本实用新型涉及一种抗拉伸电缆。
背景技术
传统电缆中一般包括导体和保护层,保护层对于外部的碰撞和刮擦等具有较好的保护效果,但是对抗拉伸的效果较差,因此电缆的导体很容易在遭受拉扯时断开。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有较强抗拉伸效果的抗拉伸电缆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:抗拉伸电缆,由内而外依次包括内导体、绝缘层、防弹丝层、外导体、绕包层、金属编织层和外层保护套,所述外导体由多根导线构成,每根导线均包裹有导线绝缘层。
在上述技术方案中,所述防弹丝层由围绕绝缘层逐条分布的防弹丝构成,防弹丝沿内导体纵向平行方向延展。
本实用新型中,沿内导体纵向平行方向延展的防弹丝能够在电缆遭受拉扯时,承受主要的拉力,使电缆具有更好的抗拉伸性能。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,本实用新型提供的抗拉伸电缆,由内而外依次包括内导体1、绝缘层2、防弹丝层3、外导体4、绕包层5、金属编织层6和外层保护套7,所述外导体4由多根导线构成,每根导线均包裹有导线绝缘层8。在本实施例中,防弹丝层3由围绕绝缘层逐条分布的防弹丝构成,防弹丝沿内导体1纵向平行方向延展。

1.一种抗拉伸电缆,其特征是:由内而外依次包括内导体、绝缘层、防弹丝层、外导体、绕包层、金属编织层和外层保护套,所述外导体由多根导线构成,每根导线均包裹有导线绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗拉伸电缆,其特征是:所述防弹丝层由围绕绝缘层逐条分布的防弹丝构成,防弹丝沿内导体纵向平行方向延展。
