Abstract

本实用新型公开一种屏蔽带,包括聚酯薄膜,所述聚酯薄膜的正反两面上均设置有铝箔屏蔽层,所述铝箔屏蔽层为非连续性结构,其上蚀刻而成有用于将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元的沟槽,所述沟槽的宽度为0.1~3mm。所述屏蔽带的铝箔屏蔽层采用非连续性结构,通过蚀刻沟槽将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元,大幅降低了每个铝箔屏蔽单元上的静电积累,无需排流,从而降低了投入成本,结构简单、易于实现。

本实用新型涉及通讯传输领域,尤其涉及一种屏蔽带。
背景技术
屏蔽带主要用于电线、电缆中,起到屏蔽作用,保障信号的传输。现有市场上电线、电缆所采用的屏蔽带,其通常由聚酯薄膜层及铝箔层构成,此种结构设计,其表面的静电积累较大,因此,需要进行排流,无形中增大了投入成本,由此,急需解决。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种屏蔽带,以解决现有屏蔽带表面静电积累较大,需要进行排流,增大了投入成本的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种屏蔽带,包括聚酯薄膜,所述聚酯薄膜的正反两面上均设置有铝箔屏蔽层,所述铝箔屏蔽层为非连续性结构,其上蚀刻而成有用于将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元的沟槽,所述沟槽的宽度为0.1~3mm。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述铝箔屏蔽层通过胶水与聚酯薄膜复合而成。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述铝箔屏蔽单元为菱形结构。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述铝箔屏蔽单元为矩形结构。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述沟槽的宽度为2mm。
本实用新型的有益效果为,所述屏蔽带的铝箔屏蔽层采用非连续性结构,通过蚀刻沟槽将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元,大幅降低了每个铝箔屏蔽单元上的静电积累,无需排流,从而降低了投入成本,结构简单、易于实现。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型,而非对本实用新型的限定。
实施例1
请参照图1所示,于本实施例中,一种屏蔽带,包括聚酯薄膜11,所述聚酯薄膜11的正反两面上均设置有铝箔屏蔽层,所述铝箔屏蔽层通过胶水与聚酯薄膜11复合而成,铝箔屏蔽层为非连续性结构,其上蚀刻而成有用于将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元12的沟槽13,所述沟槽13的宽度为0.1mm,所述铝箔屏蔽单元12为矩形结构,其沿聚酯薄膜11的长度方向排布,图1中所示的铝箔屏蔽单元12为7个,沿聚酯薄膜11的长度方向分成7排均布,每排设置有1个铝箔屏蔽单元12,虽然图1中所示铝箔屏蔽单元12为7个,但是本实用新型不限于此,铝箔屏蔽单元12的数量根据聚酯薄膜11长度而定。
实施例2
请参照图2所示,于本实施例中,一种屏蔽带,包括聚酯薄膜21,所述聚酯薄膜21的正反两面上均设置有铝箔屏蔽层,所述铝箔屏蔽层通过胶水与聚酯薄膜21复合而成,铝箔屏蔽层为非连续性结构,其上蚀刻而成有用于将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元22的沟槽23,所述沟槽23的宽度为3mm,所述铝箔屏蔽单元22为矩形结构,其沿聚酯薄膜21的长度方向排布,图2中所示的铝箔屏蔽单元22沿聚酯薄膜21的长度方向分成11排均布,每排设置有3个铝箔屏蔽单元22,虽然图2中所示铝箔屏蔽单元22沿聚酯薄膜21的长度方向分成11排均布,但是本实用新型不限于此,其根据聚酯薄膜21长度而定。
值得一提的是,上述实施例1、实施例2中,铝箔屏蔽单元12、22均沿聚酯薄膜11、21的长度方向排布,实施例1中给出了每排1个铝箔屏蔽单元12的实施方案,实施例2中给出了每排3个铝箔屏蔽单元22的实施方案,但是本实用新型不限于此,铝箔屏蔽单元12、22每排的数量不限,上述实施例是结合成本考虑后的选择。
实施例3
请参照图3所示,于本实施例中,一种屏蔽带,包括聚酯薄膜31,所述聚酯薄膜31的正反两面上均设置有铝箔屏蔽层,所述铝箔屏蔽层通过胶水与聚酯薄膜31复合而成,铝箔屏蔽层为非连续性结构,其上蚀刻而成有用于将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元32的沟槽33,所述沟槽33的宽度为2mm,所述铝箔屏蔽单元32为菱形结构,其均匀分布于聚酯薄膜31上。本实施例为本实用新型的优选方案。
值得一提的是,虽然上述实施例1中沟槽13的宽度为0.1mm,实施例2中沟槽23的宽度为3mm,实施例3中沟槽的宽度为2mm,但是本实用新型不限于此,沟槽13、23、33的宽度可选择位于0.1~3mm之间的任一数值。
以上实施例只是阐述了本实用新型的基本原理和特性,本实用新型不受上述实施例限制,在不脱离本实用新型精神和范围的前提下,本实用新型还有各种变化和改变,这些变化和改变都落入要求保护的本实用新型范围内。本实用新型要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

1.一种屏蔽带,其特征在于:包括聚酯薄膜,所述聚酯薄膜的正反两面上均设置有铝箔屏蔽层,所述铝箔屏蔽层为非连续性结构,其上蚀刻而成有用于将铝箔屏蔽层分成若干个铝箔屏蔽单元的沟槽,所述沟槽的宽度为0.1~3mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽带,其特征在于:所述铝箔屏蔽层通过胶水与聚酯薄膜复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽带,其特征在于:所述铝箔屏蔽单元为菱形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽带,其特征在于:所述铝箔屏蔽单元为矩形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽带,其特征在于:所述沟槽的宽度为2mm。
