Abstract
本发明提供能够容易且正确地进行向生物体内的投入物的规定量的供给和/或从生物体内的被采集物的规定量的采集的医疗用针和穿刺器具。该医疗用针(1)具有能够侵入生物体内的穿刺部(10),穿刺部(10)具有在外周面互相平行的一对平面部(12、12),形成有以在一对平面部(12、12)分别开口的方式贯通穿刺部(10)且被划定在穿刺部(10)的内部的保持腔(18)。该医疗用针(1)能够通过以能够进出的方式收纳于外壳而构成穿刺器具。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于向体内进行药剂等的投入(给药)或进行血液、体液、组织等的采集的医疗用针,进一步涉及具备该医疗用针的穿刺器具。
背景技术
作为注射针及刺血针等医疗用针,近年来正在开发不易产生疼痛、不舒服感的低侵入性的结构,例如已在专利文献1中有所公开。如图25所示,专利文献1中公开的皮肤穿孔部件50具有前端侧部分51和基端侧部分52,前端侧部分51形成为尖锐状,使得能够侵入生物体内。流体流路53从前端侧部分51向基端侧部分52延伸,用流体流路53的前端侧部分51的开口53a采集的生理学样品,依靠毛细管力被导向基端侧部分52。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
根据上述专利文献1中公开的结构,由流体流路53的前端侧部分51收集的生理学样品向基端侧部分52流动,因此,存在不适合用于定量采集样品的用途的问题。另外,在经由流体流路53向体内供给药剂时,也很难准确地投入一定量的药剂。
于是,本发明的目的在于提供一种医疗用针,其能够容易且正确地进行向生物体内的投入物的规定量的投入和/或从生物体内的被采集物的规定量的采集。
另外,本发明的目的在于提供一种具备这种医疗用针的穿刺器具。
用于解决课题的方法
本发明的上述目的由医疗用针来实现,该医疗用针具有能够侵入生物体内的穿刺部,上述穿刺部具有在外周面互相平行的一对平面部,形成有以在上述一对平面部分别开口的方式贯通上述穿刺部且被划定在上述穿刺部的内部的保持腔。
在该医疗用针中,优选上述保持腔以从上述穿刺部的内部向上述一对平面部的一方或两方锥状地扩大直径的方式形成。
在穿刺部形成的保持腔可以为单个,或者也可以为多个。在形成多个保持腔的情况下,优选在上述穿刺部的穿刺方向隔开间隔地形成。
上述的医疗用针由生物降解性材料形成,能够整体侵入生物体内并留置。或者,也能够采用还具有在生物体外支承上述穿刺部的保持部的结构。
另外,本发明的上述目的由具有上述医疗用针和将上述医疗用针以能够进出的方式进行收纳的外壳的穿刺器具来实现。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种医疗用针,其能够容易且正确地进行向生物体内的投入物的规定量的供给和/或从生物体内的被采集物的规定量的采集,而且能够提供一种具有这种医疗用针的穿刺器具。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。图1是本发明的一实施方式的医疗用针的立体图,图2是图1的主要部分放大图。另外,图3是图2的A-A截面图。在下面的各附图的说明中,对于具有相同功能的构成部分标注相同附图标记,有时省略详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,医疗用针1具备形成为尖细形状的穿刺部10和连接设置于穿刺部10的后端侧的保持部20,作为整体形成为板状。
穿刺部10的正面和背面分别成为平面部12、12,在前端具有能够穿刺皮肤的尖头部14。穿刺部10只要是具有互相平行的一对平面部12、12的形状即可,在本实施方式中使与穿刺方向垂直的截面为梯形形状,但并不限定于此。作为穿刺部10的截面形状,除了梯形形状以外,还能够例示矩形形状、多边形形状、将圆形形状或椭圆形形状的外周面以形成互相平行的平面部的方式沿轴向切开的形状等。
在穿刺部10的宽度方向两侧形成有锯齿状的凹凸部16、16,使得穿刺部10容易向生物体内侵入。凹凸部16的穿刺方向的长度,在本实施方式中为自穿刺部10的前端侧起一半左右的长度,但能够按照使穿刺部10的整体能够顺利地侵入生物体内的方式适当地进行设定。另外,凹凸部16在本发明中并非是必须的结构,只要能够利用尖头部14将穿刺部10侵入生物体内,则也可以为不设置凹凸部16的结构。穿刺部10的宽度,在本实施方式中从尖头部14的基部向后方遍及整个穿刺方向大致一定,但也可以按照向后方宽度逐渐变宽的方式形成穿刺部10。或者,也可以按照向后方宽度变小的方式(按照宽度变窄的方式)形成穿刺部10,特别适合希望维持穿刺部10向生物体内的侵入状态的用途。作为穿刺部10所侵入的生物体,例如包括细胞、组织、脏器、消化管、血管、神经、皮肤、肌肉、眼等。
在穿刺部10形成有保持腔18,该保持腔18由以两端分别在一对平面部12、12开口的方式贯通正面和背面的贯通孔形成。保持腔18以被划定在穿刺部10的内部的方式配置在距穿刺部10的前端规定距离的位置(例如距前端300~800μm)。穿刺部10优选具有能够使保持腔18到达生物体内的期望的深度位置的长度,例如优选具有0.2~300mm左右的长度。
穿刺生物体的皮肤,作为目标物的血液、体液、组织等被采集物填充保持腔18而被采集。或者,能够预先填充向生物体内投入(给药)的药剂等投入物,对生物体的规定部位穿刺,由针尖供给投入物。本实施方式的医疗用针1,能够进行向生物体内的投入物的投入和从生物体内的被采集物的采集这两者,但也可以仅以任意一方为目的。投入物和被采集物可以为液状、固体状、半固体状(凝胶状)、冻结干燥状、纳米粒子状等各种性状。
如上所述,保持腔18以分别在一对平面部12、12开口的方式形成,因此,能够正确地设定内部容积。另外,该保持腔18被划定在能够穿刺至生物体内的穿刺部10的内部,不向位于生物体外的保持部20延伸。由此,能够仅在保持腔18内正确地收纳保持规定量的投入物或被采集物。
穿刺部10的穿刺和拔出通常能够由器具或手捏住位于生物体外的保持部20而进行。穿刺部10的拔出可以根据药剂的种类、投入方法等在穿刺后瞬间进行,或者也可以按照将穿刺部10暂时留置在生物体内的方式历时进行。由此,能够将正确量的药剂投放到生物体内,或者能够采集计量需要量的被采集物等。对于保持腔18的大小没有特别限制,能够例示内部容积为0.001μl~1ml、开口面积为0.1μm2左右的大小。保持腔18的长宽比(长度/直径)例如优选设定为0.1~5的范围。
保持部20以从穿刺部10的后端侧起变宽的方式形成,不侵入生物体内、在生物体外支承穿刺部10。对于保持部20的形状、大小没有特别限定。
穿刺部10能够利用生物体适合性材料制作。作为生物体适合性材料,例如包括高分子聚合物、生物体高分子、蛋白质和生物体适合性无机材料。

作为生物体适合性无机材料,例如能够列举出:玻璃等陶瓷、纳米复合陶瓷、Al2O3/ZrO2复合陶瓷、Si3N4类纳米复合材料、羟基磷灰石、碳酸钙、碳、石墨(纳米碳纤维)、碳纳米管(CNT)、富勒烯复合材料、羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合材料、钴铬合金、不锈钢、钛、钛合金等。
在这些生物体适合性材料中,优选使用例如从包含聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚己酸内酯、胶原、淀粉、透明质酸、藻酸、甲壳素、壳聚糖、纤维素、明胶等的生物降解性聚合物和它们的化合物等中选择的生物降解性材料。通过配置在存在微生物的环境下被分解,因此,使用后的废弃变得容易。
尤其优选使用选自聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚己酸内酯、聚二氧环己酮和它们的共聚物的材料。由于具有对于血液、体液等生物体组成液的适度的亲和性,因此不仅容易将生物体组成液收纳在保持腔18内,而且还容易抑制生物体组成液中的成分的过多吸附。
另外,在由这种生物体适合性材料制作的穿刺部10中,优选的是对整个表面实施提高生物体适合性的处理,特别优选对保持腔18的内壁面实施提高生物体适合性的处理。该生物体适合性提高处理是指,对与生物体组成液接触的表面进行改性,或者使附着表面处理剂,由此调整与生物体组成液的亲和性,易于抑制生物体组成液中的成分的吸附的表面处理。
用于调整与生物体组成液的亲和性的生物体适合性提高处理,例如能够通过附着并固定化聚乙二醇、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸、聚氧乙烯聚丙二醇、聚山梨酯、Poloxamer(泊洛沙姆)、硅酮等药剂而进行。
另外,用于容易地抑制生物体组成液中成分的吸附的生物体适合性提高处理,例如通过附着并固定化肝素、磷酸、聚乙二醇、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸、聚氧乙烯聚丙二醇、聚山梨酯、Poloxamer(泊洛沙姆)、硅酮等药剂而进行。
虽没有特别限定,但与生物体组成液的亲和性例如能够利用接触角的大小进行评价,由此,如果能够确保适当选择的亲和性,则能够将生物体组成液容易地收纳在保持腔18内。另一方面,优选尽可能地抑制生物体组成液中的成分的吸附,但在不妨碍与生物体组成液的亲和性的范围内能够适当地附着。
保持部20也能够由与穿刺部10的材料不同的材料制作,但优选利用与穿刺部10相同的材料一体地制作。例如,利用上述的材料,使用由上模具和下模具组成的成形模具将穿刺部10和保持部20一体成形。
穿刺部10的保持腔18的形成,优选将与保持腔18对应的突状部位设置在上模具和下模具的一个或两个上,在穿刺部10的注射成形时形成保持腔18,使得能够正确地设定配置和容积。这种形成方法,在保持腔18的容量微少(例如100nL(纳升)以下)时特别有效。但是,也可以根据保持腔18的大小,通过准分子激光或飞秒激光等用于微细加工的激光加工或切削加工等形成保持腔18。
保持腔18也能够形成为直筒状,在本实施方式中,如图3中纵截面图所示,以从正面侧的平面部12向背面侧的平面部12直径锥状扩大的方式形成。根据保持腔18的这种形状,与形成直筒状的情况相比,能够使保持腔18的内壁面18w与投入物或被采集物的实际的接触面积增大,能够容易地将投入物、被采集物保持在保持腔18的内部,而且,能够容易地从直径扩大的开口投放投入物、采集被采集物。这种接触面积增大的效果在保持腔18为微小(例如开口径在200μm以下,内部容积在100nL以下)时特别显著,通过将保持腔18的内壁面18w以相对于平面部12的正交方向稍微倾斜的方式形成锥状也能够达到该效果。
图3所示的保持腔18以从截面为梯形形状的穿刺部10所具有的两个平面部12、12的面积较小的一方向面积较大的一方扩径的方式形成,能够实现内部容积的确保,但如图4所示,也可以以从面积较大的平面部12向面积较小的平面部12锥状扩径的方式形成。
为了进一步增大与投入物或被采集物的接触面积,保持腔18的内壁面优选为粗糙面。例如,如图5中放大图所示,将保持腔18的内壁面18w形成为微观上的阶梯状的结构是有效的。
保持腔18的形状,代替图3所示的对穿刺部10的厚度方向的整体进行锥状扩径的结构,也可以如图6所示,采用组合直筒状部18a和扩径部18b的结构。另外,图3和图6所示的保持腔18,从穿刺部10的内部向一方的平面部12锥状扩径,但也可以如图7所示,以从穿刺部10的内部向一对平面部12、12这两方锥状扩径的方式,形成使两个圆锥台状的扩径部18c、18d的顶部彼此接合的形状。
图7所示的保持腔18能够通过将两个扩径部18c、18d之间作为注射成形时的上模具和下模具的接合面T而形成。在该情况下,如图8所示,通过将一个扩径部18e的顶部的面积设定得比另一个扩径部18f的顶部的面积大,即使在两个扩径部18e、18f稍微产生错位,也能够获得顶部彼此可靠地接合的形状。因此,能够缓和对上模具和下模具的接合面T要求的定位精度,能够容易进行成形。
另外,如图9所示,保持腔18也可以是具有多个扩径部18g、18h、18i、18j,对一个扩径部18g的顶部接合多个扩径部18h、18i、18j的顶部的形状。在该情况下,各扩径部18g、18h、18i、18j的一个或者多个也可以形成为直筒状。
另外,如图10所示,也可以将保持腔18的内壁面18w整体形成为阶梯状。在该情况下,各台阶的角度也可以为直角,但通过如图10所示使各台阶的角度为锐角,或者如图11所示使截面为直线状的内壁面18w的一部分(或者全部)弯曲,能够增大内壁面18w与投入物或被采集物的接触面积,能够提高保持腔18的投入物或被采集物的保持能力。图10和图11所示的保持腔18的台阶状部,并非必须遍及保持腔18的内壁面18w的整体而形成,也可以仅在内壁面18w的一部分形成有台阶状部。或者,内壁面18w的一部分的台阶状部的形状也可以与其它部分的台阶状部的形状不同。
将多个扩径部组合而成的形状的保持腔18,在穿刺部10的截面形状为梯形形状之外的情况下也能够适用。例如,在穿刺部10的截面形状为六边形形状的情况下,能够如图12所示采用顶部的面积相等的两个扩径部18k、18l的组合,或者如图13所示采用顶部的面积不同的两个扩径部18m、18n的组合。
如图14所示,穿刺部10的六边形形状的截面形状也包含形成为大致梯形形状的情况。这些截面为六边形形状的穿刺部10能够在维持强度的同时减小截面积,能够容易地进行穿刺。另外,图14所示的穿刺部10的保持腔18由单一的扩径部形成,但在该结构中,也可以由多个扩径部形成保持腔18。
另外,在注射成形穿刺部10时,由上模具和下模具分别形成的部分的截面形状、大小也可以相互不同。即,能够举出穿刺部10的截面形状的下述例子:如图15所示组合在接合面T的接合长度(接合面积)相互不同的两个梯形形状而得的形状;如图16所示组合在接合面T的接合长度相互不同的两个六边形形状而得的形状;如图17所示组合在接合面T的接合长度不同的梯形形状和六边形形状而得的形状等。根据这些结构,能够缓和对上模具和下模具的接合面T所要求的定位精度,能够容易地进行成形。另外,能够容易地获得提高穿刺部10的强度的复杂的截面形状,能够确保保持腔18的内部容积,并且通过截面积的减少达到穿刺阻力的减小。
另外,保持腔18的开口形状在本实施方式中为圆形形状,但能够形成为椭圆形形状、矩形形状、多边形形状等各种形状。例如在通过注射成形制作医疗用针1时,使成形模具的突状部位的截面为椭圆形形状,使得保持腔18的开口形状成为椭圆形形状,如图18所示,优选以与注射成形时的材料的注射方向(B方向)平行的方式设定突状部位30的长轴30a。根据这种保持腔18的形成方法,能够促进突状部位30的周边的成形材料的顺畅流动,即使保持腔18微小也能够确保内部容积的精度。
另外,如图19所示,本发明的医疗用针能够采用将保持部20形成为吸盘状,以从保持部20的内面中央立起的方式设置穿刺部10的结构。根据该结构,在穿刺时沿箭头P方向按压该保持部20的中央部时,如图20所示,穿刺部10侵入生物体内,并且,能够利用保持部20的挠性变形使保持部20的内面与生物体的表面S紧贴。在该结构中,优选在保持部20的内面侧设置由粘接带等构成的粘接层21,由此,能够提高保持部20与生物体表面S的紧贴性,并长期良好地维持穿刺部10的穿刺状态。在保持部20,也可以进行从中央部向径向外侧辐射状地形成切口等的使变形变得容易的加工,由此,能够进一步提高与生物体表面S的紧贴性。另外,也可以采用在吸盘状的保持部20的内面设置有多个穿刺部10的结构。
在上述的各实施方式中,表示了形成于穿刺部10的保持腔18为单个的情况。根据该结构,能够准确地控制向保持腔18填充药剂并穿刺至生物体内时的药剂的到达距离,因此有利于疫苗接种等。另一方面,如图21所示,也可以在穿刺部10形成多个保持腔18。各保持腔18优选被划定在穿刺部10的内部,在穿刺部10的穿刺方向上隔开间隔形成。在图21所示的结构中,各保持腔18沿穿刺方向配置成直线状,但也可以是各自在宽度方向错开的配置。另外,各保持腔18的形状、开口面积、内部容积等也可以相互不同,而且能够适用上述的保持腔18的各种变形例。
根据图21所示的穿刺部10,能够将穿刺部10的穿刺深度设为一定,对皮内、皮下、肌肉内等生物体内的深度方向的不同部位,进行投入物的供给或被采集物的采集。在由多个保持腔18供给投入物的情况下,能够根据保持腔18的不同使用不同的投入物,或者能够在供给投入物的同时用其它的保持腔18采集被采集物。
本发明的医疗用针能够单独使用。或者,能够将本发明的医疗用针作为能够进出地收纳在外壳内的穿刺器具使用。作为穿刺器具,除了在由软质材料形成的外壳(外针)的内部具有上述各实施方式的医疗用针作为内针的留置针之外,如国际公开公报第2009/148133号小册子中公开的那样,还可以例举能够装卸地安装于穿刺器具主体的穿刺针盒、无需穿刺器具主体而能够单独穿刺的穿刺装置等。
如图22所示,国际公开公报第2009/148133号小册子中公开的穿刺针盒40具备医疗用针1、收纳该医疗用针1的筐体状的外壳44。医疗用针1具有穿刺部10和保持部20,在穿刺部10设置有保持腔18。另外,在外壳44的内壁面,在相互相对的位置设置有一对挠性片44a、44a,这些挠性片44a、44a与保持部20卡合。另外,在图22中表示了除去外壳44的上盖的状态。
该穿刺针盒40,当经由外壳44的后方开口44b,用突起状部件等按压医疗用针1的后端侧时,穿刺部10能够从外壳44的前方向开口44c突出而进行穿刺。而且,穿刺后利用挠性片44a、44a的作用,医疗用针1向后方移动,穿刺部10被收纳在外壳44内。这样,穿刺器具采用医疗用针在外壳内能够进退的结构,在像流感疫苗接种等那样希望在期望的深度位置(例如皮内)进行短时间的穿刺的情况下特别有效。但是,穿刺器具40的结构不限定于医疗用针1在外壳44内能够进退的结构,也可以为医疗用针从外壳伸出并保持在穿刺位置(即,医疗用针从外壳伸出后不退避)的结构。
另外,上述各实施方式的医疗用针采用具有穿刺部10和在生物体外支承该穿刺部10的保持部20的结构,但也能够如图23所示,不具备保持部而仅由穿刺部10构成医疗用针1。该医疗用针1整体侵入生物体内,因此,优选由生物降解性材料形成,通过在将投入物填充在保持腔18的状态下进行穿刺并使穿刺部10留置在生物体内,能够使医疗用针1在生物体内分解并促进投入物的吸收。这样,通过采用医疗用针1整体侵入生物体内且能够留置的结构,无需回收注射针,因此能够解除医疗废弃物的问题,尤其是在药物输送系统(DDS)中是有效的。对于不具有保持部20的本实施方式的医疗用针1,当然也也能够适用具有保持部20的医疗用针1的上述保持腔18的各种变形例。
仅由穿刺部10构成的医疗用针1,例如,如图24中正面图所示,通过与具有多个由贯通孔形成的安装部42的筒状的外壳44组合,能够构成穿刺器具40。该穿刺器具40在将仅由穿刺部构成的医疗用针1分别收纳在各安装部42,将外壳44的前表面44a按压于生物体表面的状态下,利用柱塞或压缩空气等按压机构按压医疗用针1的后端侧,由此能够发射医疗用针1,使其侵入生物体10内。各医疗用针1向生物体内的侵入深度,能够通过对医疗用针1的按压力进行调整而控制为期望的深度。各医疗用针1可以由相同的按压力一体地按压,或者也可以单独按压,使得能够分别达到不同的侵入深度。
外壳44具有的安装部42也可以是单个。另外,外壳44例如也能够由内窥镜构成。在该结构中,将仅由穿刺部构成的医疗用针1安装在内窥镜的前端,能够利用引导线或空气压等喷射医疗用针1,穿刺到生物体内的期望的部位。
本发明的医疗用针和穿刺器具,即使量很少也能够正确地进行投入物的供给或被采集物的采集,因此,具有药物输送系统(DDS)、用于采集并分析微量成分、单一细胞的医疗用器件等各种用途。

Claims (6)
1.一种医疗用针,其具有能够侵入生物体内的穿刺部,该医疗用针的特征在于:
所述穿刺部在外周面具有互相平行的一对平面部,形成有以在所述一对平面部分别开口的方式贯通所述穿刺部且被划定在所述穿刺部的内部的保持腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的医疗用针,其特征在于:
所述保持腔以从所述穿刺部的内部向所述一对平面部的一方或两方去锥状扩大直径的方式形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的医疗用针,其特征在于:
所述保持腔在所述穿刺部的穿刺方向上隔开间隔形成有多个。
4.如权利要求1所述的医疗用针,其特征在于:
由生物降解性材料形成,整体侵入生物体内并能够留置。
5.如权利要求1所述的医疗用针,其特征在于:
还具有在生物体外支承所述穿刺部的保持部。
6.一种穿刺器具,其特征在于,具有:
权利要求1~5中任一项所述的医疗用针;和
将所述医疗用针以能够进出的方式进行收纳的外壳。
