一种识别有无鸡蛋装置，由鸡笼、鸡蛋拾取盒、滚珠丝杠、滚珠丝杠滑块、丝杠电机、中间滑动梁、竖直探测头、传送带电机、传送带、滚筒、传送带滑块、水平探测头和控制柜组成；鸡蛋拾取盒固定在鸡笼上，滚珠丝杠滑块与滚珠丝杠相连，滚珠丝杠一端固定在鸡笼上，另一端与丝杠电机相连接，滚珠丝杠滑块上架有中间滑动梁，中间滑动梁下端固定有竖直探测头，传送带卡在滚筒上，滚筒与传送带电机相连接，传送带上固定有传送带滑块，其上端固定有水平探测头，控制柜通过导线与鸡笼相关设备连接，该装置具有自动检测鸡笼有无鸡蛋的功能，避免了大量人力物力的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种识别有无鸡蛋装置，具体而言，是涉及一种应用于鸡舍的自动识别有无鸡蛋的一种装置。
背景技术
现在随着养鸡规模的逐年扩大，随之也带来了大量的问题。鸡舍的分布要求通风透气性良好，同时还要求能够被阳光照射到。这样一来，鸡舍的分布就相当的分散，如果鸡蛋不及时取出，可能被母鸡吃掉或者被撒上大量饲料，影响鸡蛋的销售。面对相隔数十米乃至数百米的鸡舍，面对成千上万个鸡蛋，有无鸡蛋的检查成了一个难题，而现在市场上却没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明提供了一种识别有无鸡蛋装置。
本发明是通过以下技术实现的：一种识别有无鸡蛋装置，由鸡笼、鸡蛋拾取盒、滚珠丝杠、滚珠丝杠滑块、丝杠电机、中间滑动梁、竖直探测头、传送带电机、传送带、滚筒、传送带滑块、水平探测头和控制柜组成；其特征在于：鸡蛋拾取盒固定在鸡笼上，滚珠丝杠滑块与滚珠丝杠相连，滚珠丝杠一端固定在鸡笼上，另一端与丝杠电机相连接，滚珠丝杠滑块上架有中间滑动梁，中间滑动梁下端固定有竖直探测头，传送带卡在滚筒上，滚筒与传送带电机相连接，传送带上固定有传送带滑块，其上端固定有水平探测头，控制柜通过导线与鸡笼相关设备连接。
本发明的有益效果是：该装置具有自动检测鸡笼有无鸡蛋的功能，避免了大量人力物力的浪费。

具体实施方式
一种识别有无鸡蛋装置，由鸡笼1、鸡蛋拾取盒2、滚珠丝杠3、滚珠丝杠滑块4、丝杠电机5、中间滑动梁6、竖直探测头7、传送带电机8、传送带9、滚筒10、传送带滑块11、水平探测头12和控制柜13组成；鸡蛋拾取盒2固定在鸡笼1上，滚珠丝杠滑块4与滚珠丝杠3相连，滚珠丝杠3一端固定在鸡笼1上，另一端与丝杠电机5相连接，滚珠丝杠滑块4上架有中间滑动梁6，中间滑动梁6下端固定有竖直探测头7，传送带9卡在滚筒10上，滚筒10与传送带电机8相连接，传送带9上固定有传送带滑块11，其上端固定有水平探测头12，控制柜13通过导线与鸡笼1相关设备连接。
当该设备运行时，丝杠电机5带动滚珠丝杠3运动，间接带动中间滑动梁6前后运动，竖直探测头7对下方的鸡蛋进行探测，信号被遮挡则判定有鸡蛋，传动带电机8带动传动带9上下动作，传送带滑块11随着传动带9的移动而移动，上端固定的水平探测头12对三横排鸡笼进行探测。

1.一种识别有无鸡蛋装置，其特征在于：由鸡笼、鸡蛋拾取盒、滚珠丝杠、滚珠丝杠滑块、丝杠电机、中间滑动梁、竖直探测头、传送带电机、传送带、滚筒、传送带滑块、水平探测头和控制柜组成；鸡蛋拾取盒固定在鸡笼上，滚珠丝杠滑块与滚珠丝杠相连，滚珠丝杠一端固定在鸡笼上，另一端与丝杠电机相连接，滚珠丝杠滑块上架有中间滑动梁，中间滑动梁下端固定有竖直探测头，传送带卡在滚筒上，滚筒与传送带电机相连接，传送带上固定有传送带滑块，其上端固定有水平探测头，控制柜通过导线与鸡笼相关设备连接。
