Abstract

本发明公开了一种单向阀及液体容器,单向阀包括硅胶阀体、阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖,阀盒上盖设有气孔,阀体下盖设有进气脚;硅胶阀体包括外环和内环,内环的内部为封闭的阀片,内环和外环之间通过弹性片连接,外环固定在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间,内环在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间为悬空状态。可配合使用于各种不同用途的容器上,控制容器内部的液体封闭或流通状态,结构简单、功能可靠。

单向阀及液体容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用于容器开口的容器阀门结构,尤其是一种单向阀及液体容器。
背景技术
目前,在市场上的非工业设备用途的塑料材质单向阀,由于其硅胶阀片以及阀内腔的设计问题,在使用时会产生偶而不正常的现象,该锁气时锁不住(即漏气),不该锁气时却锁住;运用到盛装液体的容器时,因受到湿气的影响,更会频频出现失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、功能可靠的单向阀及液体容器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的单向阀包括硅胶阀体、阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖,所述阀盒上盖设有气孔,所述阀体下盖设有进气脚;
所述的硅胶阀体包括外环和内环,内环的内部为封闭的阀片,所述内环和外环之间通过弹性片连接,所述外环固定在所述阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间,所述内环在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间为悬空状态。
本发明的液体容器,该液体容器的瓶口处设有上述的单向阀。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的单向阀及液体容器,由于硅胶阀体包括外环和内环,内环的内部为封闭的阀片,内环和外环之间通过弹性片连接,外环固定在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间,内环在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间为悬空状态,能有助避免气体带进的水蒸气或液体粘住硅胶阀体,并有效避免腔体内侧面对硅胶阀体正常动作的干扰,大幅度提升单向阀功能的正常发挥效率,可配合使用于各种不同用途的容器上,例如装盛饮料、皂液或内部填充其他液体的软管容器,皆可利用本发明的单向阀,控制容器内部的液体封闭或流通状态,结构简单、功能可靠。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步地详细描述。
本发明的单向阀,其较佳的具体实施方式如图1至图5所示:
包括硅胶阀体、阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖,所述阀盒上盖设有气孔,所述阀体下盖设有进气脚;
所述的硅胶阀体包括外环和内环,内环的内部为封闭的阀片,所述内环和外环之间通过弹性片连接,所述外环固定在所述阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间,所述内环在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间为悬空状态。
所述阀盒下盖设有承托环,所述外环的下表面设置在所述承托环上,所述外环的上表面被所述阀盒上盖压住。
所述的弹性片有三个,三个弹性片圆周平均分布。
所述的阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖紧密配合,且所述阀体上盖和阀体下盖之间设有防脱扣。
所述阀盒上盖的内表面为内球面,所述内环在升起状态下,内环的上表面紧贴所述内球面。
本发明的液体容器,其较佳的具体实施方式,该液体容器的瓶口处设有上述的单向阀。该液体容器可以为饮料瓶、皂液瓶或酒瓶等。
该液体容器可以包括柔性材质的瓶身,所述瓶身的上口设有旋盖,所述瓶身的下口设有出水阀,所述单向阀嵌入所述旋盖中。
本发明的单向阀及液体容器,运用单向阀原理,通过硅胶阀体和腔体特殊结构,能有助避免气体带进的水蒸气或液体粘住硅胶阀体,并有效避免腔体内侧面对硅胶阀体正常动作的干扰,大幅度提升单向阀功能的正常发挥效率。可配合使用于各种不同用途的容器上,例如装盛饮料、皂液或内部填充其他液体的软管容器,皆可利用本发明的单向阀,达到控制容器内部的液体封闭或流通状态。
单向阀的具体实施例的结构和动作原理是:
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,单向阀1包括硅胶阀体2、阀盒上盖3和阀盒下盖4三个主要部件。
硅胶阀体2的外环5被阀盒上盖3和阀盒下盖4夹住,不能上、下、左、右移动,硅胶阀体2的外环5被阀盒下盖4的承托环8托起,通过连接外环5和内环6的三个弹性片7的作用,使阀体2的内环6在阀盒内自然形成悬空状态。
阀盒上盖3和阀盒下盖4是紧密配合没有间隙,气体不能通过两者之间的接触面而漏气,且阀体上盖3和阀体下盖4之间设有防脱扣(图中未示出)住不会脱离。
如图2和图3所示,硅胶阀体2内有三个弹性片7平均分布连接阀体的外环5和内环6,内环6永远处在腔体中间,不跟腔体内侧面接触,只能保持平行的上下活动,不会受到腔体内侧壁磨擦的干扰,有效锁气。
当空气从阀体下盖4的进气脚9冲进阀盒内,所有气体几乎全部作用于阀体内环6下圈,快速把内环6托起,使内环6上圈紧贴阀体上盖3的内球面11,阻止空气从阀体上盖气孔10跑出。从进气脚9上冲的空气撤销后,此时阀体内的三个弹性片7把内环6及其阀片向下拉回到原位形成悬空状态,由于阀体的内环6悬空在阀体盒内,不会跟上下盖接触,能有助避免气体带进的水蒸气或液体粘着硅胶阀体在下盖面和上盖面上,从而避免由此引起的漏气和不该锁气而锁气的现象,保持单向阀门的正常操作功能。
同时由于硅胶阀体2内的三个弹性片7平均分布连接内环6,内环6永远处于腔体中间,不跟腔体内侧面接触,只能保持平行的上下活动,不会受到腔体内侧壁磨擦干扰,达至每次动作能有效锁气。
液体容器的具体实施例:
如图6所示,为可重复灌装液体瓶,包括出水杯12、瓶身13、旋盖14、单向阀1,其中单向阀1是安插在旋盖14上,旋盖14拧在瓶身13上口的旋牙嘴16上,旋盖14与旋牙嘴16的上缘之间设有密封垫15。出水杯12设于瓶身13的下口处,出水杯12内(或瓶身13的下口处)装有出水阀(图中没有画出),出水阀本身具有止流作用,只有瓶身13受到挤压时才会出水。
使用的原理是:
自然状态下,由于瓶身13的下口处的出水阀(图中没有画出)具有止流作用,液体不会流出,当装有液体的瓶身13每受到挤压一次,由于单向阀1的作用,瓶内气体受阻不能向上逸出,从而作用于液体,使液体通过出水杯12向下流出;当瓶身13受的挤压力撤离时,出水阀恢复到自然状态,液体不再流出,同时气体通过单向阀1进入瓶内,瓶身13恢复原状。当瓶内的液体用完后,可以拧开旋盖14,向瓶内重新灌注液体至将近满,再拧入旋盖14即可重复使用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种单向阀,其特征在于,包括硅胶阀体、阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖,所述阀盒上盖设有气孔,所述阀体下盖设有进气脚;
所述的硅胶阀体包括外环和内环,内环的内部为封闭的阀片,所述内环和外环之间通过弹性片连接,所述外环固定在所述阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间,所述内环在阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖之间为悬空状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向阀,其特征在于,所述阀盒下盖设有承托环,所述外环的下表面设置在所述承托环上,所述外环的上表面被所述阀盒上盖压住。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单向阀,其特征在于,所述的弹性片有三个,三个弹性片圆周平均分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单向阀,其特征在于,所述的阀盒上盖和阀盒下盖紧密配合,且所述阀体上盖和阀体下盖之间设有防脱扣。
5.根据权利要求4所述的容器单向阀,其特征在于,所述阀盒上盖的内表面为内球面,所述内环在升起状态下,内环的上表面紧贴所述内球面。
6.一种液体容器,其特征在于,该液体容器的瓶口处设有权利要求1至5任一项所述的单向阀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液体容器,其特征在于,该液体容器为饮料瓶、皂液瓶或酒瓶。
8.根据权利要求6所述的液体容器,其特征在于,包括柔性材质的瓶身,所述瓶身的上口设有旋盖,所述瓶身的下口设有出水阀,所述单向阀嵌入所述旋盖中。
