本实用新型结构简单，易于实现，将黄油嘴固定在连接销轴下端，通过连接销轴下端送入人孔盖内部，这样黄油嘴成为隐藏式结构，黄油嘴用螺栓堵住，保证不被粉粒物料堵塞，需要保养时，拆下螺栓即可以正常对人孔盖进行维护保养。本实用新型有效的保证了人孔盖黄油嘴的安全性，避免人孔盖黄油嘴被杂质堵塞的问题，延长了人孔盖的整体使用寿命。
