Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治食心虫的杀虫剂组合物及其制备方法和应用,属于农药新剂型及其制备领域。所述的农药悬浮剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:螺虫乙酯1-50%,阿维菌素0.5-20%,润湿分散剂3-15%,防冻剂2-8%,增稠剂0.1-3%,稳定剂0.01-6%,防腐剂0.1-2%,渗透剂0-10%,消泡剂0.01-2%,补足水到100%。将上述比例的各种成分在砂磨机中以1000-15000r/min的转速研磨2-3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到农药悬浮剂;将其稀释1000-6000倍后,进行叶面喷施即可用于杀灭多种食心虫虫卵。该悬浮剂安全性好,成本低,药效好,对农作物安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药新剂型及其制备领域,具体涉及一种含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
食心虫的种类较多,是危害我国北方果树的主要害虫,主要有梨小食心虫、梨大食心虫、桃小食心虫(桃蛀果蛾)、白小食心虫、李小食心虫、桃蛀螟和棉铃虫等,可危害仁果类和核果类多种果树,如梨、苹果、桃、李等果树的果实和桃、李、食心虫樱桃、苹果等果树的嫩梢。在我国中部地区一年发生5代,以老熟幼虫主要在枝干粗皮颖内结茧越冬。翌年3月份开始化蛹,4月份成虫羽化,一般五六月份,第一、二代幼虫主要危害桃梢,7月份以后逐渐向树上转移,7月下旬至9月主要危害果实,部分地区蛀果率高达20%,造成严重的损失。
目前,食心虫的防治方法主要包括人工防治、物理防治、生物防治和化学防治。①人工防治一般采用冬季刮除树干粗皮,清园,结合修剪,清除食心虫越冬的虫芽,并合理配植树种,尽量不要桃、梨混栽或相邻,随时摘除各类食心虫危害果;②物理防治主要通过设置黑光灯或利用糖醋液诱杀;③生物防治主要利用捕食性天敌(如草蛉、瓢虫、花蝽、蜘蛛、步行甲、蚂蚁等)和寄生虫天敌(如赤眼蜂可寄生多种虫卵、姬蜂寄生梨大食心虫、甲腹茧蜂寄生桃小食心虫等)消灭害虫。④化学防治主要选用大环内脂类(如阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐等)、菊酯类(如高效氯氟氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、醚菊酯等)、有机磷类(如毒死蜱、马拉硫磷等)、氨基甲酸酯类(如丁硫克百威、丙硫克百威等)、苯甲酰胺类(如氯虫苯甲酰胺、氟虫双酰胺等)、苯甲酰脲类(如氟铃脲、虱螨脲、除虫脲、杀铃脲等)等有效成分复配,在卵果率达到1%时采用叶面喷施进行防治,但已申请的专利都是防治食心虫幼虫或成虫,未见报道食心虫杀卵剂的专利。
由于食心虫生活习性比较特殊,幼虫孵化后很快就蛀入果内,成虫能够飞翔,不易于防治,而其卵多产于果实的萼洼、梗洼和果皮的粗糙部位,在叶子背面、果台、芽、果柄等处也有卵产下,因此如能在卵期进行有效的防治,可以提高食心虫的防治效果。本发明人通过大量的室内生测筛选试验发现螺虫乙酯与阿维菌素复配对食心虫卵具有很好的抑制效果,抑制率可以达到80%以上。关于螺虫乙酯与阿维菌素复配的制剂已有报道,如申请号为200910173097.5的中国专利文献;但是该文献主要涉及蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马和木虱等害虫,未提及食心虫类害虫,尤其是对食心虫卵的抑制效果。
螺虫乙酯:英文通用名spirotetramat,是季酮酸类杀虫剂。
螺虫乙酯具有独特的作用特征,是迄今具有双向内吸传导性能的现代杀虫剂之一,可以在整个植物体内向上向下移动,抵达叶面和树皮,从而防治如生菜和白菜内叶上及果树皮上的害虫。这种独特的内吸性能可以保护新生茎、叶和根部,防止害虫的卵和幼虫生长。其另一个特点是持效期长,可提供长达8周的有效防治。螺虫乙酯高效广谱,可有效防治各种刺吸式口器害虫,如蚜虫、蓟马、木虱、粉蚧、粉虱和介壳虫等。可应用的主要作物包括棉花、大豆、柑橘、热带果树、坚果、葡萄、啤酒花、土豆和蔬菜等。研究表明其对重要益虫如瓢虫、食蚜蝇和寄生蜂具有良好的选择性。但螺虫乙酯单独使用,容易产生抗性,且防治成本较高。
阿维菌素:通用名称Avermectin,有效成份:B1a+B1b
B1a:分子式:C48H72O14;分子量:873.1
B1b:分子式:C47H70O14;分子量:859.1
含量:原药B1a+B1b≥95.0%,B1a/B1b≥4;
性状:原药为白色或浅黄色晶体粉末,熔点为157-162℃;
稳定性:通常贮存条件下本品稳定,在pH5-9和25℃时其水溶液不会发生水解;
毒性:大鼠经口LD50为1470mg/kg。无致畸、致癌、致突变作用。
阿维菌素是一种高效、广谱的抗生素类杀虫杀螨剂,对螨类和昆虫具有胃毒和触杀作用。喷施叶表面可迅速分解消散,渗入植物薄壁组织内的活性成份可较长时间存在于组织中并具有传导作用,对害螨和植物组织内取食危害的昆虫有长残效性。主要用于家禽、家畜体内外寄生虫和农作物害虫,如寄生红虫、双翅目、鞘翅目、鳞翅目和有害螨等。但是阿维菌素见光易分解,持效性较差,且单独使用易产生抗性。
农药剂型中,传统剂型以乳油和可湿性粉剂为主,近几年水基化剂型陆续进入市场,悬浮剂则是其中的代表。由于其以水为基质,粒径一般为1-3μm,平均90%粒径≤5μm,悬浮率≥90%,在作物叶面上表现高的展着和粘着性,其使用药效与可湿性粉剂相比,有很大的差别。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂的制备方法。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂在杀灭食心虫中的应用。
一种含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
所述的润湿分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、拉开粉、聚乙羟酸酯钠盐、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、油酸钾、油酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐中的一种或几种。
所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇或脲中的一种或几种。
所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、羧甲基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
所述的稳定剂选自环氧大豆油、亚麻油、柠檬酸、山梨酸钠、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚中的一种或几种。
所述的防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸、双乙酸钠中的一种或几种。
所述的渗透剂为烷氧基改性的聚硅氧烷-聚氧烯醚有机硅表面活性剂、快T或高渗氮酮中的一种或几种。
所述的消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、C8-C10脂肪醇类化合物或II-乙基醇中的一种或几种。
一种含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂的制备方法,具体描述如下:
将螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素与润湿分散剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、渗透剂、防腐剂和水按上述的比例混合均匀,在砂磨机中以1000-15000r/min的转速研磨2-3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到所述的农药悬浮剂。
含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂在杀灭食心虫虫卵中的应用:
将所述的农药悬浮剂稀释1000-6000倍后,进行叶面喷施,对苹果树、梨树、桃树、杏树、李树等果树梨小食心虫、梨大食心虫、桃小食心虫(桃蛀果蛾)、白小食心虫、李小食心虫、桃蛀螟和棉铃虫的虫卵都有较好的防治效果,并且安全性好,对农作物无药害。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明将螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素微细化的颗粒分散于水中,因而具有如下优点:
(1)闪点高,不燃烧不爆炸,生产贮存和使用安全;
(2)粉尘少,环境污染少,对生产者和使用者以及环境安全;
(3)以水为基质,资源丰富,产品成本低,容易包装;
(4)该制剂喷雾后,以细小颗粒分布于作物表面,药效好;
(5)加入渗透剂后,能够降低药液的表面张力,改善药液的润湿扩展性和耐雨水冲刷能力,提高药液的利用率。
具体实施方式
含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂的制备:
实施例1:5%螺虫乙酯·5%阿维菌素悬浮剂
各组分含量(按重量计)为:螺虫乙酯5%,阿维菌素5%,润湿分散剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%,防冻剂丙二醇4%,增稠剂羟乙基纤维素0.1%,稳定剂亚麻油2%,防腐剂苯甲酸钠0.5%,渗透剂高渗氮酮10%,有机硅消泡剂0.1%,加去离子水至100%。混匀后于砂磨机中研磨2小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂。
实施例2:10%螺虫乙酯·3%阿维菌素悬浮剂
各组分含量(按重量计)为螺虫乙酯10%,阿维菌素3%,润湿分散剂木质素磺酸钠10%,防冻剂乙二醇5%,增稠剂黄原胶0.2%,稳定剂环氧大豆油5%,防腐剂苯甲酸0.5%,渗透剂有机硅表面活性剂5%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,加去离子水至100%。混匀后于砂磨机中研磨2.5小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂。
实施例3:5%螺虫乙酯·1%阿维菌素悬浮剂
各组分含量(按重量计)为螺虫乙酯5%,阿维菌素1%,润湿分散剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯15%,防冻剂丙三醇4%,增稠剂羟乙基纤维素0.1%,稳定剂柠檬酸3%,防腐剂双乙酸钠0.5%,渗透剂快T8%,有机硅消泡剂0.1%,加去离子水至100%。混匀后于砂磨机中研磨3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂。
实施例4:2%螺虫乙酯·10%阿维菌素悬浮剂
各组分含量(按重量计)为螺虫乙酯2%,阿维菌素10%,润湿分散剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15%,防冻剂乙二醇4%,增稠剂阿拉伯胶0.1%,稳定剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚3%,防腐剂苯甲酸钠0.5%,渗透剂高渗氮酮8%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,加去离子水至100%。混匀后于砂磨机中研磨3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂。
实施例5:10%螺虫乙酯·5%阿维菌素悬浮剂
各组分含量(按重量计)为螺虫乙酯20%,阿维菌素5%,润湿分散剂拉开粉8%,防冻剂丙三醇4%,增稠剂羟甲基纤维素0.2%,稳定剂柠檬酸3%,防腐剂双乙酸钠0.5%,渗透剂有机硅表面活性剂8%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,加去离子水至100%。混匀后与砂磨机中研磨3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂。
实施例6:含有螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素的农药悬浮剂的室内活性测定
供试对象:桃小食心虫,采自于河南省洛阳市
试验药剂:空白对照(5%阿维菌素乳油)、5%螺虫乙酯·5%阿维菌素悬浮剂、10%螺虫乙酯·3%阿维菌素悬浮剂、5%螺虫乙酯·1%阿维菌素悬浮剂、2%螺虫乙酯·10%阿维菌素悬浮剂、10%螺虫乙酯·5%阿维菌素悬浮剂。
试验方法:采用浸渍法。配制1%的琼脂水溶液,加热使其完全融化,并趁热倒入直径为9cm的培养皿中,每个培养皿倒20ml,冷却后备用;用记号笔将卵卡上卵的位置和数量标记好,备用;将卵卡分别置于制剂药液中5s,迅速将卵卡取出,放在装有琼脂的培养皿中培养,同时设置清水对照。处理96h后记录卵的孵化率;利用孵化率与浓度做出制剂对食心虫卵的抑制回归曲线,并计算出不同比例时的EC50值。为确保试验中所用卵(≤12h)的统一,每个雌虫所产的卵均匀分配至各个处理中,并分别标记,每个处理所用卵数均多余30粒;试验结束后,如对照中某片卵孵化率很差(≤70%),则将各个处理中该雌虫所产的卵全部剔除。

试验结果表明,螺虫乙酯与阿维菌素的配比在1:5-5:1范围内时,对桃小食心虫卵具有很好的抑制作用,抑制率高于80%,作用效果显著。

2.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的润湿分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、拉开粉、聚乙羟酸酯钠盐、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚、油酸钾、油酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇或脲中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、羧甲基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂选自环氧大豆油、亚麻油、柠檬酸、山梨酸钠、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸、双乙酸钠中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为烷氧基改性的聚硅氧烷-聚氧烯醚有机硅表面活性剂、快T或高渗氮酮中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、C8-C10脂肪醇类化合物或II-乙基醇中的一种或几种。
9.权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将螺虫乙酯和阿维菌素与润湿分散剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、渗透剂、防腐剂和水按所述的比例混合均匀,在砂磨机中以1000-15000r/min的转速研磨2-3小时,使粒径全部在5μm以下即得到所述的农药悬浮剂。
10.权利要求1所述的农药悬浮剂在杀灭食心虫虫卵中的应用,其特征在于,将所述的农药悬浮剂稀释1000-6000倍后,进行叶面喷施。
