一种网叶式气体滤洗风扇,其风叶之局部或全部改由滤网制成,故可用最少量的滤网进行主动多次连续高效的带液清洗过滤并产生适当风量,使其制作大幅简化,制造更加简单易为成本下降,更易于批量生产和长期使用。其回水改由处在下方的盖板或底板向下向侧延伸构成划水叶片,经对应导水槽收集汇集水液,使上述细小网式叶片居中而能对水液产生连续集中增强效应故可形成强力细小高速水流沿导水管惯性上升回落水箱,自动回水应用可靠。整体结构更成熟可行,成为整个人类民用和工业空气净化的特效良器,必定会为全人类各行业空气环境的显著改善作出显著贡献,具有不可或缺的实用有益价值。

技术领域:空气净化设备、液气反应设备、风扇、油烟机、除尘设备、气液体解毒设备。
背景技术:本人的“救生多用空气净化风扇”(2011102309779)等已能较好地消除空气中的油烟、粉尘、甲醛等一切有毒有害成份,但其多层同心及螺旋滤网等结构制作麻烦,自动回水可靠性不高,需作进一步改进完善和发展补充。
发明内容:将风扇的实板风叶全部或部分改为滤网制作,同时酌情改变其密度及角度,或再辅以侧面、顶面滤网,就可单独或匹配原有滤网而构成简廉高效的新式气体滤洗风扇。从下方的旋转盖板或底板外缘向下或向侧作均匀延伸并制周沿导流槽、向上导流管,即使自流回水可靠实用。
附图说明:附图1是种仅由一道细长滤网反复连续折曲而成的一体式滤网风叶结构实施例俯视图。图上1盖板,2滤网离心风叶,3旋转底板,4从旋转底板平面外延的滤网底板,图2是其整体结构图,图上5电机,6导流槽,7导流管,8水箱,9外壳圆桶,10下延叶片,11螺旋叶片。图3是一螺旋板叶风扇结构图,以下延叶片及导流槽导流管回水。
具体实施方法:回水当然仍可使用下方水箱自流回水,以小型潜水泵水管向其前后轴心区射水。但在旋转底板上外延超过盖板半径的平面滤网,并在外壳圆桶制外沿对应导流槽及向上导水管,就可省去潜水泵而可靠地向上方水箱回水,因为离心外洒水滴被导流槽聚集并充分汇集于下方导流槽中而较为饱满,可使得滤网底板外缘带水(亦可直接做成离心小叶片式外缘结构)效率大幅提高,确保最终形成集中的被连续加速而高速向上的细流回归上方水箱。整个结构简单易作性能可靠,当然螺旋风叶须多层迭加或大大增加数量方才有效,制作容易的优势不大,不如离心风叶实用可靠简廉高效。

Claims (1)

1.一种网叶式气体滤洗风扇,包括盖板(1)、滤网离心风叶(2)、旋转底板(3)、滤网底板(4)、电机(5)、导流槽(6)、导流管(7)、水箱(8)、外壳圆桶(9);其特征在于,滤网离心风叶(2)是仅由一道细长滤网反复连续折曲而成的一体式滤网风叶,滤网底板(4)从旋转底板(3)平面外延,且其在旋转底板(3)上外延超过盖板(1)的半径,外壳圆桶(9)则制有包套容纳在内运转的导流槽(6)及向上插入并超出水箱(8)液面的导流管(7),滤网底板(4)外周侧对应地设有周向导流槽(6),离心外洒水滴被导流槽(6)聚集并充分汇集于下方导流槽(6)中,使得滤网底板(4)外缘带水,最终形成集中的被连续加速而高速向上的细流并回归上方水箱(8)。
