本发明涉大理石真空胶补方法。本发明包括以下步骤:用高压水枪将大理石表面及裂隙内部清理干净并烘干;准备真空箱,在真空箱上安装两组5.5kW旋片式真空泵;在大理石表面裂隙处注胶;将注好胶的大理石置入真空箱内进行抽真空处理,将大理石裂隙处及胶层中空气抽出,使胶层进一步压缩渗透;所述真空箱内压力值保持-0.1MPA—0.15MPA之间;取出大理石,在裂隙处再次注胶重复抽真空处理,至胶层不再下陷渗透为止;将胶补好的大理石进行打磨抛光。该方法工艺简单,有效杜绝大理石作为建材使用时的浪费现象。

技术领域
本发明及大理石加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种大理石真空胶补方法。
背景技术
申请号为200810038755.5的发明专利申请说明书中公开了一种荒料真空补胶工艺,与本发明内容最为接近,可作为本发明对比文件。该方法将石材荒料置入真空设备中,在真空环境下向荒料缝隙中注胶。但由于以下因素影响,该方法难以保证将缝隙中气体排除干净。由于抽真空作业仅仅是对大理石间隙处残留空气进行处理,所以对真空度要求较低,该发明申请权利要求书记载需-0.08MPA~0.098MPA,但这样的真空值难以将存在于胶中的气体排除,并且由于大理石间隙形状不规则,深度不一致的特点,在向间隙处注胶时往往会产生新的气体,从而最终产品难以保证不变形、不扭曲。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种大理石真空胶补方法,包括以下步骤:
1)用高压水枪将大理石表面及裂隙内部清理干净并烘干;
2)准备真空箱,在真空箱上安装两组5.5KW旋片式真空泵;
3)在大理石表面裂隙处注胶;
4)将注好胶的大理石置入真空箱内进行抽真空处理,将大理石裂隙处及胶层中空气抽出, 使胶层进一步压缩渗透;所述真空箱内压力值保持-0.1MPA~0.15MPA之间;
5)取出大理石,在裂隙处再次注胶并重复步骤4,至胶层不再下陷渗透为止;
6)将胶补好的大理石进行打磨抛光。
本发明大理石真空胶补方法与现有技术不同之处在于,本发明通过反复抽真空处理可以保证将大理石间隙处及存在于胶中的气体都排除干净,使胶与间隙的结合最紧凑,从而最大程度的保证成品的牢固稳定性,可有效延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式
用高压水枪将大理石表面及裂隙内部清理干净并烘干;准备真空箱,在真空箱上安装两组5.5KW旋片式真空泵;在大理石表面裂隙处注胶;将注好胶的大理石置入真空箱内进行抽真空处理,将大理石裂隙处及胶层中空气抽出,使胶层进一步压缩渗透;所述真空箱内压力值保持-0.1MPA~0.15MPA之间;取出大理石,在裂隙处再次注胶并重复步骤4,至胶层不再下陷渗透为止;将胶补好的大理石进行打磨抛光。

1.一种大理石真空胶补方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)用高压水枪将大理石表面及裂隙内部清理干净并烘干;
2)准备真空箱,在真空箱上安装两组5.5KW旋片式真空泵;
3)在大理石表面裂隙处注胶;
4)将注好胶的大理石置入真空箱内进行抽真空处理,将大理石裂隙处及胶层中空气抽出, 使胶层进一步压缩渗透;
5)取出大理石,在裂隙处再次注胶并重复步骤4,至胶层不再下陷渗透为止;
6)将胶补好的大理石进行打磨抛光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大理石真空胶补方法,其特征在于:所述真空箱内压力值保持
