技术领域
本发明涉及一种机车中模块化结构的连接辅助装置，特别是涉及一种车体模块化自动定位装置。
背景技术
目前，现有机车中模块化结构安装直接通过螺栓连接，由于机车结构在制造过程中不可避免存在制造误差，使得螺栓在装配过程中经常无法准确配合，因此模块化结构的安装非常困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种车体模块化自动定位装置，能够保证模块化结构在安装过程中自动对中，方便安装，能完全解决上述问题。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现： 
一种车体模块化自动定位装置，包括锥体和锥套，锥套套接在锥体外通过螺栓可拆卸式连接，且锥体与锥套的配合面为斜面。
进一步，所述锥套顶面还设有补板。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：结构简单实用，设计合理，通用性强，安装维护方便，锥体和锥套通过斜面自动定位使模块化结构的安装方便快捷，有效解决了模块化结构在安装过程中无法自动对中的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，一种车体模块化自动定位装置，包括锥体1和锥套2，锥体1和锥套2上对应开设沿轴线的螺纹孔，锥套2套接在锥体1外通过螺栓3可拆卸式连接，且锥体1与锥套2的配合面6为斜面。所述锥套2顶面还设有补板5。
如图2所示，在两个模块化结构7进行装配安装时，锥套2侧壁焊接在一个模块化结构7上，锥体1安装在另一个模块化结构7的安装面上，吊装两个模块化结构7使锥体1插入锥套2中配合，由于锥体1与锥套2的配合面6为一个锥面，这种斜面配合会使得两个模块化结构7自动对中。在模块化结构7安装完成后，采用配焊的形式将锥体1焊接在安装平面上。最后，使用螺栓3、防松垫片4将锥体1和锥套2连接紧固。
另外，在锥套2与模块化结构7的连接部焊接补板5，可起到与模块化结构7过渡及美化作用。

1.一种车体模块化自动定位装置，其特征在于：包括锥体和锥套，锥套套接在锥体外通过螺栓可拆卸式连接，且锥体与锥套的配合面为斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车体模块化自动定位装置，其特征在于：所述锥套顶面还设有补板。
