Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种水雾式烧烤油烟净化装置，属于环保型的食品烧烤设备制备领域，本装置能改变传统烧烤油烟直接排放到大气中的情况，在烧烤过程中不产生任何油烟。本实用新型装置本装置主要包括以下结构：主体框架、烧烤箱、排烟机、循环水箱、喷淋水箱、回收桶、烟道。烧烤箱固定在主体框架中部，排烟机固定在主体框架上部通过烟道与喷淋水箱连接连接，喷淋水箱连接循环水箱，烟道底部设置排油口，喷淋水箱内顶部固定进水管、隔板、喷头，喷淋水箱外部侧面固定引风机，循环水箱底部设置排水阀门、内部固定隔板，进水管从外部连接喷淋水箱和循环水箱并延伸至循环水箱内部、底部固定水泵和过滤网，循环水箱侧面连接回收桶。本装置净化效率高、性能稳定、操作方便，价格适宜。

本实用新型涉及一种装置，是一种水雾式烧烤油烟净化装置。
背景技术
传统烧烤炉只是一条装碳槽，木炭烧烤全屏手工扇风，传统烧烤产生的油烟不仅会产生大量的PM2.5造成环境污染，而且烧烤油烟中含有一定的有毒致癌物质。本装置能改变传统烧烤油烟直接排放到大气中的情况，在烧烤过程中不产生任何油烟，净化效率高、性能稳定、操作方便，价格适宜。
实用新型内容
针对现有烧烤装置不能净化油烟的不足，开发一种能够在烧烤过程中净化油烟的新型烧烤装置，本装置主要包括以下结构：(1)主体框架、烧烤箱、排烟机、循环水箱、喷淋水箱、回收桶、烟道。
(2)喷淋装置：喷头、进水管、隔板、引风机、水泵、过滤网、阀门。
(3)装置结构：水雾式烧烤油烟净化装置主要由主体框架、烧烤箱、排烟机、循环水箱、喷淋水箱、回收桶、烟道等几个部分构成，烧烤箱固定在主体框架中部，排烟机固定在主体框架上部通过烟道与喷淋水箱连接连接，喷淋水箱连接循环水箱，烟道底部设置排油口，喷淋水箱内顶部固定进水管、隔板、喷头，喷淋水箱外部侧面固定引风机，循环水箱内部固定隔板，进水管从外部连接喷淋水箱和循环水箱并延伸至循环水箱内部、底部固定水泵和过滤网，循环水箱左侧连接回收桶，右侧连接排气阀门和排渣阀门。
本实用新型的优点是：(1)能够在烧烤的过程中直接净化油烟，净化率能够达到90%以上。(2)保证装置能够连续长时间使用，易于拆卸检修和清洗。（3）生产成本地，创造的社会价值和环保价值高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，在烧烤过程中，烧烤产生的油烟和木炭产生的烟尘通过排烟机吸入排烟管道，通过管道进入喷淋水箱的水雾喷淋区，水雾喷淋区通过隔板形成回转通道，逐级过滤。喷淋区内油烟颗粒与小水滴颗粒充分接触融合后落在过滤箱的底板，再通过回流管道流入循环水箱。进水管连接循环水箱和喷淋水箱，形成循环净化水雾，不断净化，循环水箱内的油质和烟尘进入回收桶回收。

1.一种水雾式烧烤油烟净化装置，包括排油口(1)、烟道(2)、排烟机(3)、进水管(4)、喷头(5)、喷淋水箱(6)、引风机(7)、回收桶(8)、循环水箱(9)、隔板(10)、水泵(11)、过滤棉(12)、过滤网(13)、排气阀门(14)、主体框架(15)、烧烤箱(16)，其特征在于烧烤箱(16)固定在主体框架(15)中部，排烟机(3)固定在主体框架(15)上部通过烟道(2)与喷淋水箱(6)连接连接，喷淋水箱(6)连接循环水箱(9)，烟道(2)底部设置排油口(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水雾式烧烤油烟净化装置，其特征在于喷淋水箱(6)内顶部固定进水管(4)、隔板(10)、喷头(5)，喷淋水箱(6)外部侧面固定引风机(7)，循环水箱（9）底部设置排水阀门(14)、内部固定隔板(10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水雾式烧烤油烟净化装置，其特征在于进水管(4)从外部连接喷淋水箱(6)和循环水箱(9)并延伸至循环水箱内部、底部固定水泵(11)和过滤网(13)，循环水箱(9)侧面连接回收桶(8)。
