Abstract

一种无线充电装置,包括与电源依次电连接的电子开关和发射线圈(L1),电子开关控制端连接发射控制单元,与发射线圈串联的限流电阻(R1),与发射线圈并联的补偿电容(C1)。充电装置采用插入式全电磁耦合结构,适用于为电子烟无线充电。本装置无须专门散热器,成本低,工作稳定可靠且效率高。

一种无线充电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及无线充电,具体涉及一种成本低且效率高的无线充电装置,尤其适用于电子烟。
背景技术
目前,无线充电装置包括依次电连接的电源、电子开关和发射线圈,电子开关由脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制器控制其导通或截至,发射线圈通过电子开关直接连接电源,上述电子开关一般都采用高功率场效应开关管,由于其动态电阻造成电子开关发热量较高,为稳定工作都必须采用大面积散热片,提高产品成本,尤其不利于低成本和小型化的产品。而若采用传统方式设计电子烟无线充电装置,必须采用散热片,其有效散热面积>3*3平方厘米,成本约2元人民币。进一步,当前的所有无线充电装置在电子开关关闭时发射线圈不发射且接收传导效率低,都造成一定额外的场效应开关管发热量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种无线充电装置,能减少电子开关发热,从而无须专门散热片或大大减少散热片的面积。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
这种无线充电装置,包括与电源依次电连接的电子开关和发射线圈,所述电子开关控制端连接发射控制单元,还包括与所述发射线圈串联的限流电阻,这样突破传统思维,增加限流电阻,从而限制并降低通过电子开关的电流,非常有效减少电子开关发热,对防止烧电子开关起了决定性作用,同时这种限流电阻仅有1-5欧(电子开关静态电阻0.01-0.5欧很小),相对于电子开关动态电阻20-100欧基本忽略不计,因此传统思维所担心的损耗功率,尤其相对于接收传导效率和发射效率实际很低,基本没有影响,另外也不存在传统思维所担心的电阻高发热的情况。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:
还包括与所述发射线圈并联的补偿电容,这样发射线圈在PWM控制下,不仅在电子开关导通的时候发射有效,另外在电子开关关闭的期间,发射线圈与补偿电容形成回路,发射仍然有效(提高发射效率),但是电子开关因为关断无电流不发热,在相同的发射功率下(可以减少开关管占空比方),显著减少电子开关电流,从而减少电子开关发热,增加电路稳定性。
所述补偿电容是单体电容或组合电容。
所述电子开关采用小面积散热片,包括但不限制于:所述电子开关是贴紧散热片的直插元件或不采用专门散热片,优选不采用专门散热片:所述电子开关是贴片元件,在内部电路板对应所述发热电子开关的位置敷大面积(2*2平方厘米)散热铜片替代专门散热片,成本降到约0.3元人民币。
该无线充电装置是电子烟无线充电装置,还包括与所述发射线圈配合的电子烟插孔或套筒,这样采用插入式全电磁耦合结构,大大提高接收效率,也有效减少电子开关电流。
还包括与发射控制单元电连接的设置在所述电子烟插孔或套筒处的电子烟插入的光检测装置。
所述发射线圈及其对应的插孔或套筒是一个或一个以上,可同时充多根电子烟。
所述电子开关包括但不限制于是场效应管或三极管。
所述限流电阻是单体电阻或组合电阻,分成二个电阻还可进一步减少单个电阻发热。
本发明突破传统思维在发射回路上增加限流电阻,进一步增加补偿电容,采用插入式全电磁耦合结构和插入检测,尤其适用于电子烟,相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、效率高;
2、工作稳定;
3、发热小,无须专门散热片或大大减少其面积;
4、能自动检测识别充电,节能环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的电子烟组成部件包括烟身上的电池12、电池12前方烟头部位的接收线圈11,即:图3和4中的接收线圈L2。
如图2所示,本实用新型的电子烟无线充电装置组成部件包括电路板21、套筒23、用于检测电子烟是否插入的光检测装置24和发射线圈22,即:图3和5中的发射线圈L1;发射线圈22绕在套筒23外对应插入电子烟接收线圈11的位置,插入式全电磁耦合结构:插入时接收线圈11位于发射线圈22内部,两线圈轴心方向一致。
如图3所示,本实用新型的电子烟电路包括电池、发热丝R、接收线圈L2以及内置整流单元的接收电路和控制器;本实用新型的电子烟无线充电装置电路包括与电源依次电连接的带发射控制单元的电子开关和发射线圈L1;发射线圈L1和接收线圈L2配合使用。
该无线充电装置及其电子烟,具体电路结构如图4和5所示,其中:电子烟在原有电路(电池、控制芯片U2、发热丝R和雾化开关S1)基础上增加了用于充电的接收线圈L2、整流二极管D7、电容和稳压二极管ZD4;无线充电装置包括发射控制芯片U1、电子开关Q1、发射线圈L1,还包括与发射线圈L1并联的补偿电容C1,能提高发射效率,还包括与发射线圈L1串联的限流电阻R1,能减少发射线圈L1电流,从而可以节省散热器,还包括与发射控制芯片U1电连接的光检测装置24,该光检测装置24包括光发射组件和光接收组件,插上电源后光发射组件常亮,一旦光接收组件未接收到光,启动发射控制芯片U1进行充电控制。
本发明无线充电装置尤其适用于电子烟产品,满足用户无线充电需求、方便用户边充边吸,让电子烟可进一步推广,使广大受传统烟草毒害的烟民可以低成本享受无毒抽烟的乐趣。
最后,在本领域普通技术人员理解范围内,在本发明权利要求范围内,各种变化都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种无线充电装置,包括与电源依次电连接的电子开关和发射线圈(L1),所述电子开关控制端连接发射控制芯片,其特征在于,还包括限流电阻(R1);
还包括与所述发射线圈并联的补偿电容(C1),所述发射线圈与所述补偿电容并联后与所述限流电阻串联;
该无线充电装置是电子烟无线充电装置,还包括与所述发射线圈配合的电子烟插孔或套筒(23),电子烟插入所述插孔或套筒(23)时,电子烟上的接收线圈位于所述发射线圈内部;
还包括与发射控制芯片电连接的设置在所述电子烟插孔或套筒处的用于检测电子烟是否插入的光检测装置(24),所述光检测装置(24)包括光发射组件和光接收组件,插上电源后所述光发射组件常亮,所述光接收组件在未接收到光时,所述发射控制芯片启动以对电子烟进行充电控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述无线充电装置,其特征在于,所述补偿电容(C1)是单体电容或组合电容。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述无线充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子开关是贴片元件,在内部电路板对应所述电子开关的位置敷散热铜片。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述无线充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子开关是贴紧散热片的直插元件。
5.根据权利要求4所述无线充电装置,其特征在于,所述发射线圈及对应的插孔或套筒是一个或一个以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述无线充电装置,其特征在于,所述电子开关是场效应管(Q1)或三极管。
7.根据权利要求1所述无线充电装置,其特征在于,所述限流电阻(R1)是单体电阻或组合电阻。
