Abstract

本发明涉及一种超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料制备方法。分为四个步骤实施:步骤1.选用高分子量聚乙烯树脂为主体,再加有机颜料色粉、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、矿物油,通过混料机混合,制备有色树脂混合料;步骤2.采用排气式双螺杆挤出机熔融挤压,挤出多根线条;挤出的有色多根线条通过水槽冷却凝固,再用切粒机切断为有色母粒;步骤3.将有色母粒通过干燥器完全干燥;步骤4.将有色母粒磨成均匀粉状,粉粒大小规格一致的超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料。本发明满足超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝所需的各种颜色,生产工艺简单、成本低,是目前各种有色纤维制备的最佳技术。

Description

超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织行业原料的制备方法,具体是一种超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料制备方法。
背景技术
超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,是当今世界高科技纤维之一,其分子量极高,均达200万以上(×104);纤维分子密度高、无官能机团、表面光滑、也无法染色,所以目前国内外生产的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维均为白色,其纤维限制了在特殊产业用纺织品及海洋工程绳索、渔网领域的广泛应用,如生产有色超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,必须采用高分子量聚乙烯色母料与超高分子量聚乙烯树脂混合纺丝,才能获得超高分子量聚乙烯有色纤维。
目前还没有用于超高分子量聚乙烯纺有色纤维专用母料的生产。
如现有技术CN101831099.A,公开一种全分散聚乙烯着色母粒的制备方法,其:1.将重量比的颜料加润湿剂混合,再通过喷雾嘴加包膜剂,在常温下包膜30分钟,再将已混合的颜料进行研磨成颜色混合料。2.将已研磨颜色混合料加一定比例聚乙烯树脂在混料机中进行混料;3.将所得混合料进行双螺杆挤出和切粒成聚乙烯着色母料,广泛应用于聚乙烯塑料制品着色;
现有技术CN1175604A,公开一种纺丝级树脂用填充母粒,其将纺丝树脂以重量比加粘土和分散剂制备聚酯PET、聚酰胺、尼龙、聚丙烯填充母粒,应用于聚酯PET、聚酰胺、尼龙、聚丙烯纺丝填充母料;
现有技术CN101392082A,公开一种聚丙烯仿玉色母料,其制备方法是提供聚丙烯制品着色仿玉色的一种色母料;
现有技术CN102675833A,公开一种用于制造着色聚合物的浓色母料,其制备方法主要应用于聚苯乙烯和苯乙烯共聚物着色;
现有技术CN102585450A,公开一种用于聚酯的着色母料,主要应用于聚酯PET、PBT、PETG、PEN等聚酯制品;
现有技术CN1903937A,公开一种PET色母料及制造方法和用途,主要应用于PET抽丝制纤维、制薄膜和吹塑制饮料瓶等着色产品。
据上述现有技术资料表明,类似聚乙烯的色母料,只应用于聚乙烯塑料制品着色和聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚酯PET纺丝领域,无法用于超高分子量聚乙烯纺有色纤维专用母料。
发明内容
为突破超高分子量聚乙烯有色纤维生产,本发明人研究开发了一种适用于超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料制备技术。
本发明是一种超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料制备方法,由以下四个步骤实施:
步骤1
选用高分子量聚乙烯树脂为主体,再加有机颜料色粉、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、矿物油,通过混料机混合,制备有色树脂混合料。
步骤2
将步骤1制备的有色树脂混合料,采用排气式双螺杆挤出机熔融挤压,挤出多根线条;挤出的有色多根线条通过水槽冷却凝固,再用切粒机切断为有色母粒。
步骤3
将步骤2制备的有色母粒,通过干燥器把有色母粒完全干燥。
步骤4
将经步骤3干燥的有色母粒,通过PE塑料磨粉机将有色母粒磨成均匀粉状,粉粒大小规格一致的超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料。
本发明满足超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝所需的各种颜色,色着鲜艳均匀。本发明的生产工艺简单、成本低,利用此生产工艺可获得质量优良的产品。
具体实施方式
本发明是一种超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料制备方法,具体由以下四个步骤实施:
步骤1
选用分子量(×104)50~150万、颗粒大小为40~60目的聚乙烯树脂,以重量百分比66~84%的高分子量聚乙烯树脂为主体,再加10~20%有机颜料色粉(颜色可根据需要调整有机颜料色粉)、1~3%抗氧剂、1~5%光稳定剂、2~6%矿物油,通过混料机在常温下进行20~40分钟混合,制备有色树脂混合料。
步骤2
将步骤1制备的有色树脂混合料,采用排气式双螺杆挤出机熔融挤压,挤出Φ4~5mm多根线条;挤出的有色多根线条通过水槽冷却凝固,再用切粒机切断为长度5mm的有色母粒。所述的排气式双螺杆挤出机的螺杆规格为Φ60mm、长径比1∶48,双螺杆挤出速度为每分钟100~160转,双螺杆各区温度为130~180℃,排气孔为Φ16mm,排气孔主要用于矿物油在加温塑化过程中产生的汽体排放。
步骤3
将步骤2制备的有色母粒,通过干燥器把有色母粒干燥,干燥器用60~80℃的热风循环吹透有色母粒,干燥时间为30~40分钟,达到色母粒完全干燥。
步骤4
将经步骤3干燥的有色母粒,通过PE塑料磨粉机,将有色母粒磨成均匀粉状,基本达到与超高分子量聚乙烯树脂的颗粒大小一致,粉粒大小规格为40~60目的超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料,用于超高分子量聚乙烯有色纤维生产。
此制备技术能满足超高分子量聚乙烯有色纺丝工艺要求,是目前各种有色纤维制备的最佳技术。

Claims (4)

1.一种超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料的制备方法,由以下四个步骤实施:
步骤1
选用高分子量聚乙烯树脂为主体,再加有机颜料色粉、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、矿物油,通过混料机混合,制备有色树脂混合料;
步骤2
将步骤1制备的有色树脂混合料,采用排气式双螺杆挤出机熔融挤压,挤出多根线条;挤出的有色多根线条通过水槽冷却凝固,再用切粒机切断为有色母粒;
步骤3
将步骤2制备的有色母粒,通过干燥器把有色母粒完全干燥;
步骤4
将经步骤3干燥的有色母粒,通过PE塑料磨粉机将有色母粒磨成均匀粉状,粉粒大小规格一致的超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料;
所述的步骤1中,选用分子量50~150万、颗粒大小为40~60目的聚乙烯树脂,以重量百分比66~84%的高分子量聚乙烯树脂为主体,再加10~20%有机颜料色粉、1~3%抗氧剂、1~5%光稳定剂、2~6%矿物油,通过混料机在常温下进行20~40分钟混合,制备有色树脂混合料;

2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,挤出机挤出Φ4~5mm多根线条;切粒机切断的有色母粒长度为5mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中所使用的排气式双螺杆挤出机的螺杆规格为Φ60mm、长径比1∶48,双螺杆挤出速度为每分钟100~160转,双螺杆各区温度为130~180℃,排气孔为Φ16mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,通过PE塑料磨粉机,将有色母粒磨成均匀粉状,粉粒大小规格为40~60目的超高分子量聚乙烯纺丝专用色母料。
