Abstract
本发明涉及一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材及其制备方法。本发明先将8-羟基喹啉铜与自来水混合均匀,雾化后喷洒在木粉表面,得到改性木粉;然后将改性木粉与亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯高速混合,得到表面处理的木粉;再将表面处理的木粉干燥后,与其它组分一起混合,挤出后,冷却破碎得到塑木复合材料粒料;最后采用挤出机将上述塑木复合材料粒料进行熔融共混并挤出成型得到本发明。本发明生产制造方便,成本低;环境友好,模量高,刚性大,抗蠕变,不翘曲变形;无需进行防霉变处理,使用过程中不会发生霉变。本发明可广泛应用于公园、球场、市政等场合,更可在船坞码头、水面栈桥、海边护栏等潮湿的环境中使用。

[0002] 塑木复合材料是以木粉、竹屑、麦秸、谷糠、花生壳、棉秸杆等初级生物质材料为主原料,利用高分子界面化学原理和塑料填充改性的特点,配混一定比例的塑料基料,经特殊工艺处理后加工成型的一种可逆性循环利用、形态结构多样的基础性材料。常见的塑木复合材料制品有结构类、装饰类、包装类和特型类几大类型,包括线材、型材、板材、片材和异型材等多种系列,其适用范围几乎可以涵盖所有原木、塑料、塑钢、铝合金及其他相似复合材料现在的使用领域,已开始进入建筑、家装、家具、物流、包装、园林、市政、环保、军事、体育等行业。塑木复合材料具有五大特点:原料资源化,其原材料实现了资源的综合利用和有效利用;产品可塑化,可根据使用要求生产出不同性能和形状的制品;原料、产品环保化,使用环保化的塑木基材,常用助剂以及产成品均安全环保;成本经济化,实现了低价值材料向高附加值产品的转移;回收再生化,其报废产品及回收废料均可100%的再生利用。
[0003] 但虽则如此,塑木复合材料在使用过程中也存在一些明显不足,比如,塑木复合材料在生产过程中一般大量使用了木粉、竹粉、糠粉等,这些植物纤维粉可为各种霉菌的滋生及生长提供养分,如长期使用,特别是阴暗潮湿的环境中使用时,塑木产品容易发生霉变,从而影响其外观,也会缩短其使用寿命,使其使用范围受到严重局限。所以,对传统塑木复合材料进行改性,改善其防霉变性就十分必要。

[0050] 本发明的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,生产制造方便,传统的塑木复合材料生产工艺无需改进即可用于其生产及加工制作,生产过程中机械化程度较高,所需劳动力较少,生产成本低;一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材和普通塑料板材相比,塑料用量减小,对环境更加友好,模量更高,刚性更大,更加抗蠕变,不容易发生翘曲变形,同时可对木粉等工农业边角料进行废物利用,降低产品原料成本;一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材和普通木材板材相比,木材使用量少,可减少木材的砍伐量,有利于水土保持、空气净化及环境保护,不会象木材板材那样易开裂、虫蛀、翘曲变形等,无需进行防霉变处理,使用过程中不会发生霉变;一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材和其它塑木复合材料板材相比,耐霉变,因而可在相对潮湿的环境中使用,扩大了塑木复合材料板材的应用范围,板材使用寿命更长。因而,本发明除了可象传统塑木板材广泛应用于公园、球场、市政等场合,用作露天桌椅、板凳、野餐桌、花箱、护栏、指示牌等产品外,更可在船坞码头、水面栈桥、海边护栏等潮湿的环境中使用。

Claims (9)
1.一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:木粉 100 8-羟基喹啉铜 2-4自来水 100塑料粒子 40-60 亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯 3-5纳米银粉 1_3 10,10’ -氧代双吩恶砒 1-2滑石粉 4-6工业白油 2-4硬脂酸锋 2_4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:木粉 100 8-羟基喹啉铜 2.5-3.5自来水 100塑料粒子 45-55 亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯 3.5-4.5 纳米银粉 1.5-2.5 10, 10’ -氧代双吩恶础 1.2~1.8 滑石粉 4.5-5.5 工业白油 2.5-3.5 硬脂酸锌 2.5-3.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:木粉 1008-羟基喹啉铜 3自来水 100塑料粒子 50 亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯 4纳米银粉 2 10,10’ -氧代双吩恶砒 1.5滑石粉 5工业白油 3硬脂酸锌 3。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,其特征在于所述的木粉粒径为60目-100目。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,其特征在于所述的塑料粒子采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,其特征在于所述的纳米银粉粒径为20-80目。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,其特征在于所述的滑石粉粒径为800-1200目。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材,其特征在于所述的工业白油为15号工业白油。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的一种防霉变塑木复合材料板材的制备方法,其特征在于其制备方法为: (1)、按配方量称取各原料; (2)、将8-羟基喹啉铜与自来水混合均匀;雾化后喷洒在木粉表面,得到改性木粉; (3)、将改性木粉与亚甲基联苯二异氰酸酯加入高速混合机中高速混合5-15min,得到表面处理的木粉; (4)、将表面处理的木粉在100°C下鼓风干燥2-4h,再与其它组分一起加入到高速混合机中混合,初混物通过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,冷却破碎得到塑木复合材料粒料,挤出温度170-21 (TC,模头温度 180-210°C ; (5)、采用挤出机将上述塑木复合材料粒料进行熔融共混并挤出成型,挤出机机筒温度170-21 (TC,模头温度175-205°C,即完成。
