Abstract

一种电磁屏蔽材料,包括一基材层及一熔固于所述基材层内的金属丝网,所述基材层由柔性且具有电磁屏蔽功能的材料制成,所述金属丝网由多根金属丝编织成网格状,所述基材层由聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、聚氯乙烯中的一种或几种制成。本发明电磁屏蔽材料通过使用聚乙烯等柔性材料制作基材层,并在该基材层的一侧面设有一胶粘层,使用时,只需将该电磁屏蔽材料粘贴至电磁屏蔽处即可,如此使得该电磁屏蔽材料使用及裁切时非常方便。

电磁屏蔽材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁屏蔽材料。
背景技术
现有技术中,电磁屏蔽材料都是将具有电磁屏蔽的金属丝网熔固于玻璃中。然而,这种电磁屏蔽材料不能弯曲和卷绕,且不易裁切,导致在需电磁屏蔽的场合或在对芯片、设备等进行电磁兼容性测试时使用不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种使用方便的电磁屏蔽材料。
一种电磁屏蔽材料,包括一基材层及一熔固于所述基材层内的金属丝网,所述基材层由柔性且具有电磁屏蔽功能的材料制成,所述金属丝网由多根金属丝编织成网格状,所述基材层由聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、聚氯乙烯中的一种或几种制成。
上述电磁屏蔽材料通过使用聚乙烯等柔性材料制作基材层,并在该基材层的一侧面设有一胶粘层,使用时,只需将该电磁屏蔽材料粘贴至电磁屏蔽处即可,如此使得该电磁屏蔽材料使用及裁切时非常方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
请参考图1及图2,本发明电磁屏蔽材料的较佳实施方法包括一基材层20、一设置于所述基材层20一侧面上的胶粘层10及一熔固于所述基材层20内的金属丝网30。所述基材层20由柔性且具有电磁屏蔽特性的材料制成,如聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、聚氯乙烯等,所述金属丝网30的材料可采用导电性良好的金属或者合金,如金、银、铜、铝等。所述金属丝网30由多根金属丝编织成纵横相交的网格状。所述金属丝网30相对的两侧边上设有镶边金属丝300作为预留接地接口。一般而言,该镶边金属丝300较位于该两镶边金属丝300之间金属丝的直径略宽。该电磁屏蔽材料设有胶粘层,可随意将该电磁屏蔽材料粘贴于需要屏蔽的物体上。该电磁屏蔽材料制造完成后使用卷状封装,方便储存、运输及使用。本实施方式中,金属丝网的网孔呈矩形,其他实施方式中,网孔还可根据需要制成其他形状,如圆形、菱形及蜂巢形等。
根据电磁屏蔽的原理可知,对一定波长的电磁波进行屏蔽时,屏蔽材料的孔径应不大于该波长的1/2倍。本实施方式中,假定需要屏蔽30G赫兹的电磁辐射波长。构成所述金属丝网30的金属丝的直径不大于0.1毫米,且任意两根相邻的平行金属丝之间的距离不大于5毫米,即任意两根相邻的平行铜丝之间的距离应不大于该30G赫兹的电磁辐射的波长的1/2倍。本实施方式中,所述金属丝网30相对的两侧边上的镶边金属丝300的直径为1毫米。
使用时,裁切该电磁屏蔽材料,将裁切的电磁屏蔽材料带胶粘层10的一侧面粘贴至电磁屏蔽处(图未示),并将该电磁屏蔽材料上的镶边金属丝300接地。如此,由于该电磁屏蔽材料的金属丝网30上任意两根相邻的金属丝之间的距离不大于该30G赫兹的电磁辐射波长的1/2倍,且所述金属丝网30通过该镶边金属丝300接地,所以该电磁屏蔽材料具有很好的电磁屏蔽功能。
上述电磁屏蔽材料通过使用聚乙烯等柔性材料制作基材层,并在该基材层的一侧面设有一胶粘层,使用时,只需将该电磁屏蔽材料粘贴至电磁屏蔽处即可,如此使得该电磁屏蔽材料使用及裁切时非常方便。

Claims (8)

1.一种电磁屏蔽材料,包括一基材层及一熔固于所述基材层内的金属丝网,所述基材层由柔性且具有电磁屏蔽功能的材料制成,所述金属丝网由多根金属丝编织成网格状。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述金属丝网中任意两根相邻的平行金属丝之间的距离不大于所要屏蔽的电磁辐射波长的1/2倍。
3.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述金属丝网由金、银、铜、铝中的一种或多种材料构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述金属丝的直径不大于0.1毫米。
5.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述金属丝网中位于两相对侧边的金属丝的直径大于位于两相对侧边之间的金属丝的直径。
6.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述基材层由聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙、聚氯乙烯中的一种或几种制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述金属丝网的网格呈圆形、菱形或蜂巢形。
8.如权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽材料,其特征在于:所述基材层的一侧面上还设有一胶粘层。
