本发明涉及一种除蜡用加热槽,包括加热板本体,所述加热板本体的至少一角设置有台阶,该台阶表面设置有盛放待除蜡的光学镜片圆柱用的凹槽。本发明改用加热槽对批量切割得到的镜片圆柱条除蜡,在加热板本体的至少一角设置台阶并开槽以直接加热,操作简便,除蜡工序变简单,镜片圆柱条升温快,生产效率高;采用铝板作为加热板本体,提高了热量的利用效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及光学镜片的制备领域,尤其涉及一种除蜡用加热槽。
背景技术
在数码相机、CCD摄像机等设备中使用的光学镜片的制备过程中,其原材料需要切成中片,用蜡粘胶后批量切割成镜片圆柱条,再除蜡使镜片从圆柱条整体状态变成一片片的散开状态,进而经夹片工序送入清洗车间.目前, 除蜡是通过泡胶方式实现,将镜片圆柱条包裹好保护纱布,放入溶有除蜡剂的洗液中,加热使镜片间的蜡慢慢熔化和溶解,实现镜片圆柱向散开状态转变.此过程较繁琐,洗液导热效率不高,而且,镜片圆柱条内部夹心比外周接受的热量要少的多,以致加热慢, 能耗大,生产效率低。 
发明内容
    本发明解决的技术问题是,提供了一种除蜡用加热槽,操作简便,加热快,生产效率高。
    本发明采用的技术方案为:
    一种除蜡用加热槽,包括加热板本体,所述加热板本体的至少一角设置有台阶,该台阶表面设置有盛放待除蜡的光学镜片圆柱用的凹槽。
    进一步,所述凹槽底部为圆形。
    进一步,所述加热板本体两侧的两个角均设置有台阶。
    进一步,所述加热板本体为铝板。 
    本发明的有益效果为:
    本发明改用加热槽对批量切割得到的镜片圆柱条除蜡,在加热板本体的至少一角设置台阶并开槽以直接加热,操作简便,除蜡工序变简单,镜片圆柱条升温快,生产效率高;凹槽底部为圆形,采用铝板作为加热板本体,提高了热量的利用效率。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。   
实施例:
如附图所示,除蜡用加热槽, 包括加热板本体1,所述加热板本体1两侧的两个角均设置有三个台阶2,每个台阶结构与加热板本体形成的表面都设置有盛放待除蜡的光学镜片圆柱用的凹槽3;优选的,凹槽底部为圆形,便于镜片圆柱与本发明充分接触,使镜片圆柱受热更均匀。
使用时,将待除蜡的光学镜片圆柱放入加热板本体1两侧的凹槽3中,加热板内部的加热管通电发热进而将镜片圆柱加热,为进一步提高热量的利用效率,加热时可以翻转镜片圆柱,当外缘的相邻两镜片间的蜡熔化至可轻轻将镜片分开时即可将镜片夹出分放到清洗板上,使其他镜片更好地受热,无需像传统泡胶除蜡工艺操作繁琐且须等所有相邻两镜片间的蜡熔化完全时才能进行下一步的镜片夹出并分放到清洗板上,节省了工时且提高了热量的利用效率;事实上,本发明改用加热槽,在加热板本体的至少一角设置台阶并开槽以直接加热,尤其是采用导热性能极好的铝板作为加热板本体,相比泡胶除蜡工艺的洗液导热,不仅,加热快,生产效率高,还大大提高了热量的利用效率。

1. 一种除蜡用加热槽,包括加热板本体,所述加热板本体的至少一角设置有台阶,该台阶表面设置有盛放待除蜡的光学镜片圆柱用的凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的除蜡用加热槽,其特征是所述凹槽底部为圆形。
3.如权利要求1所述的除蜡用加热槽,其特征是所述加热板本体两侧的两个角均设置有台阶。
4.如权利要求1所述的除蜡用加热槽,其特征是所述加热板本体为铝板。
