本发明涉及一种三排滚柱式回转支承,包括上内圈、下内圈、外齿圈,所述上内圈与所述下内圈固定连接形成内圈结构,所述外齿圈的侧面设置有凸台,在所述上内圈的侧边与所述凸台的上表面形成上滚道,在所述上滚道内设置有上滚柱;在所述下内圈的侧边与所述凸台的下表面形成下滚道,在所述下滚道内设置有下滚柱;所述凸台的侧面与所述内圈结构之间设置径向滚道,在所述径向滚道内设置有径向滚柱;所述凸台的截面为梯形,所述凸台的上表面与水平面有一夹角θ,所述上内圈的滚道面与水平面有一夹角α。有益效果是:结构合理,使用可靠,而且有效地减少滚柱和滚道的磨损,提高回转支承的承载能力,使用寿命长。

一种三排滚柱式回转支承
技术领域
本发明涉及回转支承技术领域,尤其是涉及一种三排滚柱式回转支承。
背景技术
传统的滚柱式回转支承选用的滚柱为等直径的圆柱体,这种等直径的圆柱体足轴线沿着回转支承的径向方向放置,这就导致了其中一端出现滑行,一方面加快滚柱与滚道的磨损,另一方面造成转动不灵活,磨擦力矩增大,从而回转支撑容易损坏,使用寿命短。
因此,一种结构合理,使用可靠,使用寿命长的三排滚柱式回转支承的出现很有必要了。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,在于提供一种三排滚柱式回转支承,不仅结构合理,使用可靠,而且有效地减少滚柱和滚道的磨损,提高回转支承的承载能力。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种三排滚柱式回转支承,包括上内圈、下内圈、外齿圈,所述上内圈与所述下内圈通过螺栓相连接并形成内圈结构,所述外齿圈的侧面设置有凸台,在所述上内圈的侧边与所述凸台的上表面形成上滚道,在所述上滚道内设置有上滚柱;在所述下内圈的侧边与所述凸台的下表面形成下滚道,在所述下滚道内设置有下滚柱;所述凸台的侧面与所述内圈结构之间设置径向滚道,在所述径向滚道内设置有径向滚柱;所述凸台的截面为梯形,所述凸台的上表面与水平面有一夹角θ,所述上内圈的滚道面与水平面有一夹角α。
作为优选的技术方案,所述夹角θ和所述夹角α相等。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述夹角θ和所述夹角α为0.1-15°,以减少滚柱和滚道的磨损。
更优选的,所述夹角θ和夹角α为5°。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述上内圈的侧边缘设置有密封圈,在所述外齿圈的上端和下端设置有密封圈;密封圈的作用为防止污染物进入上下滚道内,造成滚柱的损坏。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述上滚柱、所述下滚柱、所述径向滚柱外均设置有保持架,以防止滚道内的滚柱相互摩擦而损坏。
有益效果
本发明的三排滚柱式回转支承结构合理,使用可靠,而且有效地减少滚柱和滚道的磨损,提高回转支承的承载能力,使用寿命长。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1-图2所示,一种三排滚柱式回转支承,包括上内圈1、下内圈2、外齿圈3,上内圈1与下内圈2之间固定连接形成内圈结构4,固定连接的方式有多种,本实施例中选择螺栓连接,外齿圈3的侧面设置有凸台5,在上内圈1的侧边与凸台5的上表面形成上滚道6,在上滚道6内设置有上滚柱7;在下内圈2的侧边与凸台5的下表面形成下滚道8,在下滚道8内设置有下滚柱9;凸台5的侧面与内圈结构4之间设置径向滚道10,在径向滚道10内设置有径向滚柱11。在凸台5的截面为梯形,凸台5的上表面与水平面夹角θ可以为0.1-15°,上内圈1的滚道面与水平面的夹角α,夹角θ和夹角α相等,或者根据实际要求有所变化,本实施例中选取的夹角θ为5°,夹角α为5°,以减少滚柱和滚道的磨损,延长回转支承的使用寿命。
在上内圈1的侧边缘设置有密封圈12,在外齿圈3的上端和下端设置有密封圈12。密封圈12达到密封的作用,防止污染物进入上下滚道内,造成滚柱的损坏;在上滚柱7、下滚柱9、径向滚柱11外均设置有保持架13。保持架13的作用是防止滚道内的滚柱相互摩擦而损坏。
由于外齿圈3和上内圈1滚道面均有5度角,上滚柱7为圆柱滚柱。上滚道6与下滚道8承受正压力和倾覆力矩,径向滚道10承受径向力和倾覆力矩。径向力都集中在径向滚道10上。上滚柱7在倾斜的凸台5表面滑动,使作用力更加分散,同时可以提高径向跳动精度,以达到提高产品使用寿命的需要。

1.一种三排滚柱式回转支承,包括上内圈、下内圈、外齿圈,所述上内圈与所述下内圈固定连接形成内圈结构,其特征在于,所述外齿圈的侧面设置有凸台,在所述上内圈的侧边与所述凸台的上表面形成上滚道,在所述上滚道内设置有上滚柱;在所述下内圈的侧边与所述凸台的下表面形成下滚道,在所述下滚道内设置有下滚柱;所述凸台的侧面与所述内圈结构之间设置径向滚道,在所述径向滚道内设置有径向滚柱;所述凸台的截面为梯形,所述凸台的上表面与水平面有一夹角θ,所述上内圈的滚道面与水平面有一夹角α。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三排滚柱式回转支承,其特征在于,所述夹角θ和所述夹角α相等。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种三排滚柱式回转支承,其特征在于,在所述夹角θ为0.1-15°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种三排滚柱式回转支承,其特征在于,所述夹角θ为5°。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的一种三排滚柱式回转支承,其特征在于,在所述上内圈的侧边缘设置有密封圈,在所述外齿圈的上端和下端设置有密封圈。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的一种三排滚柱式回转支承,其特征在于,在所述上滚柱、所述下滚柱、所述径向滚柱外均设置有保持架。
