本发明涉及翻转机构技术领域，具体为一种翻桶机。
背景技术
对于装有物料的圆桶，一般放置时都是处于竖直状态，搬运圆桶时经常需要用叉车，将圆桶横向放置于叉车上，一般人工倾倒圆桶操作不方便，效率较低，且有一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种翻桶机，其结构简单，能快速地完成圆桶的翻转，方便叉车操作，有效提高效率，降低了安全隐患。
一种翻桶机，其特征在于：其包括主机架和翻转架，所述翻转架分别通过回转轴连接所述主机架两侧，所述翻转架一侧连接翻转马达，所述翻转架包括侧部支撑架和底部支撑架，所述侧部支撑架上设置两个与叉车叉齿配合的凹槽。
本发明的上述结构中，圆桶通过翻转架上的侧部支撑架和底部支撑架支撑，翻转马达带动翻转架翻转，圆桶跟着翻转，然后叉车叉齿放入凹槽中，通过叉车取走圆桶，其结构简单，能快速完成圆桶的翻转，凹槽有利于叉车操作，操作方便，有效提高了效率，降低了安全隐患。

具体实施方式
见图1，图2所示，一种翻桶机，其结构包括主机架1，翻转架2通过回转轴7连接主机架1两侧，翻转架2一侧连接翻转马达3，翻转架2包括侧部支撑架4和底部支撑架5，侧部支撑架4上设置两个和叉车叉齿9配合的凹槽6。
工作原理如下所述：见图3，图4所示，将圆桶8移至翻转架2上，圆桶8底部靠底部支撑架5支撑，侧面靠住侧部支撑架4；见图5，图6所示，启动马达3，使翻转架2逆时针转动，带动翻转架2上的圆桶8翻转；见图7，图8所示，当逆时针转过90度后，即圆桶8处于横向放置状态，关闭翻转马达3，将叉车叉齿9伸入凹槽6内；见图9，图10所示，叉车叉齿9将圆桶8从翻转架2上移走，完成整个过程。
本翻桶机也可以逆向操作，把叉车运输而来的圆桶8放于横向放置的翻转架2上，通过翻转马达3反转，带动翻转架2反转，将横向放置的圆桶8竖起来；本翻桶机也可以用来翻转其他形状的物品。

1.一种翻桶机，其特征在于：其包括主机架和翻转架，所述翻转架分别通过回转轴连接所述主机架两侧，所述翻转架一侧连接翻转马达，所述翻转架包括侧部支撑架和底部支撑架，所述侧部支撑架上设置两个与叉车叉齿配合的凹槽。
