本发明公开了一种隔声模块，包括第一隔声板（1）、第二隔声板（2）和位于两隔声板之间或附着连接在第一隔声板（1）或第二隔声板（2）表面的吸声体（3）；还公开了一种带有该隔声模块的内嵌桁架结构的吸隔声复合结构，包括由内嵌在厂房立柱（8）中并可与地面固定的桁架立柱（9）、桁架立柱（9）底部之间的内嵌底部横梁、以及与桁架立柱（9）固定连接的横支撑桁架（11）形成的井字形桁架结构，所述隔声模块的凹槽嵌套上所述桁架立柱（9）上并位于内嵌底部横梁与横支撑桁架（11）之间，这种复合结构消除墙体的间隙，切断“声桥”，并且墙体刚度好，安装工序简单。

技术领域
本发明属于噪音治理领域，具体涉及一种隔声模块，以及带有该隔声模块的内嵌桁架结构的吸隔声复合结构，该隔声模块和吸隔声复合结构特别适用于轻质高隔声量的厂房、墙体、民用建筑墙体等隔声降噪。 
背景技术
轻质高隔声量建筑墙体是防止噪声污染的重要构件，其广泛运用于民用和工业领域。现有的轻质高隔声建筑结构主要是将轻钢龙骨、吸声材料和石膏板或者其他隔声材料现场铺设而成，即将轻钢龙骨横向与墙体或厂房立柱之间焊接成檀条，再将轻钢龙骨纵向焊接形成骨架，石膏板或其他隔声材料一块一块地铺设在龙骨上，在填充吸声材料后便在龙骨的另一侧固定石膏板或其他隔声材料，最后在厂房的外侧铺设瓦楞板，以此形成吸隔声结构，这种结构主要存在以下几个缺点：
（1）                石膏板与石膏板之间的缝隙不可避免，密封性差，因此导致吸隔声墙体存在漏声，从而导致整个墙体的隔声性能大幅度下降。
（2）                内外隔声体通过轻钢龙骨连接，因此存在“声桥”，整个墙体的隔声性能较差。
（3）                由于轻钢龙骨本身的刚度不足，当墙体的截面积大于30平方米时，吸隔声墙体的刚度必须借助辅助横梁，即依靠檀条才能保证，进而增加成本。
（4）                不能批量生产，并且现场铺设工序多，填充吸声材料时粉尘溢出对周围环境造成二次污染，铺设石膏板的劳动强度大，周期长，效率低，成本高。 
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明的第一目的是提供一种可切断“声桥”，并且可预制的模块化结构的隔声模块。
上述第一目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的：一种隔声模块，包括第一隔声板、第二隔声板和位于两隔声板之间或附着连接在第一隔声板或第二隔声板表面的吸声体，所述第一隔声板和第二隔声板的端部均被卡槽条包覆，该卡槽条将U形围板搭接固定在第一隔声板与第二隔声板的端部之间，使整个隔声模块的端部形成凹槽，即，上述卡槽条作为外框，将同时作为内框的U形围板卡住，并将两者的搭接处焊接形成一个整体。
为了切断隔声板振动时噪音通过桁架向外传递，所述第一隔声板和第二隔声板的四周均包裹U形弹性橡胶压条，从而进一步切断“声桥”。
进一步，所述吸声体的厚度为50～300mm，其内置无碱玻纤布包裹的隔声材料，外敷穿孔板，中间填充吸声材料，进而提高吸声体的吸声性能；上述吸声体可以与隔声板设置成相互独立的两部分，然后加以组合，或者在一隔声板的外层铺设隔声材料，另一隔板的外层铺设穿孔板，隔声板之间加吸声材料，即组成隔声材料-吸声材料-穿孔板结构。
所述穿孔板的厚度为1～12mm，穿孔率为23%～65%，实验证明，如穿孔率小于23%时，会阻止声波传入，影响模块的吸声性能。
所述吸声材料为玻璃棉或三聚氰胺；所述穿孔板为钢板、铝板、水泥纤维板或石膏板，其厚度为5～30mm，穿孔板的组合方式可为钢板与钢板、钢板与石膏板、石膏板之间、钢板与水泥纤维板、水泥纤维板之间。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种不但可切断“声桥”，并且密封性能较好、隔声性能较高的吸隔声复合结构。 
上述第二目的是通过这样的技术方案来实现的：带有前述隔声模块的内嵌桁架结构的吸隔声复合结构，包括由内嵌在厂房立柱中并可与地面固定的桁架立柱、桁架立柱底部之间的内嵌底部横梁、以及与桁架立柱固定连接的横支撑桁架形成的井字形桁架结构，所述隔声模块的凹槽嵌套上所述桁架立柱上并位于内嵌底部横梁与横支撑桁架之间。
所述吸声体通过自攻螺钉固定在隔声模块的第一隔声板或第二隔声板上，隔声板的单层厚度可为5～30mm，总厚度可为60～300mm，隔声板的组合方式可为钢板与钢板、钢板与石膏板、石膏板之间、钢板与水泥纤维板、水泥纤维板之间。
进一步的是，使用者可根据需要在所述井字形桁架结构的外侧安装瓦楞板护面。
进一步的是，所述桁架立柱为H形钢、矩形钢或圆形钢，其厚度为45～295mm。
为了方便安装和拆卸，所述横支撑桁架与桁架立柱之间采用螺栓套管连接，或采用套管或形钢焊接等连接方式。
由于采用了上述结构，本发明的有益效果如下：
（1）                采用U形围板作为内框和卡槽条作为外框，将吸声体设置在第一隔声板与第二隔声板之间，并且使整个隔声模块的端部呈凹槽状，因此桁架可内插入该隔声模块的凹槽中，自然在隔声模块的上下左右形成了密封带，从根本上消除模块之间的间隙，防止墙体结构漏声，提高墙体的隔声性能，满足墙体的高隔声性能要求。
（2）                在第一隔声板和第二隔声板四周包裹弹性橡胶压条，有效切断了隔声板振动时通过桁架向外传递噪音的“声桥”，大大提高了隔声性能。
（3）                采用带上述隔声模块的吸隔声复合结构，桁架立柱、内嵌底部横梁与横支撑桁架之间形成内嵌式井字形的桁架结构，提高墙体的钢度，无需借助横梁或檀条即可形成大截面墙体，节约生产成本。
（4）                可实现生产线标准化生产，形成系列化模块产品，如带观察窗的隔声模块、带进出门的隔声模块等等，实现产品结构的一致性，缩短现场安装的工期，工序简单，安装效率高，并且吸声体与隔声板为一体式结构，避免安装过程中因填装吸声材料带来的粉尘污染环境的问题，结构简单，综合成本低。

具体实施方式
为了更加清楚地理解本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果，下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明，但并不将本发明的保护范围限定在以下实施例中。
实施例1：如图1至图3所示，一种隔声模块，包括第一隔声板1、第二隔声板2和位于两隔声板之间的吸声体3，所述第一隔声板1和第二隔声板2的端部均被卡槽条4包覆，该卡槽条4将U形围板5搭接固定在第一隔声板1与第二隔声板2的端部之间，使整个隔声模块的端部形成凹槽；所述第一隔声板1和第二隔声板2的四周均包裹U形弹性橡胶压条6；所述吸声体3的厚度为50～300mm。
实施例2，与实施例1不同的是，该隔声模块在第一隔声板1的外层内置无碱玻纤布包裹的隔声材料，第二隔声板2的外层附着连接穿孔板7，两隔声板之间填充吸声材料，即组合成隔声材料-吸声材料-穿孔板7结构，所述穿孔板7的厚度为1～12mm，穿孔率为23%～65%；所述吸声材料为玻璃棉或三聚氰胺，穿孔板7为钢板、铝板、水泥纤维板或石膏板，其厚度为5～30mm，其他结构均与实施例1相同，在此不作赘述。
实施例3，如图4和图5所示，带有实施例2所述隔声模块的内嵌桁架结构的吸隔声复合结构，包括由内嵌在厂房立柱8中并可与地面固定的桁架立柱9、桁架立柱9底部之间的内嵌底部横梁、以及与桁架立柱9固定连接的横支撑桁架11形成的井字形桁架结构，所述隔声模块的凹槽嵌套上所述桁架立柱9上并位于内嵌底部横梁与横支撑桁架11之间；所述吸声体3通过螺钉固定在隔声模块的第一隔声板1或第二隔声板2上；所述井字形桁架结构的外侧安装瓦楞板护面10；所述桁架立柱9为H形钢，其厚度为45～295mm；所述横支撑桁架11与桁架立柱9之间采用螺栓套管连接。
安装时，首先将桁架立柱9用四根直径为12mm的膨胀螺栓固定到地面并内嵌于厂房立柱8中，并按尺寸平行安装其余桁架立柱；其次，将内嵌底部横梁与两边的桁架立柱9焊接形成U型框；再次，将隔声模块a吊装入该U型框内，且使桁架立柱9插入隔声模块a端部的凹槽内，以此形成密封带；然后，在隔声模块a的顶部安装横支撑桁架11；重复前述步骤以完成整个墙体的安装，从而在墙体的内部形成内嵌式的井字形桁架结构，根据需要可在墙体的外侧装上瓦楞板护面10。

Claims (10)

1.一种隔声模块，其特征在于：包括第一隔声板（1）、第二隔声板（2）和位于两隔声板之间或附着连接在第一隔声板（1）或第二隔声板（2）表面的吸声体（3），所述第一隔声板（1）和第二隔声板（2）的端部均被卡槽条（4）包覆，该卡槽条（4）将U形围板（5）搭接固定在第一隔声板（1）与第二隔声板（2）的端部之间，使整个隔声模块的端部形成凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔声模块，其特征在于：所述第一隔声板（1）和第二隔声板（2）的四周均包裹U形弹性橡胶压条（6）。
3.如权利要求2所述的隔声模块，其特征在于：所述吸声体（3）的厚度为50～300mm，其内置无碱玻纤布包裹的隔声材料，外敷穿孔板（7），中间填充吸声材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的隔声模块，其特征在于：所述穿孔板（7）的厚度为1～12mm，穿孔率为23%～65%。
5.如权利要求4所述的隔声模块，其特征在于：所述吸声材料为玻璃棉或三聚氰胺；所述穿孔板（7）为钢板、铝板、水泥纤维板或石膏板，其厚度为5～30mm。
6.带有如权利要求1至5中任一项所述隔声模块的内嵌桁架结构的吸隔声复合结构，其特征在于：包括由内嵌在厂房立柱（8）中并可与地面固定的桁架立柱（9）、桁架立柱（9）底部之间的内嵌底部横梁、以及与桁架立柱（9）固定连接的横支撑桁架（11）形成的井字形桁架结构，所述隔声模块的凹槽嵌套上所述桁架立柱（9）上并位于内嵌底部横梁与横支撑桁架（11）之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的吸隔声复合结构，其特征在于：所述吸声体（3）通过螺钉固定在隔声模块的第一隔声板（1）或第二隔声板（2）上。
8.如权利要求6所述的吸隔声复合结构，其特征在于：所述井字形桁架结构的外侧安装瓦楞板护面（10）。
9.如权利要求6所述的吸隔声复合结构，其特征在于：所述桁架立柱（9）为H形钢、矩形钢或圆形钢，其厚度为45～295mm。
10.如权利要求6所述的吸隔声复合结构，其特征在于：所述横支撑桁架（11）与桁架立柱（9）之间采用螺栓套管连接。
