技术领域
本发明属于环氧胶黏剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂。
背景技术
环氧胶黏剂能在-5~40℃的温度下固化,在150℃温度下长期使用,粘越性能不降低;在150℃下仍有较高的剪切、拉伸、压缩力学强度和优异的耐疲劳性能;具有耐水性,耐低温、常温和高温耐久性;配比简单,操作工此,便混凝土构件与钢板、碳纤维布的粘接加固;混凝土材料、金属材料、玻璃和陶瓷等材料的粘接;各种类型螺栓的粘接锚固;机器设备、车辆、电子、军工等粘接、灌注或修补。但现有的胶黏剂在高温条件下的剪切强度还达不到部分严苛条件下的使用要求。
发明内容
解决的技术问题: 本发明提供一种改进的室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,大幅提升了其在高温条件下的剪切强度。
技术方案:室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,按质量分数计由以下原料组成:双酚A环氧树脂50~100份,三氯甲烷100~150份,聚酰胺50~60份,二甲基甲酰胺10~30份,氨基硅油30~40份。
优化配比方案为:双酚A环氧树脂70份,三氯甲烷120份,聚酰胺50份,二甲基甲酰胺30份,氨基硅油40份。
还包括590固化剂5~10份。
有益效果:本发明提供的室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,大幅提升了其在高温条件下的剪切强度,从实验结果来看,其在180℃条件下,剪切强度为4.0MPa。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,按质量分数计由以下原料组成:双酚A环氧树脂70份,三氯甲烷120份,聚酰胺50份,二甲基甲酰胺30份,氨基硅油40份,还包括590固化剂5~10份。
制备方法:将双酚A环氧树脂加热至120℃,然后依次加入三氯甲烷,聚酰胺,二甲基甲酰胺,氨基硅油和590固化剂,混合搅拌30~60分钟。
施工工艺:基层和被粘物表面的锈、油污、灰尘、蜡和松动表面要清除干净。可采用凿除、钢丝刷除、喷砂、打磨等方法处理,在室温下粘结,固化2~3小时即可。180℃条件下,剪切强度为4.0MPa,拉伸强度为6.0 MPa。

1.室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,其特征在于按质量分数计由以下原料组成:双酚A环氧树脂50~100份,三氯甲烷100~150份,聚酰胺50~60份,二甲基甲酰胺10~30份,氨基硅油30~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,其特征在于双酚A环氧树脂70份,三氯甲烷120份,聚酰胺50份,二甲基甲酰胺30份,氨基硅油40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室温固体耐高温环氧胶黏剂,其特征在于还包括590固化剂5~10份。
