Abstract

本发明涉及一种车头轨道为可自由拆装式的自动落纱机，在细纱机车头门盖上有开口，轨道座穿过开口固定于车头内主支撑机架上，轨道座前端上部开有凹槽，车头轨道两端的固定部件插入轨道座凹槽内，并通过螺钉固定。需要打开发明的车头门盖时，松下螺钉可直接拔出轨道座和插入的车头轨道，进行细纱机日常保养工作。本发明车头轨道可自由拆装，既能保证轨道良好固定、自动落纱机顺利行走，又能保证车头门盖打开不受影响，保证细纱机日常维护开启车头门盖的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车头轨道为可自由拆装式的自动落纱机。
背景技术
细纱机配套自动落纱机对轨道固定有严格要求，尤其车头轨道固定不到位将影响落纱机落纱效率和落纱质量。然而，细纱机日常保养工作需要经常打开车头门盖，这对车头轨道固定带来难度，致使车头固定不良，自动落纱机运行状态不佳，影响落纱质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现状，旨在提供一种能将车头轨道固定且便于拆卸的自动落纱机。
本发明目的的实现方式为，车头轨道为可自由拆装式的自动落纱机，在细纱机车头门盖上有开口，轨道座穿过开口固定于车头内主支撑机架上，轨道座前端上部开有凹槽，车头轨道两端的固定部件插入轨道座凹槽内，并通过螺钉固定。
需要打开本发明的车头门盖时，松下螺钉可直接拔出轨道座和插入的车头轨道，进行细纱机日常保养工作。
本发明车头轨道可自由拆装，既能保证轨道良好固定、自动落纱机顺利行走，又能保证车头门盖打开不受影响，保证细纱机日常维护开启车头门盖的需要。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本发明是在细纱机车头门盖1上有开口，轨道座2穿过开口固定于车头内主支撑机架上，轨道座前端上部开有凹槽，车头轨道3两端的固定部件4插入轨道座凹槽内，并通过四个螺钉固定。
轨道座长度限定在车头门盖打开不至于碰到轨道座，保证车头门盖打开不至于碰到轨道座受阻而无法打开。固定部件4焊接于车头轨道3两端，焊接牢固。
需要打开本发明的车头门盖1时，松下螺钉5可直接拔出轨道座2和插入的车头轨道3，进行细纱机日常保养工作。
本发明车头轨道可自由拆装，既能保证轨道良好固定、自动落纱机顺利行走，又能保证车头门盖打开不受影响，保证细纱机日常维护开启车头门盖的需要。

Claims (3)

1.车头轨道为可自由拆装式的自动落纱机，其特征在于在细纱机车头门盖上有开口，轨道座穿过开口固定于车头内主支撑机架上，车头轨道座前端上部开有凹槽，轨道两端的固定部件插入轨道座凹槽内，并通过螺钉固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车头轨道为可自由拆装式的自动落纱机，其特征在于轨道座长度限定在车头门盖打开不至于碰到轨道座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车头轨道为可自由拆装式的自动落纱机，其特征在于固定部件（4）焊接于车头轨道（3）两端。
