本发明公开了一种防电磁干扰防静电包装材料,该防电磁干扰防静电包装材料由内层、中间层、外层组成,内层为包覆有金属网的软PVC,所述的金属丝网规格为50‑100目,中间层为防静电海绵,外层为机械强度较高的低密度聚乙烯,其中的防静电海绵通过胶黏剂与内层外层粘合。该三层结构的防电磁干扰防静电包装材料具有很好的防电磁干扰、抗震、防静电性能。生产工艺简单,可广泛应用于电子元件、集成电路、仪器仪表等静电敏感器件的包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,具体涉及一种防电磁干扰防静电包装材料。
背景技术
静电放电对电子产品的危害是不可忽视的,统计资料表明,全世界每天电子产品因静电损害造成的经济可能达到百万美元以上,一年约50亿美元。一个具有代表性的大型cmos器件制造厂产品出厂后头7个月因质量问题而退回器件中有28%与静电损害有关,占故障率之首位。
电子产品的外部环境还存在着各种电磁干扰,外部干扰是指除电子产品所要接收的信号以外的电磁波对产品的影响。这种干扰会破坏产品的正常工作。它带来的危害很多,比如:破坏无线电通信的正常工作,影响电声和电视系统。如在许多大型机场,由于手机发射台等大功率电磁信号的干扰,而影响飞机的正常起降等。为了保证电子产品正常地工作,就需要防止来自产品外部的各种电磁干扰。
此外,很多电子元器件内部也是由较复杂的多个组件构成,相互之间的连接也并不是100%可靠。在过大的震动冲击下可能会造成内部组件连接的断开。一般集成电路或贴片无源器件的手册上都会标明能承受的最大加速度是几个G。
因此,对电子产品的静电防护、电磁干扰防护与抗震防护显得尤为重要。现有电子产品包装材料大部分只做了静电防护,在电磁干扰与震防护方面比较薄弱。少数包装材料虽然标榜了防电磁干扰,但其真实防电磁干扰性能力极其有限。
发明内容
本发明为解决电子产品包装的防静电、防电磁干扰、防震动问题,提供了一种防电磁干扰防静电包装材料。该防电磁干扰防静电包装材料由内层、中间层、外层组成,内层为包覆有金属网的软PVC,所述的金属丝网规格为50-100目,中间层为防静电海绵,外层为机械强度较高的低密度聚乙烯,其中的防静电海绵通过胶黏剂与内层外层粘合。该三层结构的防电磁干扰防静电包装材料具有很好的防电磁干扰、抗震、防静电性能。可以对电子产品起到很好的防静电、防电磁干扰、防震功效。

优选的是,所述的中间层通过胶黏剂与内、外层粘合。

本发明的有益效果是:所述三层结构的防电磁干扰防静电包装材料,其内层的包覆有金属丝网的软PVC结构具有电磁干扰屏蔽作用,其中间层的防静电海绵既可将电子产品表面的静电耗散还具备防震功效,其外层的低密度聚乙烯机械强度较高,具有很好的耐压性。该防电磁干扰防静电包装材料生产工艺简单,可广泛应用于电子元件、集成电路、仪器仪表等静电敏感器件的包装。
