技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装盒,尤其涉及一种包装盒耐低温覆膜控制方法。
背景技术
目前的包装盒很多都采用覆膜技术,但在低温状态下,覆膜的产品往往容易出现不牢的问题。
如何在生产出包装盒前就能对其表面的膜进行粘合力进行检测是技术人员要考虑的。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供了一种包装盒耐低温覆膜控制方法,旨在解决上述的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下步骤实现的:
检测各类薄膜在低温状况下收缩应力值;
在低温环境中测试各种食品级耐低温覆合胶水贴合后的90度剥离和180度剥离力的值;
胶水的剥离力必须大于薄膜收缩的应力;
确定合适的膜和胶水配比。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:可以在设计阶段就根据各材料在低温状态下的特性,得出该包装盒的耐温性,减少了设计开发的时间,成本和精力。

本发明是通过以下步骤实现的:

胶水的剥离力必须大于薄膜收缩的应力;
确定合适的膜和胶水配比。
本发明中所述的90度是指和胶水面呈垂直的力;180度是指和胶水面呈平行的力。
