(a)具有式I结构的第一染料单体,

(b)根据选自以下的式II和式III结构的第二染料单体:

其中R5选自H、烷基、芳基、苄基、卤素、酯、酸酰胺和CN,优选R5是CH3或H;以及
其中R2、R3和R4独立地选自H或烷基,优选R2、R3和R4中的至少两个是烷基。
优选地,Y是-CH2CH(OH)CH2-NH。优选地,R1选自H或CH3。优选地,n=2。优选地,烷基是C1到C6的支链线型或环状,最优选为CH3或C2H5。R2和R3可以结合形成5或6元环。
优选地,所述染料是有机染料。
优选地,所述染料选自如下生色基类:蒽醌、偶氮、噁嗪、吖嗪、三苯二噁嗪(triphenodioxazine)、三苯基甲烷、氧杂蒽和酞菁,更优选偶氮、蒽醌和吖嗪生色基类,最优选偶氮和蒽醌,最优选所述染料是蒽醌。
优选地,所述染料在pH为8时带负电荷或不带电荷。更优选所述染料在pH为8时不带电荷。
优选地,单体(a)可通过使烯烃与选自带有与染料的芳环共价结合的NH2基团的传统的酸性、碱性、分散或溶剂染料的染料反应得到。这种染料的例子列在Colour Index(《颜色指数》)(Society ofDyers and Coloirists and American Association of Textile Chemists andColourists)中。

优选地,单体(b)占所述聚合物的5-99.5wt%。最优选(b)是甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯。
优选地,本发明的组合物包含不带电荷的单体单元,优选地为所述聚合物的5-99wt%。优选地,所述单体单元选自丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯。优选地,它们以10-30wt%的量存在。
优选地,本发明的组合物是冲洗型组合物。更优选地,组合物是洗发剂、护理剂或毛发染料组合物。当组合物是洗发剂时,优选其包含5-50%的清洁表面活性剂。优选地,清洁表面活性剂包括阴离子和两性表面活性剂。当组合物是护理组合物时,其优选其包含护理活性剂,如脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酰胺和脂肪酸酯、硅氧烷、阳离子表面活性剂等。
优选地,本发明的组合物的pH是3-9,优选为4-8。
聚合物染料的组合可通过采用有限数量的染料用于获得宽范围的色彩。优选地,三色体系由三种聚合物染料的混合物构成。优选地,三色体系包含蓝或黑聚合物染料、红聚合物染料和黄聚合物染料的组合。
本发明的第二个方面提供一种给毛发着色的方法,所述方法是将前述任一项权利要求的组合物施用于毛发。
具体实施方式
实施例1:染料单体的合成
反应方案:
1,4-二氨基蒽醌(DAQ)购自Aldrich,(90%技术级)并如所提供的使用。
通过使DAQ(1,4-二氨基蒽醌)和Ac(丙烯酰氯)在碳酸氢钠存在下反应来制备染料单体。将150ml无水THF、1g DAQ和0.6g碳酸氢钠的混合物装在带有冷凝器、滴加漏斗和磁力搅拌棒的250ml三颈圆底烧瓶中。然后将烧瓶保持在室温,同时将溶于5ml无水THF中的0.38g Ac由滴加漏斗3小时内添加。反应混合物在25℃再搅拌20小时。20小时后过滤反应混合物以去除反应过程中产生的不溶固体,透明溶液通过利用旋转蒸发减压器干燥,然后得到紫色粉末,用水洗涤三次,在60℃真空下使粉末完全干燥24小时。利用NMR确定DAQ-AC的结构,表明反应完成了大于88%。因此大于88%的蒽醌含有一个NHCOCH=CH2基团。
实施例2:含染料聚合物的合成
反应方案:
将3g甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)、0.03g DAQ-AC和0.06g AIBN于10ml甲苯中的溶液装入带有冷凝器和磁力搅拌棒的经干氮气吹扫的两颈管中。将所述管密封并置于65℃恒温调节浴中24小时。反应后将溶液在过量五倍的石油醚中沉淀三次,然后在40℃真空下干燥24小时。通过控制染料单体和功能单体的最初使用量调节共聚物的组成。在本实验中,所添加的染料单体的量分别是10wt%。
实施例3:含染料聚合物的合成
利用酸性蓝14和亚甲基紫RAX进行类似于实施例1和2的反应以生成如下染料聚合物:
实施例3:染料聚合物的UV-VIS
以1g/L染料聚合物在去矿质水中记录实施例2的染料聚合物的紫外-可见(UV-Vis)光谱。结果示于下表中。对于C11添加1g/L的直链烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂。
*:在50%稀释液中测定。
实施例3:对羊毛的沉积
将漂白的编织的羊毛样品在293K下在去矿质水中搅动30分钟,其中分别加入了20ppm的C7、C11、C15和40ppm的C19。羊毛与液体的重量比为1∶30。取出羊毛样品并在空气中干燥,然后利用反射计(不含UV)测定颜色并表示为CIE L*a*b值。结果示于下表中。

实施例4:对人发的沉积
将人发样品在293K下在去矿质水中搅动30分钟,其中加入了20ppm的C7、C11、C15。毛发与液体的重量比为1∶30。使用灰-棕和金发样品。取出头发样品并在空气中干燥,然后利用反射计(不含UV)测定颜色并表示为CIE L*a*b值。结果示于下表中且是3次重复的平均数。

实施例5:染料聚合物合成
通过下表中所列单体的聚合合成如下染料聚合物:
实施例6:着色性能
在去矿质水中制备染料聚合物的1wt%溶液。将3份10cm的编织的羊毛样品(绵羊)置于染料聚合物溶液中并搅动20秒,取出并干燥。通过利用反射计测定样品的反射率并表示为CIE L*a*b值以及相对于未着色对照的ΔE值来评价羊毛的颜色。然后在开启的水龙头下用水冲洗样品30秒,干燥并再测定颜色。然后用洗发剂洗涤样品,冲洗,干燥并再测定。结果表示如下:
所用的洗发剂是如下配方:20wt%月桂基醚磺酸钠;5.3wt%椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱;6.5wt%Mirasheen A-220(来自Rhodia)--其是乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵、月桂基硫酸铵、椰油酰胺MEA、二甲苯磺酸铵的混合物;余量为微量成分和水。

所述染料聚合物是3种染料聚合物的1∶1∶1混合物,均基于95wt%的甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯和5wt%的染料单体(a)。
聚合物A:由丙烯酰氯与分散红55反应制备的染料单体;
聚合物B:由丙酰氯与分散黄11反应制备的染料单体;
聚合物C:由丙烯酰氯与分散蓝56反应制备的染料单体。
反应制备的染料单体的类似制剂。
Claims (11)
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述染料是有机染料。
3.权利要求2的组合物,其中所述染料选自如下生色基类:蒽醌、偶氮、噁嗪、吖嗪、三苯二噁嗪、三苯基甲烷、氧杂蒽和酞菁,更优选偶氮、蒽醌和吖嗪生色基类,最优选偶氮和蒽醌,最优选所述染料是蒽醌。
4.前述任一权利要求的组合物,其中所述染料带负电荷或不带电荷。
5.前述任一权利要求的组合物,其中所述染料不带电荷。
6.前述任一权利要求的方法,其中所述单体(a)占所述聚合物的0.5-30wt%,优选5-20wt%。
7.前述任一权利要求的组合物,其中所述单体(b)占所述聚合物的5-99.5wt%。
8.前述任一权利要求的组合物,其中所述聚合物还包含不带电荷的单体单元,优选占所述聚合物的5-94.5wt%。
9.前述任一权利要求的组合物,其是冲洗型组合物。
10.前述任一权利要求的组合物,其pH是3-9,优选4-8。
11.用于给毛发着色的方法,通过将前述任一权利要求的组合物施用于毛发。
