CONSTITUTION:The jet nozzle 9 jets out the same rolling mill oil as the rolling mill oil 8, against the rolling mill oil 8 sticking on the metallic strip 1 flowing out of the cold rolling mill's main body 6; hereby, the rolling mill oil 8 sticking on the metallic strip 1 is removed to an extent by which the residual oil thickness to be several tens microns.
