Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,所述PVC穿线管由下述重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,轻质碳酸钙20~30份,复合铅盐稳定剂3~10份,润滑剂0.5~4份,增塑剂1~5份,抗冲击改性剂ACR2~5份,紫外线吸收剂2~5份。本发明制备方法简单,配方合理,制备的PVC排水管具有良好力学性能,符合GB/T5836.1-2006的规定,抗紫外线效果优良且时效长。

Description

一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氯乙烯复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法。
背景技术
由于PVC树脂本身有热稳定性、耐高低温性能、流动性差等缺点,所以要加入各种助剂以改善它的性能。常用的助剂按功能可分为:热稳定剂、润滑,剂、加工改性剂、抗冲击改性剂、填充剂、耐老化剂、着色剂等。PVC制品多数暴露在阳光和其它各种光线下,根据制品应用环境还需添加一定量的光稳定剂以防止和延缓其分解和老化,延长PVC制品的使用寿命。光稳定剂大体可以分为光屏蔽剂、紫外线吸收剂、淬灭剂和自由基捕捉剂四类。其中,紫外线吸收剂可以强烈吸收280~400nm的紫外线,抑制塑料的光老化,延长塑料制品的使用寿命。目前塑料制品中使用的抗紫外线剂主要为有机物,如水杨酸酯类、二苯类、三嗪类和有机络合化合物等,这些有机抗紫外线剂具有价格昂贵、污染环境等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,该方法使用无机紫外吸收剂,产品具有良好的抗紫外性能,生产成本低,环境污染小。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下方案实现的:
一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,所述PVC穿线管由下述重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,轻质碳酸钙20~30份,复合铅盐稳定剂3~10份,润滑剂0.5~4份,增塑剂1~5份,抗冲击改性剂ACR2~5份,紫外线吸收剂2~5份,其中,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅和石蜡的一种或两种以上;所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二苯酯;所述紫外线吸收剂由纳米级二氧化钛、表面分散剂和载体母料组成,按重量份计,纳米级二氧化钛∶表面分散剂∶载体母料为(5~20)∶(0.01~0.05)∶(70~90)。
制备时包括如下步骤:
(1)先将聚氯乙烯树脂在热混锅内加热2~3分钟,然后依次加入其它组分,反应5~7分钟后再冷却至35~40℃;
(2)将步骤(1)冷却后的混料放入料筒中,控制料筒的进口温度为180~190℃,中端温度为170~180℃,出口端温度为160~170℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中料筒中料依次通过合流芯和模头造型,合流芯的温度控制在160~170℃,模头的温度为190~200℃,制得成品。
所述紫外线吸收剂的表面分散剂为硅烷偶联剂、烷基酸盐和/或脂肪酸的一种或两种以上。
所述紫外线吸收剂的载体母料为聚乙烯蜡,氧化聚乙烯蜡和/或石蜡的一种或两种以上。
为进一步提高抗紫外PVC排水管的产品性能,其由下述重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份,轻质碳酸钙25份,复合铅盐稳定剂5份,润滑剂1份,增塑剂2份,抗冲击改性剂ACR2份,紫外线吸收剂4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备方法简单,配方合理,制备的PVC排水管具有良好力学性能,抗紫外线效果优良且时效长。配方组分价格低廉,易于推广应用。
具体实施方式
按照表1中的重量份的组分,先将聚氯乙烯树脂在热混锅内加热2~3分钟,然后依次加入其它组分,反应5~7分钟后再冷却至35~40℃;将冷却后的混料放入料筒中,控制料筒的进口温度为180~190℃,中端温度为170~180℃,出口端温度为160~170℃;依次通过合流芯和模头造型,合流芯的温度控制在160~170℃,模头的温度为190~200℃,挤出管材。

下面以表中各实施例的组分为例,测试结果见表2:

采用上述组分和方法生产的抗紫外PVC排水管,完全符合GB/T5836.1-2006的规定,制备的PVC排水管具有良好力学性能,抗紫外线效果优良且时效长。配方组分价格低廉,易于推广应用。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,其特征在于所述PVC穿线管由下述重量份的原料制成:

其中,
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅和石蜡的一种或两种以上;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二苯酯;
所述紫外线吸收剂由纳米级二氧化钛、表面分散剂和载体母料组成,按重量份计,纳米级二氧化钛∶表面分散剂∶载体母料为(5~20)∶(0.01~0.05)∶(70~90)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)先将聚氯乙烯树脂在热混锅内加热2~3分钟,然后依次加入其它组分,反应5~7分钟后再冷却至35~40℃;
(2)将步骤(1)冷却后的混料放入料筒中,控制料筒的进口温度为180口190℃,中端温度为170~180℃,出口端温度为160~170℃;
(3)将步骤(2)中料筒中料依次通过合流芯和模头造型,合流芯的温度控制在160~170℃,模头的温度为190~200℃,制得成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂的表面分散剂为硅烷偶联剂、烷基酸盐和/或脂肪酸的一种或两种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂的载体母料为聚乙烯蜡,氧化聚乙烯蜡和/或石蜡的一种或两种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外PVC排水管的制备方法,其特征在于所述PVC穿线管由下述重量份的原料制成:
