本发明涉及一种碎浆机。
背景技术
目前，在国内碎浆设备制造商不断增多，碎浆设备的碎浆效果、节能效果、使用寿命和对其他设备的影响都是制造商最关注的问题。传统的碎浆机上罩多使用与碎浆机同心的圆或方作为检修孔，此时投料口尺寸过小，特别是在碎浆机直径较小或投入物料尺寸过大时，物料就会卡在投料口处或砸到投料口后护板。而且传统碎浆机投料口部分无防水装置，在物料落入碎解机时，容易使浆体溅到输送设备上，既污染了设备及周边环境，同时又极大影响输送设备使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够有效预防卡料且带有防水装置的碎浆机。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种碎浆机，包括投料口，投料口处设有上罩，投料口端设有输送机，所述上罩上部呈圆形、下部呈方形；投料口处设有防水板。
所述防水板上端通过转轴铰接于投料口处。
所述防水板呈弧形且内凹于投料口。
本发明中，上罩上部呈圆形、下部呈方形，取代了以前方形或圆形的结构，增大了投料口尺寸，可以有效地预防卡料；在投料口部分增加了防水板，通过转轴与投料口连接后，由于重力作用防水板自然下垂，使浆料在一个完全密封的环境下碎解，不会造成浆料乱溅，在投入物料时，受物料惯性冲力，防水板自动随物料打开，在物料落入瞬间，防水板受自身重力恢复原状，物料落入浆中溅起的浆料被防水板挡住，防止浆料飞溅。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种碎浆机，包括投料口2，投料口2处设有上罩6，投料口2端设有输送机3，上罩6上部呈圆形、下部呈方形；投料口2处设有防水板1。防水板1上端通过转轴5铰接于投料口2处。防水板1呈弧形且内凹于投料口2。
本发明工作时，输送机3将物料4输送至投料口2处，由于输送机3输送的物料4的惯性冲力，将防水板1打开，在物料4落入瞬间，防水板1受自身重力恢复原位，物料4落入浆中溅起的浆料被防水板1挡住，防止浆料飞溅。
