Abstract

本发明为一种抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂及制备方法。包括组分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱60%~40%;椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱40%~20%;椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺20%~10%;水10%~5%。制备方法:分别向反应釜中顺序加入上述重量百分比的各组分,在常温下,搅拌30分钟后,待反应釜内物料充分反应即制得所述泡沫排水剂。本发明的泡沫排水剂具有抗高温、抗高凝析油、抗高矿化度和携液能力强等优点,适用于各类产水气井。本发明的方法具有操作简单,设备与环境要求低,容易实现工业化生产和产品性价比高等特点。

Description

一种抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天然气井用新型抗高温、抗高凝析油、抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
天然气井产出液体有两种,一是地层中的游离水或烃类凝析液;二是地层中含有水汽的天然气流入井筒,由于热损失使温度沿井筒逐渐下降,出现凝析水。若井筒内液体不及时排出,则增加井底回压,造成产气量不断下降。泡沫排水采气工艺是排水采气的主要手段之一。它是将泡沫排水剂从携液能力不足的气井井口注入井底,借助于天然气流的搅拌作用与井底积液充气接触,从而减小液体表面张力,产生大量稳定的含水泡沫,明显降低气液混合物密度,大幅度降低油管内的摩阻损失和重力梯度(有效降低井底流压),使井底积液易被气流从井底携带至地面。由于其“成本低、投资小、见效快,操作简便”的特点已成为各大气田主要的排水采气工艺技术。随着天然气井的深入开发,目前气井采输面临着高温、高含凝析油、高矿化度等排水采气难题,现有常规泡沫排水采气工艺已无法有效解决,急需发明一种新型的抗高温、抗高凝析油、抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的困难,提供一种抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂及其制备方法,本发明的泡沫排水剂具有抗高温、抗高凝析油、抗高矿化度和携液能力强等优点,适用于各类产水气井。本发明的方法具有操作简单,设备与环境要求低,容易实现工业化生产和产品性价比高等特点。   
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂,包括下列重量百分比的各组分:
    椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱          60%~40%;
椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱    40%~20%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺          20%~10%;
水                          10%~5%。
所述抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
分别向反应釜中顺序加入下列重量百分比的各组分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱60%~40%:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱40%~20%:椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺20%~10%:水10%~5%;
在常温下,搅拌30分钟后,待反应釜内物料充分反应即制得所述泡沫排水剂。
从上述本发明的各项技术特征可以看出,其优点是:本发明的泡沫排水剂由植物皂甙和特种表面活性剂为主料,以高分子稳泡剂为辅料,经聚合、复配工艺制成的。能够抗高温(120℃)、抗高凝析油(50%)、抗高矿化度(250000ppm),外观呈无色或浅黄色液体,无异味。本发明的方法具有操作简单,设备与环境要求低,容易实现工业化生产和产品性价比高等特点。本发明适用于各类产水气井。

具体实施方式
    下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例中,我们将下列重量的各组分通过下述方法制备泡沫排水剂:室温下,将60ml 椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、20ml椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10ml 椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺和10ml水,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30min,常温养护24h备用。
实施例2
本实施例中,我们将下列重量的各组分通过下述方法制备泡沫排水剂:室温下,将50ml椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、25ml 椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、15ml 椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺和10ml水在高速搅拌机中搅拌30min,常温养护24h备用。
实施例3
本实施例中,我们将下列重量的各组分通过下述方法制备泡沫排水剂:室温下,将45ml 椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、30ml椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、20ml椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺和5ml水在高速搅拌机中搅拌30min,常温养护24h备用。
实施例4
本实施例中,我们将下列重量的各组分通过下述方法制备泡沫排水剂:室温下,将40ml椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、35ml椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、20ml 椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺和5ml水在高速搅拌机中搅拌30min,常温养护24h备用。
实施例5
本实施例中,我们将下列重量的各组分通过下述方法制备泡沫排水剂:室温下,将42ml 椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、40ml椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10ml 椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺和8ml水,在高速搅拌机中搅拌30min,常温养护24h备用。
本发明采用发泡性和增稠性优良的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、高效增泡稳泡性的椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、良好抗硬水性的椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱和水为原材料,在一定条件下,按一定比例顺序加入反应釜中,使其充分反应。利用本发明方法得到的泡沫排水剂在含高凝析油、高温、高矿化度天然气井中不仅具有起泡快、稳泡时间长、携液能力强等性能,而且具有低刺激性、无毒、易降解的特点,同时原材料也易于获得,便于现场规模化应用。
上述各实施例所制得的泡沫排水剂,经过检测后都满足如图1所示的各项性能指标。

Claims (2)

1.一种抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂,其特征在于包括下列重量百分比的各组分:
   椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱          60%~40%;
椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱    40%~20%;
椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺          20%~10%;
水                          10%~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗高温抗高凝析油抗高矿化度泡沫排水剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
分别向反应釜中顺序加入下列重量百分比的各组分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱60%~40%:椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱40%~20%:椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺20%~10%:水10%~5%;
在常温下,搅拌30分钟后,待反应釜内物料充分反应即制得所述泡沫排水剂。
