本发明公开了一种三轴数控斜齿柱齿轮切割机,包括机头、床身和工作台,床身上设有向径导轨,向径导轨通过丝杠连接向径电机,向径导轨上方设有机头座,机头座上设有机头蜗轮,机头蜗轮和机头电机通过机头蜗杆连接,机头座上设有切割机线架,切割机线架上设有切割线,向径电机带动机头沿机床向径导轨移动;工作台上设有工作台蜗轮、工作台蜗轮和工作台电机通过工作台蜗杆连接,工作台上方设有工件齿轮。本发明采用极坐标控制,以工件齿轮的半径Rκ为向径,啮合ακ为极角,并设置了切割线绕水平轴可调斜角β,同时设置机头转角α2=ακ。本发明实现了斜齿圆柱外齿轮和斜齿圆内齿轮的加工,同时还可实现用小尺寸的机床加工特大尺寸的齿轮。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三轴数控斜齿柱齿轮线切割机,用于齿轮加工,属于机械制造工程技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知数控切割机加工齿轮,比传统工艺滚齿插齿灵活,不用复杂刀具齿轮滚刀和插齿刀,并能实现淬火后加工,避免热处理变形和表面微裂,同时其切削量是齿面的面积,切下整块齿沟金属,而不像滚齿插扦齿加工,把整块沟齿金属都切成铁屑。因此能耗较少,当齿轮模数较大时,加工费用比较低,加工切削力很小,机床刚性很易满足。尽管数控切割加工齿轮有以上优点,但目前现有技术的数控切割机用作齿轮加工受到局限,这因为现有技术切割机是直角坐标,两轴联动控制,平面直角两轴控制不能加工斜齿柱齿,而斜齿柱齿又是在工业中常用的。不能加工斜齿柱齿轮,就不能说是完全的柱齿轮加工机床。而且现有技术的线切割机是以工作台的前后左右移动来实现坐标移动的,工作台的导轨长度必须大于二倍工件直径的尺寸,机床活动的面积范围是两倍工件直径的平方以上,尺寸大的齿轮很难实现加工,加工5米直径的风电偏航齿轮,机床的活动的面积要求100平方米以上,实现这种齿轮的加工几乎不可能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种采用极坐标三轴控制的三轴数控斜齿柱齿轮线切割机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种三轴数控斜齿柱齿轮切割机,包括机头、床身和工作台,其特征是:所述床身上设有向径导轨,向径导轨通过丝杠连接向径电机,向径导轨上方设有机头座,机头座上设有机头蜗轮,机头蜗轮和机头电机通过机头蜗杆连接,机头座上设有切割机线架,切割机线架上设有切割线,向径电机带动机头沿机床向径导轨移动;工作台上设有工作台蜗轮、工作台蜗轮和工作台电机通过工作台蜗杆连接,工作台上方设有工件齿轮。
所述的三轴数控斜齿柱齿轮切割机,其特征是:以极坐标原理控制,机头沿径向导轨运动实现向径,工作台转角实现极角,所述向径电机、工作台电机与数控系统连接按公式

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:实现了斜齿圆柱外齿轮和斜齿圆内齿轮的加工,同时还可实现用小尺寸的机床加工特大尺寸的齿轮。
