技术领域:
本发明涉及一种固体分离技术,特别是一种气流筛分粉碎机。
背景技术:
专利号为200710055045.9的循环气流筛粉机,不仅筛分效率、台时产量和筛分细度等性能均有较大的提高,而且筛网寿命也有较大提高。但是,该专利在实践应用中也暴露出如下缺陷,一是当被筛分物料的粘度较大时,其弧形筛网容易堵塞,需经常清筛网而影响生产,二是由于物料粘度较大,在烘干过程中会形成硬块,如轻质碳酸钙、纳米钙以及粉料中的螺钉、水泥块等撞击筛机中的上料用风机而被损坏。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种筛网不易堵塞、风机和筛网不易损坏的一种气流筛分粉碎机。本发明实现发明目的的技术方案是,一种气流筛分粉碎机,包括风机,其特征在于:设有内螺纹的连接套的左端螺纹孔与风机轴右端的螺纹相配,此连接套的右端置于筛机壳中的负压空腔中,连接螺钉旋入上述连接套的右端孔中,筛盘、筛网和压盖依次套设在上述连接套右端面外的连接螺钉上,筛盘和压盖的端部沿周向均布有与压紧螺钉相配的孔,在此压盖外侧的压紧螺钉上设有两个螺帽,此筛盘和压盖上均布有相同且相对的孔,上述筛盘端部的左侧有一个外伸的外挡环,在筛机后端盖的内表面上设有右端直径大而左端直径小的锥形内挡环,此内挡环的右端置于上述外挡环内,上述筛机的后端盖与上述风机的导流罩连接,上述筛机的前端盖沿周向均布有进气孔,设在筛机前端盖中心处的进料管的左端置于筛机的负压空腔中,筛机壳和风机壳的底部分别设有出料口和出粉口。
本发明与现有技术比较具有筛网不易堵塞及筛网和风机不易损坏的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
结合下述实施例对本发明作详细说明,风机的叶轮2通过键与风机轴1连接,风机壳3固定在驱动风机的电机座上,风机前端盖4通过法兰和螺栓与筛机壳体后端盖17连接,上述风机轴的右端设有外螺纹与连接套管6左端的内螺纹相配,上述筛机壳体及其前后端盖形成负压空腔,连接螺钉15旋入上述连接套管的螺纹孔中,设在此负压空腔中的筛盘9、筛网10和压盖11分别套设在连接套右端外的连接螺钉15上,并将此螺钉与压盖焊接固定,上述筛盘和压盖上沿圆周均布有相同且相对的孔,在筛盘和压盖的端部沿周向均布有与压紧螺钉12相配的孔,在此压紧螺钉12上设有两个紧固螺帽,防止松动,通过螺帽使筛网固定在筛盘与压盖之间,前端盖13通过螺栓固定在筛机壳体的前端。上述筛盘的左端有一个向后伸出的外挡环8。上述筛机壳的后端盖与风机导流罩5右端连接,在筛机壳体的后端盖内表面上设有一左端小右端大的锥形内挡环7,此内挡环的大端头置于上述筛盘的外挡环内,此内挡环与筛盘的外挡环内表面之间形成一个左端口大右端口小的截面为锥形的环形腔。在筛机的前端盖中心设有进料管14与筛机的负压空腔连通,前端盖上均布有进气孔16。
本发明的工作原理是,启动电机带动叶轮、连接套和筛网旋转,粉状物料由进料管送入筛机的负压空腔中,粉料中的块状物在筛机内与机壳和固定筛网的压紧螺钉上的两个螺帽形成的突块与块状物料碰撞使其被粉碎,未粉碎的螺钉、石块等硬物块在离心力作用下从筛机壳体的下端出料口18排出,粉料随气流透过筛网送入风机内,在离心力作用下粉料从风机壳底部的出粉口19流出,气体经滤带过滤后的洁净空气排出机外,粉料中的由粉料结成的块状物经螺帽实块多次撞击下成为粉,透过筛网被收集,在撞击中被击碎而不能透过筛网的较大颗粒粉料在内外挡环的作用下不会混入过筛的粉料中。筛机壳的前端盖上均布的进气孔的大小和数量用于调节筛机壳体内负压腔的负压力的大小及气体流量的大小,使风压和风量能满足气流筛的二次需要。
本发明可单独与收尘系统联接使用,粉碎并筛选物料,如对硫磺粉和氢氧化钙等粉碎筛选。也可与气流筛配合使用,作为气流筛的前置预处理和上料设备,可以解决现在因上料系统堵塞、粘接形成的粉料块及异物撞击损坏现象。

1.一种气流筛分粉碎机,包括风机,其特征在于:设有内螺纹的连接套的左端螺纹孔与风机轴右端的螺纹相配,此连接套的右端置于筛机壳中的负压空腔中,连接螺钉旋入上述连接套的右端孔中,筛盘、筛网和压盖依次套设在上述连接套右端面外的连接螺钉上,筛盘和压盖的端部沿周向均布有与压紧螺钉相配的孔,在此压盖外侧的压紧螺钉上设有两个螺帽,此筛盘和压盖上均布有相同且相对的孔,上述筛盘端部的左侧有一个外伸的外挡环,在筛机后端盖的内表面上设有右端直径大而左端直径小的锥形内挡环,此内挡环的右端置于上述外挡环内,上述筛机的后端盖与上述风机的导流罩连接,上述筛机的前端盖沿周向均布有进气孔,设在筛机前端盖中心处的进料管的左端置于筛机的负压空腔中,筛机壳和风机壳的底部分别设有出料口和出粉口。
