技术领域
本发明涉及在轧机油膜轴承中使用以移走沿切向从转动套筒和围绕套筒的固定衬套之间流出的油层流的系统,并且尤其涉及用于在所述系统中使用的颈部密封件。
背景技术
在典型的轧机油膜轴承中,套筒围绕辊颈并且能够随其转动。套筒为轴颈式支承以在容置于轴承座中的固定衬套内转动。套筒和衬套的尺寸构造成在它们之间限定出间隙。在运行中,油被连续地引入到所述间隙中,在间隙中,油在轴承负载区处在套筒和衬套之间被可转动地推动成流体动力学维持的膜。油层流沿切向从轴承的每个端部流入到集油槽中,油通过重力从所述集油槽中移走,以便在过滤和冷却之后再循环回到轴承。
这种配置的缺点是需要大直径的排流管线,以容纳从轴承流出的油的重力流。这些排流管线占据过大的外部空间,并且因此不利于轴承的总尺寸。还必须注意以确保排流管线正确地安装成具有设计用以防止油倒退到轴承集油槽中并且充溢轴承集油槽的斜度。
发明内容
在共同未决申请中描述的改进的系统中,利用转动的轴承部件的动能将油泵送出轴承。因为油被强制性地排出,因此可使用较小的排流管线来处置流出的油流,而不需要维持适应重力流所需的排流斜度。
本发明针对适于安装在辊颈上并且随其转动的改进的颈部密封件。所述颈部密封件与其他的轴承部件协作以限定设置成用以收纳从套筒和衬套之间流出的油层流的环形腔室。环形腔室具有切向的出口,并且油通过由颈部密封件支承的推进件转动地围绕所述腔室被推进并且经由所述出口被推出。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,总体上以10表示轧机油膜轴承。所述轴承包括套筒12,套筒12固定至辊16的锥形颈部14。套筒为轴颈式支承以在容置于轴承座20内的固定衬套18中转动。套筒和衬套的尺寸构造成在它们之间限定出间隙“G”。在运行中,油被连续地引入到该间隙中,在间隙中,油在轴承负载区处在套筒与衬套之间被套筒转动地推动成流体动力学维持的膜。油的层流沿切向从轴承的两端流出。
在轴承的内侧端部和外侧端部处分别设置有密封组件22a、22b。附加地参照图2,可以看到内侧密封组件22a包括根据本发明的柔性的并且有弹力的颈部密封件24。所述颈部密封件包括柔性的环形密封件本体25,该密封件本体25安装在锥形的辊颈部分14上以和套筒12一起随其转动。颈部密封件由固定至轴承座20的密封端板26围绕。环形延伸件30跨接密封端板26和轴承座20之间的间隙。
轴向分隔的凸缘32a、32b从颈部密封件本体25上的圆柱形表面31的两端径向地向外突伸出。凸缘32a、32b密封地接触密封端板上的台肩34。颈部密封件上的环形抛油环36密封接触延伸件30上的圆形台肩38。所述抛油环与密封件本体的外侧端面25’成钝角地并且与凸缘32b成锐角地从密封件本体突伸出。由抛油环36、延伸件30和轴承座20提供的限界表面与套筒12和衬套18协作而限定出环形的内侧腔室40,该内侧腔室40与集油槽28隔离并且设置成用以收纳沿切向从套筒和衬套之间的间隙G流出的油的层流。推进件42在抛油环36和端面25’的接合处从密封件本体25伸入到腔室40中。如通过附加地参照图4能够最佳看出的,推进件42围绕颈部密封件24的圆周、以推进件间间距“s”间隔开,其中所述间距介于密封件本体的在圆柱形表面31处测量的外直径“D”的大约4.9%至39.3%之间。
如图5中所示,延伸件30包括与环形腔室40切向地连通的出口44。软管46连接到出口44并且通向轴承的外部,用于与常规的轧机润滑系统(未示出)的连接。
出口44的尺寸与收纳在环形腔室40中的油的量相关地进行构造,使得在稳态运行中,所述腔室保持装有油。如前面指出的,密封件24和套筒12都安装在辊颈14上并且随其转动。因此,由密封件24支承的推进件42随着套筒并且以套筒的速度转动。在被推进件跨过的环形腔室40的横截区域中,以套筒的速度转动地推进油,从而得以有效地围绕腔室40泵送油并且将油经由出口44泵送出。
因此,可以理解,推进件42用于利用颈部密封件24的转动动能产生动力以施加强制性地从环形腔室40驱出油的泵送作用。如上文指出的,通过强制性地驱出油而不是依赖重力流,可采用较小直径的排流管线并且可以策略性地定位排流管线而无需考虑保持重力斜度。

Claims (6)

1.一种在轧机油膜轴承中使用的密封件,在所述轧机油膜轴承中,套筒安装在辊颈上以随所述辊颈一起转动,所述套筒为轴颈式支承以在固定衬套中转动,并且油流从所述套筒与所述衬套之间流出,其特征在于,所述密封件包括:适于安装在所述辊颈上并随所述辊颈一起转动的柔性环形密封件本体;以及从所述密封件本体突伸出的沿周向间隔开的推进件,所述推进件能够随所述密封件本体一起转动并且用于转动地推进从所述套筒与所述衬套之间流出的油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封件,其中,如上安装的所述密封件本体的表面与其他轴承部件的表面协作以限定出环形腔室,所述环形腔室设置成用于收纳流出的所述油流,并且其中,所述推进件用于转动地推进收纳在所述腔室中的油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封件,其中,所述推进件是所述密封件本体的一体模制部件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封件,其中,环形的抛油环从所述密封件本体的端面成角度地突伸出,并且其中,所述推进件从所述端面与所述抛油环凸缘的接合处轴向地突伸出。
5.一种在可转动地支承于油膜轴承中的辊颈上使用的密封件,其特征在于,所述密封件包括:
柔性环形的密封件本体,所述密封件本体适于安装在所述辊颈上并随所述辊颈一起转动;
沿轴向间隔开的环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘从所述密封件本体径向地向外突伸出;
所述密封件本体上的端面;
环形的抛油环,所述抛油环与所述端面成钝角且与所述环形凸缘之一成锐角地从所述密封件本体突伸出;以及
沿周向间隔开的推进件,所述推进件在所述抛油环与所述端面的接合处从所述密封件本体轴向突伸出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的密封件,其中,所述推进件之间的周向间距介于所述密封件本体的外直径的4.9%到39.3%之间。
