Abstract
一种能接收零阶光谱分量(SO0)及一阶光谱分量(SO1)的微型光谱仪(1),包括:接收光学信号的输入部(10)、微型绕射光栅(20)和光感测器(30)。绕射光栅(20)具有一聚焦曲面(23)及形成在聚焦曲面(23)上的绕射图案(24),接收光学信号(SO)并将光学信号(SO)分离成多个光谱分量,该光谱分量包含零阶光谱分量(SO0)及一阶光谱分量(SO1)。光感测器(30)具有第一感测区段及第二感测区段(34),接收被微型绕射光栅(20)分离并聚焦的多个光谱分量。第一感测区段(32)接收零阶光谱分量(SO0),而第二感测区段(34)接收一阶光谱分量(SO1)。
