Abstract

一种快速移出装置，包括除油装置，横移油缸的油缸头与把合在除油装置上的横移支架连接，横移支架配置在横移轨道中，横移油缸通过油缸支架固定在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上，需要换辊时，将横移轨道安装在除油装置操作侧，横移轨道远离除油装置的一端通过轨道支座支撑在地面上，另一端上底面的滑道与冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的滑道拼接，通过定位销进行固定定位，下底面上的半圆轴坐在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的半圆槽内对轨道进行支撑，移出除油装置时，在横移油缸的推动下就可移出机组，若需要将除油装置整体移动，只需将横移油缸与横移支座连接处的销轴拆下，使用天车将除油装置吊走即可，结构简单，操作简便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及除油装置技术领域，具体涉及一种快速移出装置。
背景技术
除油装置的上下除油辊与带材接触，通过一定的压力挤压带材来实现带材除油。除油辊使用频繁，转速高，工况恶劣，因此需要经常更换除油辊的轴承或者对除油装置进行维护检修。除油装置前后均有其它设备，上方有排烟罩，检修维护都不方便，也无法使用天车起吊，需要将除油装置移出机组才可以方便检修维护或者起吊。
现有的除油装置大部分没有配置移出装置，少数具有移出装置的都是在传动侧固定安装有移出轨道，平时不使用时也和机组相连接，虽然也方便设备检修维护，但却大大的占用了本来就很紧凑的机组传动侧场地空间。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种快速移出装置，结构简单，操作简便快捷，并且设备正常使用时不占用场地空间。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种快速移出装置，包括除油装置1，横移油缸2的油缸头与把合在除油装置1上的横移支架4连接，横移支架4配置在横移轨道5中，横移油缸2通过油缸支架3固定在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上，需要换辊时，将横移轨道5安装在除油装置操作侧，横移轨道5远离除油装置的一端通过轨道支座6支撑在地面上，另一端上底面的滑道与冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的滑道拼接，通过定位销7进行固定定位，下底面上的半圆轴8坐在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的半圆槽9内对轨道进行支撑。
所述的横移轨道5和轨道支座6在不使用时与设备分离，单独存放，不占用场地空间。
本发明的优点为：结构简单，操作简便快捷，机组正常运行时可以移除，不占用场地空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细描述。
参照图1，一种快速移出装置，包括除油装置1，横移油缸2的油缸头与把合在除油装置1上的横移支架4连接，横移支架4配置在横移轨道5中，横移油缸2通过油缸支架3固定在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上，需要换辊时，将横移轨道5安装在除油装置操作侧，横移轨道5远离除油装置的一端通过轨道支座6支撑在地面上，另一端上底面的滑道与冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的滑道拼接，参照图2，通过定位销7进行固定定位，下底面上的半圆轴8坐在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的半圆槽9内对轨道进行支撑。
所述的横移轨道5和轨道支座6在不使用时与设备分离，单独存放，不占用场地空间。
本发明的工作原理为：
由于除油装置1底面装有自润滑滑板，当需要快速移出除油装置时，只要在横移油缸2的推动下，除油装置1就可沿横移轨道5移出机组，可以快速方便的进行设备维护检修等操作。若需要将除油装置1整体移动，只需将横移油缸2与横移支座3连接处的销轴7拆下，使用天车将除油装置1吊走即可。

1.一种快速移出装置，包括除油装置（1），其特征在于：横移油缸（2）的油缸头与把合在除油装置（1）上的横移支架（4）连接，横移支架（4）配置在横移轨道（5）中，横移油缸（2）通过油缸支架（3）固定在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上，需要换辊时，将横移轨道（5）安装在除油装置操作侧，横移轨道（5）远离除油装置的一端通过轨道支座（6）支撑在地面上，另一端上底面的滑道与冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的滑道拼接，通过定位销（7）进行固定定位，下底面上的半圆轴（8）坐在冷轧机组机前机后装置底座上的半圆槽（9）内对轨道进行支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速移出装置，其特征在于：所述的横移轨道（5）和轨道支座（6）在不使用时与设备分离。
