本发明涉及汽车保险杠技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车保险杠及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车保险杠是汽车工业中比较重要的大型零部件,其使用环境要求材料具有优异的高、低温冲击韧性、刚性、耐老化性、耐热性、耐寒性,还要具有耐油、润滑油、油漆等性能,其中最重要的是要具有较高的冲击韧性和良好的成型加工性能。
当今,世界汽车材料技术发展的主要方向是环保和轻量化。以塑料代替金属,不仅能减轻车重,降低油耗和碳氢化合物排放而且还可以提高动力性,适应恶劣环境,增强安全性。由于塑料可回收利用,从而降低了资源的消耗,最终是汽车在安全和成本两方面获得更多的突破,同时也为汽车外观设计提供了便利条件。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种高性能、高韧性、高强度、低收缩率,环保性好、外观美观的汽车保险杠及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种汽车保险杠,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯30-40份,聚丙烯60-90份,聚烯烃弹性体10-30份,滑石粉15-25份,钛酸酯偶联剂10-20份,抗氧化剂15-20份,纳米碳酸钙20-30份。
一种如上述的汽车保险杠的制备方法,它包括下列步骤:
(1)按配比将聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚烯烃弹性体,滑石粉,钛酸酯偶联剂,抗氧化剂,纳米碳酸钙在混合机中混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机内混炼,双螺杆挤出机的温度设定在150-200℃之间,混合物在双螺杆挤出机中的总停留时间为5-10min,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速280-320rad/mi n;
(3)将得到的物料挤出后冷却,即得汽车保险杠。
本发明汽车保险杠及其制备方法优点是:
1、本发明汽车保险杠及其制备方法,通过上述注塑工艺控制形成的注塑件最大的特性就是牢固强度高,有极强的抗撞击性,且能最大程度的控制注塑件缺陷种类,提高下道工序油漆的喷涂的合格率。
2、本发明汽车保险杠及其制备方法,工艺简单,便于大规模生产,且该方法生产出的产品具有较高的流动性、刚性、韧性、耐热性等,还要有良好的尺寸稳定性和抗老化性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1,一种汽车保险杠及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯30份,聚丙烯60份,聚烯烃弹性体10份,滑石粉15份,钛酸酯偶联剂10份,抗氧化剂15份,纳米碳酸钙20份。
制备本实施例的汽车保险杠及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比将聚乙烯30份,聚丙烯60份,聚烯烃弹性体10份,滑石粉15份,钛酸酯偶联剂10份,抗氧化剂15份,纳米碳酸钙20份,在混合机中混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机内混炼,双螺杆挤出机的温度设定在150℃之间,混合物在双螺杆挤出机中的总停留时间为5min,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速280rad/min;
(3)将得到的物料挤出后冷却,即得汽车保险杠。
实施例2,一种汽车保险杠及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯35份,聚丙烯80份,聚烯烃弹性体20份,滑石粉20份,钛酸酯偶联剂15份,抗氧化剂18份,纳米碳酸钙25份。
制备本实施例的汽车保险杠及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比将聚乙烯35份,聚丙烯80份,聚烯烃弹性体20份,滑石粉20份,钛酸酯偶联剂15份,抗氧化剂18份,纳米碳酸钙25份,在混合机中混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机内混炼,双螺杆挤出机的温度设定在180℃之间,混合物在双螺杆挤出机中的总停留时间为8min,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速300rad/min;
(3)将得到的物料挤出后冷却,即得汽车保险杠。
实施例3,一种汽车保险杠及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯40份,聚丙烯90份,聚烯烃弹性体30份,滑石粉25份,钛酸酯偶联剂20份,抗氧化剂20份,纳米碳酸钙30份。
制备本实施例的汽车保险杠及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比将聚乙烯40份,聚丙烯90份,聚烯烃弹性体30份,滑石粉25份,钛酸酯偶联剂20份,抗氧化剂20份,纳米碳酸钙30份,在混合机中混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机内混炼,双螺杆挤出机的温度设定在200℃之间,混合物在双螺杆挤出机中的总停留时间为10min,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速320rad/min;
(3)将得到的物料挤出后冷却,即得汽车保险杠。

1.一种汽车保险杠,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚乙烯30-40份,聚丙烯60-90份,聚烯烃弹性体10-30份,滑石粉15-25份,钛酸酯偶联剂10-20份,抗氧化剂15-20份,纳米碳酸钙20-30份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述汽车保险杠的制备方法,其特征是:它包括下列步骤:
(1)按配比将聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚烯烃弹性体,滑石粉,钛酸酯偶联剂,抗氧化剂,纳米碳酸钙在混合机中混合均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加入双螺杆挤出机内混炼,双螺杆挤出机的温度设定在150-200℃之间,混合物在双螺杆挤出机中的总停留时间为5-10min,双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速280-320rad/min;
(3)将得到的物料挤出后冷却,即得汽车保险杠。
