本发明属于高分子化工领域,具体是一种废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料中聚丙烯的回收方法。
背景技术
卷烟辅材丙纤嘴棒生产过程中,产生了大量废嘴棒和废跑条。长期以来对该废料的处理,一直是在专卖管理的监督下采用焚烧的办法,造成了环境污染和资源浪费。现有技术采用溶剂油加热溶解、抽滤等办法,会造成新污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料中聚丙烯的回收方法,通过乙二醇溶液来溶解聚丙烯,条件温和,无污染。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料中聚丙烯的回收方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料粉碎;
(2)、向92-95%乙二醇溶液中加入0.1-0.3%的三氯化铁分散,将粉碎的废料倒入乙二醇溶液中,不料搅拌,加热至135-155℃,超声波辅助溶解,使废料完全溶解在乙二醇溶液中,趁热过滤分离出杂质;
(3)、冷却分离至聚丙烯析出,用水或醚清洗,即得到纯净的聚丙烯粉末或颗粒。
所述的醚为石油醚。
本发明回收的聚丙烯分子量为12-28万,为高结晶高聚物。回收过程无污染,分离快,不涉及溶剂回收,可循环使用,成本低。
具体实施方式
废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料中聚丙烯的回收方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将10克废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料粉碎;
(2)、向50毫升、95%乙二醇溶液中加入重量百分比0.1-0.3%的三氯化铁分散,再加入,将废料倒入乙二醇溶液中,不料搅拌,加热至135-155℃,超声波辅助溶解,使废料完全溶解在乙二醇溶液中,趁热过滤分离出杂质;
(3)、冷却分离至聚丙烯析出,用水或石油醚清洗,即得到纯净的聚丙烯粉末8.1克。分子量为12-28万。

1.废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料中聚丙烯的回收方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将废聚丙烯丝束香烟嘴棒废料粉碎;
(2)、向92-95%乙二醇溶液中加入0.1-0.3%的三氯化铁分散,将粉碎的废料倒入乙二醇溶液中,不料搅拌,加热至135-155℃,超声波辅助溶解,使废料完全溶解在乙二醇溶液中,趁热过滤分离出杂质;
(3)、冷却分离至聚丙烯析出,用水或醚清洗,即得到纯净的聚丙烯粉末或颗粒。
