本发明属于精细化工聚合物材料技术领域,涉及一种可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体及用途。所述粉体的体积平均直径小于25微米,粉体组成为聚乳酸、聚乳酸与聚乙烯蜡或聚乳酸与聚丙烯蜡的混合物,其中聚乳酸的重量百分比为60-100%。本发明适用于UV固化的涂料和油墨,起到抗划耐磨消光等作用,但对UV固化的涂料和油墨的粘度影响较小。

技术领域
本发明属于精细化工聚合物材料技术领域,具体涉及可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体及用途。
背景技术
聚合物类蜡超细粉体由于它的优异性能,它的填加赋予油墨和涂料高的抗摩擦性和耐粘污性,并且可以消光,因而获得广泛的应用,各种树脂体系的溶剂型涂料油墨均可以添加,添加量一般在0.5%-5%之间,一些特殊的低固含量涂料如人造革表面涂料中可以添加到10%。
聚合物类蜡超细粉体有多种材料类型,常用的有聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚酰胺,聚四氟乙烯这4大类材料以及其混合物,最常用的为聚乙烯和聚四氟乙烯的混合物。
随着环保要求逐渐提高,不产生挥发性有机物(VOC)排放的UV涂料油墨越来越多,UV涂料采用紫外光固化,固化时间快,涂层性能优良,广泛应用于木地板,家具,汽车部件和电子产品领域。由于不能使用可挥发性溶剂,UV涂料采用活性稀释剂作为降低涂料粘度的材料,活性稀释剂带有可反应的官能团,反应后会成为涂膜的一部分。
UV涂料采用无溶剂体系,限制了很多粉体材料的添加,因为粉体材料一般都有较高的吸油率,粉体材料的加入会造成UV涂料粘度大大提高。涂料中经常使用二氧化硅消光粉,但如果在UV涂料中加入8%的二氧化硅消光粉,UV涂料往往会变得象膏状一样,无法生产无法施工。
向UV涂料中加入聚合物类蜡超细粉体也会影响UV涂料粘度,实践中一般添加量需要控制在1%以下,但在某些要求更低光泽或者更好抗划伤性的涂料中,1%的聚合物类蜡超细粉体是不够的,但由于粘度升高的问题,无法加入更多量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是寻找一种合适的材料制备为聚合物类蜡超细粉体, 这种超细粉体具有优良的抗划伤性和耐磨性,但在UV涂料中对粘度影响要比较小。
为了实现上述目的,本发明设计思路是这样的:以不同的聚合物为原料,通过化学改性,物理改性,机械粉碎,气流粉碎,深冷粉碎等工艺,制备不同的聚合物类蜡超细粉体,检验这些粉体在UV涂料中的抗划伤性以及其对粘度的影响。
本发明的主要技术方案:一种可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体,其特征在于所述粉体的体积平均直径小于25微米,粉体组成为聚乳酸、聚乳酸与聚乙烯蜡或聚乳酸与聚丙烯蜡的混合物,其中聚乳酸的重量百分比为60-100%。
一般地,所述的聚合物类蜡超细粉体中聚乳酸的重均分子量在3000-300000之间,化学名为共聚丙交酯的材料;聚乙烯蜡或聚丙烯蜡的重均分子量小于5000。
所述可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体用于UV固化的涂料和油墨,起到抗划耐磨消光等作用,但对UV固化的涂料和油墨的粘度影响较小。
一般地,所述可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体在UV固化的涂料和油墨中添加的重量百分比为1%-5%,粉体的体积平均直径在6-12微米之间。
    本发明中添加聚乙烯蜡或聚丙烯蜡的目的是提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
    下面结合实施例对本发明加以详细描述。
实施例
本发明实施例1原料采用聚乳酸为浙江海正201,实施例2原料采用90%含量的聚乳酸(浙江海正201)和南京天诗产聚乙烯蜡PEW-0200,实施例3原料采用90%含量的聚乳酸(浙江海正201)和南京天诗产聚丙烯蜡PPW-0901。
实施例1制备的产品的体积平均直径为6.7微米。
实施例2制备的产品的体积平均直径为6.3微米。
实施例3制备的产品的体积平均直径为6.5微米。
分别将实施例1,实施例2,实施例3制备的产品以1%,3%,5% 添加量加入UV涂料测量粘度和耐磨性。UV涂料为江苏海田提供的UV地板涂料。
测试条件为常温25℃,测试方法为旋转粘度法。

从以上实施例数据可以看出,本发明提供的粉体用于UV固化的涂料和油墨,起到抗划耐磨消光等作用,但对UV固化的涂料和油墨的粘度影响较小。

1.一种可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体,其特征在于所述粉体的体积平均直径小于25微米,粉体组成为聚乳酸、聚乳酸与聚乙烯蜡或聚乳酸与聚丙烯蜡的混合物,其中聚乳酸的重量百分比为60-100%。
2.如权利要求1所述聚合物类蜡超细粉体,其特征在于聚乳酸的重均分子量在3000-300000之间,聚乙烯蜡或聚丙烯蜡的重均分子量小于5000。
3.如权利要求1所述聚合物类蜡超细粉体的用途,其特征是用于UV固化的涂料和油墨。
4.如权利要求3所述聚合物类蜡超细粉体的用途,其特征是所述可生物降解的聚合物类蜡超细粉体在UV固化的涂料和油墨中添加的重量百分比为1%-5%,粉体的体积平均直径在6-12微米之间。
