Abstract

技术领域
本发明大致涉及一种水杯座,更具体地涉及一种采用分布式灯光发光的汽车水杯座。
背景技术
汽车水杯座通常安置于距离驾驶座和乘客座较近的位置,以方便取用。白天,水杯座的位置很容易辨别,因此,将水杯放置在水杯座中基本没有问题。然而,在黑暗中,水杯座被证实难以看清,因此将水杯放置在水杯座中也被证实难以完成。
为了解决在黑暗中难以确定水杯座的位置的难题,人们尝试在水杯座中设置光源照亮水杯座,从而使其位置更容易辨别。该光源以光导管(有时被称作波导管)的形式提供,从而使来自远程光源的灯光分布到水杯座的各个区域。通常,该光导管是设置于水杯座中的独立元件,因此元件成本以及制造成本均相应增加。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面构造的一种发光的汽车水杯座组件提高了组件中的水杯座在黑暗中的可视度,并同时提供了一种美观的,均匀发光的水杯底座。该水杯底座具有配置为容纳水杯的环形外壁,和与水杯底座可操作地连接的光源。该水杯底座的外壁由一种透光性材料构造而成,该外壁在光源发出的灯光下均匀发光。
根据本发明的另一方面,该水杯底座具有与环形外壁连接的底部,其中该底部由一种透光性材料构造而成,使得由光源发射出的灯光均匀地照亮整个外壁和底部。
根据本发明的又一方面,该光源由连接到电路板上的发光二极管提供。
根据本发明的再一方面,提供了构造一种发光的汽车水杯座组件的方法。该方法包括:提供由透光性材料构造的水杯底座,该水杯底座配置为汽车中的组件,以及将一灯光发射源直接连接于水杯底座。

具体实施方式
更详细地参考附图,图1示出了根据本发明的一方面构造的一种汽车水杯座组件,下文称作组件10。根据水杯的尺寸和形状,该组件10包括至少一个,此处通过举例而非限制,示出为一对并排的水杯底座12,分别具有一配置为容纳和支撑水杯(未示出)的环形外壁14,并具有配置为供水杯放置的止动表面的底部16。该外壁由一种透光性材料构造而成,该材料可将来自光源的灯光以“白热的(glowing)”方式均匀地传输,其中该光源在此处示出为可操作地连接于各个外壁14的一个独立的光源18。
通过举例而非限制地,这对水杯底座12在附图中示出为由独立的,整片式的透光性材料制成,例如,一种半透明材料,比如白色聚碳酸酯。因此,该水杯底座12通过中间的透光性聚碳酸酯桥接部分20相互连通。应该认识到,组件10可被构造为具有一个或多个水杯底座,因此本发明并不局限于所示出的双水杯底座的实施例。各水杯底座12分别具有上端22和下端24,该下端24还具有形成于下端24并且与各个外壁14成形为单片式材料的底部16,以支撑水杯的底部。因此,底部16也是由透光性聚碳酸酯材料构造而成。该水杯底座12示出为在形状上大致为截头圆锥,尽管其他形状也预期在本发明的范围之内,例如,圆柱形。该上端24具有平坦的表面,也称作凸缘26,围绕其外周部延伸,该凸缘26示出为从水杯底座12径向向外延伸,并且,例如具有一大致矩形的外周。
各个光源18如图1-3所示,例如,包括安装于电路板30的灯光发射体28,例如LED(可发出任何理想波长的灯光),其中,该电路板30配置为与电源(未示出),例如,汽车电池电连接。该带有与其电连接的灯光发射体28的电路板30,安装于从凸缘26悬垂的透光性安装部分32。该透光性安装部分32可单独构造,或者与凸缘26和底座12构造为一整片的材料。该灯光发射体28被放置于透光性安装部分32中,使由各个灯光发射体28发射出的灯光均匀地穿过透光部分32,凸缘26,底座12和底部16。
因此,在使用时,来自灯光发射体28的灯光完全并且均匀地贯穿外壁14和底部16,其中,该灯光均匀地照亮了水杯底座12的整个内部,包括外壁14和底部16,白热的外观给人带来明亮,美观的享受。
显然,根据上述教导,本发明的各种修改和变化都是可能的。因此,应当理解,在所附权利要求范围内,本发明也可通过除了具体描述以外的方式实现。

Claims (16)

1.一种发光的汽车水杯座组件,包括:
至少一个水杯底座,所述水杯底座具有配置为容纳水杯的环形外壁;
光源;以及
由一种透光性材料构造的所述至少一个水杯底座的所述环形壁,该环形壁在所述光源下均匀地发光。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个水杯底座具有一底部,所述底部由一种透光性材料构造,所述底部在所述光源下均匀地发光。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个水杯底座是整片式的白色聚碳酸酯。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个水杯底座包括透光性安装部分,其中所述光源安装于所述透光性安装部分中。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,进一步包括安装于所述透光性安装部分的电路板。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,所述光源安装于所述电路板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个水杯底座包括通过透光性桥接部分连通彼此的多个水杯底座。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光的汽车水杯座组件,其特征在于,所述多个水杯底座和所述桥接部分为一整片式的所述透光性材料。
9.构造一种发光的汽车水杯座组件的方法,其特征在于,包括:
提供由透光性材料构造的至少一个水杯底座;以及
将一个灯光发射源直接与至少一个水杯底座连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:所述至少一个水杯底座具有一底部,所述底部由一种透光性材料构造,所述底部在所述灯光发射源下均匀地发光。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:所述至少一个水杯底座成形为整片式的白色聚碳酸酯。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:所述至少一个水杯底座具有一透光性安装部分,并且将所述灯光发射源安装于所述透光性安装部分中。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:将一电路板安装于所述透光性安装部分中。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:将所述灯光发射源安装于所述电路板。
15.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:所述至少一个水杯底座具有多个水杯底座,各水杯底座彼此通过透光性桥接部分互相连通。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:将所述多个水杯底座和所述桥接部分成形为一整片式的透光性材料。
