Abstract

Description
本申请是申请日为2003年6月10日,申请号为03813410.1,发明名称为“分配器”的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分配器。本发明的优选形式涉及一种用于自动间歇释放喷雾进入环境中的分配器。
背景技术
已知的是利用自动喷雾分配器喷射液体农药、气味中和剂、消毒剂或香精油等进入环境中。在喷射农药时,农药可以用于驱除或消灭虫害。对于大多现有的分配器存在的问题是这些分配器在高温时效率低。因此,本发明的至少一种形式的目的是至少获得一些解决该问题的方法或至少提供对公众有用的选择。
如果且当在本文中用到术语“包括”时,应当非唯一地解释,即应当非唯一地解释为“由……组成或包括”的意思。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种分配器,该分配器具有一分配器喷射头和一容纳喷射材料的容器,该分配器形成为所述容器可以与所述分配器喷射头分开,而且该容器还可以在喷射材料用完时再充填和/或替换;
所述分配器具有被充分封闭在一个基本上为金属的锁紧盖装置中的电磁阀装置,所述盖装置包括一个第一部分和一个第二部分,而且其中这两部分可以彼此相互锁住,设置该阀装置以充分有利于喷射材料从容器移动到分配器喷射头,而设置所述盖装置以利于强化磁场,当分配器在应用时,该盖装置有利于阀装置的打开和关闭;
所述分配器形成为该分配器可以这样设置,以便于所述阀装置自动定期打开和关闭以从容器中释放喷射材料流到分配器喷射头,从而将喷射材料作为喷雾释放到分配器外的环境中。
所述分配器可以位于分配器的上部或下部。
优选地,分配器具有一电源,设置该电源以便于供给开关阀装置动力。
优选地,电源包括电池。
优选地,所述分配器包括电子装置(如印刷电路板),设置该电子装置以便于控制阀装置的开和关。
优选地,所述电子装置由电源供以动力。
优选地,所述容器包括气雾剂(aerosol)罐。
优选地,当需要时,所述第一和第二部分可以随后彼此分开。
优选地,所述第一和第二部包括一钩状部分,而第二部分包括一锯齿状部分,所述钩状部分和锯齿状部分是彼此互补的,以便于所述钩状部分可以与锯齿状部分啮合,从而锁住盖装置。
优选地,盖装置的第一部分可以与盖装置的第二部分棘爪式啮合。
优选地,分配器包括一喷嘴,设置该喷嘴以当喷射材料离开分配器时使得喷射材料形成喷雾。

具体实施方式
参见图1,分配器1包括一分配器喷射头2和一容器3。该分配器喷射头2具有一个用一小电池5供给动力的电磁阀4。当电磁阀4打开时,电磁阀4允许喷射材料通过一个孔6和一个喷嘴7从容器3流出释放到环境中。所述分配器喷射头2也具有一开关8,该开关可以用于启动一电路板9,以控制电磁阀4的开和关。所述电路板9由电池5供给动力。
参见图2,电磁阀4包括一绕线管10,电线11缠绕在该绕线管10上,一电枢12穿过该绕线管10可移动。更特别地,当响应于电流在绕线管10内产生磁通量时,该电枢12可以移动。值得注意的是,当电枢12适当地移动时,电磁阀4即刻打开。当电磁阀4打开时,容纳在容器3中的压力流体就可以穿过阀座13从而经过电磁阀4进入环境中。当所述电流停止时,电枢12依靠弹簧14回到它原来的位置,从而关闭电磁阀。
电磁阀4被封闭在一个包括一金属罩15和一金属座16的金属盖中。该座16具有一个钩状部分17a,而所述罩15具有一个锯齿状部分17b。所述钩状部分和锯齿状部分彼此互补。钩状部分17a可以夹住锯齿状部分17b或与锯齿状部分啮合,从而将盖锁住。
进一步参见图2,座16包括一个配件18,该装置18连接到容器3上,如通过螺纹或其它元件连接。当阀门打开时,容器3中的流体可以经由配件18穿过电磁阀4流出。
优选地,本发明如此以致于金属盖加强或强化了与电磁阀4关联的磁通量。通过如上述将盖锁住,罩15和座16可以抵抗住由于形成分配器的塑料部分可能变软导致的分离,如座16所放置其中的托架19(见图2)变软。盖的锁紧装置也能抗住由于分配器喷射头2/阀4中的气压造成的罩15和座16的分离。本领域技术人员会理解到,增加的气压可能来自于围绕分配器的环境温度的增加,且因而增加的气压会存在容器中。
本领域技术人员会注意到,如果罩15和座16分离,比如由于温度升高引起,那么与电磁阀4关联的磁通量会降低。当然,如果分离太大,那么阀4不会适当地起作用,或根本不会起作用。
优选地,分配器1是如此,它可以设置成自动且间歇地将容器内的喷射材料的喷雾释放到外界环境中。一旦设置,而且需要的话,分配器1可以运行直到喷射材料用完。当容器3被用空时,它可以与分配器喷射头2分开,被再装填,然后再与分配器喷射头2连接以继续使用。可选择地,容器3可以被一起替换。优选地,分配器喷射头2可以与不同尺寸的具有不同喷射材料的容器一起使用。这样的容器优选地是喷雾剂型,尽管本发明可以用其他类型的容器。
优选地,分配器1如此形成以致于它可以在环境温度达到75℃时有效地起作用。
虽然已经通过例子描述了本发明的一些优选形式,但是应当注意到,可以在不脱离下述权利要求的范围的情况下进行改进和改变。
Claims (12)
1.一种分配器,所述分配器具有一分配器喷射头和一容纳有喷射材料的容器,所述分配器形成为当所述喷射材料用完时所述容器可以与分配器喷射头分开并被再充填和/或被替换;
所述分配器具有电磁阀装置,该电磁阀装置包括缠绕有电线的绕线管和电枢,所述绕线管和电枢被完全封闭在一个基本上为金属的锁紧盖装置中,所述盖装置包括一金属座和一金属罩,而且所述金属罩与所述金属座啮合以锁住所述盖装置,所述阀装置被设置成能充分地有利于喷射材料从容器中移动到分配器喷射头,而且设置所述盖装置以强化磁场,当分配器在使用时,该磁场有利于打开和关闭所述阀装置,所述阀装置还包括协助所述阀装置返回关闭位置的弹簧;
所述分配器形成为它可以这样设置以便于阀装置自动且定期地打开和关闭,从而将喷射材料流从容器释放到分配器喷射头,以便于喷射材料作为喷雾释放到分配器外面的环境中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,包括一电源,设置该电源以供给打开和关闭所述阀装置的动力。
3.根据权利要求2所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述电源包括一电池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,包括电子装置,设置该电子装置以控制所述阀装置的打开和关闭。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的分配器,其特征在于,包括电子装置,设置该电子装置以控制所述阀装置的打开和关闭。
6.根据权利要求5所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述电子装置由所述电源供给动力。
7.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述容器包括一个气雾剂罐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述金属座和金属罩在需要时能随后被彼此分开。
9.根据权利要求1或8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述金属座包括一钩状部分,而所述金属罩包括一锯齿状部分,所述钩状部分和锯齿状部分彼此互补,以便于所述钩状部分可以与所述锯齿状部分啮合以锁住所述盖装置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述盖装置的金属座可以与所述盖装置的金属罩棘爪式啮合。
11.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,包括一喷嘴,设置该喷嘴以使得喷射材料在离开分配器时形成喷雾。
12.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括:电源,所述电源用于为开关阀装置而提供动力;电子装置,所述电子装置被设置用来控制阀装置的开和关;以及
所述盖装置的金属座和金属罩通过棘爪式啮合彼此相互锁住。
