本发明涉及一种连锁铠装机带轮刹车装置。
背景技术
连锁钢带铠装机，主要用于各种电缆、新型稀土合金电线电缆的成型铠装，铠装采用金属带内外瓦楞连锁式铠装工艺，完全区别于传统的绕包方式。金属带铠装电缆，是目前世界上已知最先进的铠装电缆，解决了电缆在其特定系统使用中的安全、防锈、防火、抗拉、弯曲、抗外机械力损伤等特殊要求，极大的提高了使用系统运行的安全性。
现有的技术中存在连锁铠装机过带轮装置在使用的过带轮的转动效果不好，影响加工生产效率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种刹车效果好，结构简单的连锁铠装机带轮刹车装置。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种连锁铠装机带轮刹车装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座上表面的左端设有铰接座，所述铰接座上铰接支架板，所述底座的右端下表面设有薄膜气缸，所述薄膜气缸的活塞杆连接支架板的右端，所述支架板在薄膜气缸的作用下可绕铰座转动，所述支架板的上端固定安装有支持架，所述支持架的侧壁上铰接有制动板。
所述制动板的下端设有调整螺栓。
本发明通过薄膜气缸的供气，由气缸的活塞杆推动支持板绕底座支点旋转，起到刹车的作用。
