述表层105用富含植物杀菌素(Phytoncide)的松树(包括红松和沙松)或柏树制成的板状部件,该植物杀菌素发挥消除有害病原菌、害虫、霉菌等的功能,并解除心理压力,增强消化、心肺功能。
组装上述表层105时,可紧密拼接按多样的规格制成的板件,或在板件的连接部位形成突出部和凹陷部相互插接,通过板件的连接部位的空隙,空气能够在室内和净化空间B流通。
并且,在构成表层105的板件上可添加各式各样的设计或形状增添室内的美感,从而无须另外进行设计。
为使吸附层104和表层105放射的有益成分和在室内或内壁发生的有害成分,在上述净化空间B充分流动,并重复进行吸附和放射,通过吸附层104和表层105实现自体净化功能,最小维持10mm以上的间隔,为佳。
当然,若占据过多空间时,室内空间就会减少,并且由于吸附层104和表层105的距离大,封闭空气影响隔热性能,根据实验最好维持25mm左右。
用适用如上所述本发明技术的室内内壁组件100装饰室内内壁101时,具有如下优点。
通过附着在内壁101的隔热层102,防止室内、室外空气(冷气或热气)的流通,从而减少室内冷暖空气调节时发生的热损失。
在内壁101或室内发生的有毒物质或有害菌、恶臭、霉菌等,通过吸附层104和表层105交流的过程,或者被构成吸附层104的膨胀珍珠岩或蛭石中形成的多个孔吸附,从而消除有害菌和恶臭等。并且,表层105用松树或柏树制成,在松树或柏树中的富含植物杀菌素定期放射到室内,因此通过植物杀菌素杀灭有害病原菌的同时还可以去除霉菌。
并且,吸附层104放射的负离子和远红外线,以及表层105放射的植物杀菌素,能够解除心理压力,增强消化功能和心肺功能等,对人体有益。并且,通过设在吸附层104和表层105之间的净化空间B,封闭空气而提高隔热性能,并且有助于吸附层104的有益成分通过表层105流入室内,表层105的有害成分经过吸附层104净化后流入室内的交流现象,有助于室内空气净化。
尤其,具备由于本发明的室内内壁组件100中使用的材料都是天然材料,因此保护环境,并提高完工的室内的美感等多样的优点。
本发明改善建筑物内壁的组件,提供施工简易,并掐断室内、室外热交换,最大限度提高隔热性能,而且吸附并净化诱发新房综合症的室内恶臭、挥发性有机化合物、有害菌、或在水泥或混凝土中发生的有毒气体等,并调节湿度,保持舒适的室内环境,维持保护环境的室内,提高使用者的方便等多样的效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种室内内壁组件,其特征在于,具备:
附着在内壁(101)面,用于掐断室内、室外的冷气或热气的流通,并附着铝膜而成的隔热层(102);
相隔一定间隔固定在上述隔热层(102)的内面,并用和表层相同的材料构成的多个支撑件(103);
设在上述支撑件(103)和支撑件(103)之间,用于吸取在内壁(101)或室内发生的恶臭,并进行吸音或隔音、隔热功能,且放射负离子和远红外线从而保持舒适的室内环境,膨胀珍珠岩或蛭石并单独或混合成板状的吸附层(104);
固定在上述支撑件(103)内面,并为了发挥杀灭有害细菌并消除霉菌的功能,用富含植物杀菌素成分的松树或柏树制成的板状部件而成的表层(105);
设在上述吸附层(104)和表层(105)之间,充分流动从吸附层(104)和表层(105)放射的有益成分和在室内或内壁发生的有害成分,反复进行吸附和放射的净化空间(B)。
