Abstract

本发明公开一种无浮灰生成、防锈效果好、省时省力的丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂及其制备方法,由A剂和B剂构成,A剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸40~60%、氧化锌0.6~1.2%、氯酸钾0.6~1.2%、酒石酸0.8~1.8%、硝酸镍0.6~1.2%、植酸0.6~1.2%、渗透剂0.1~0.4%、钢铁表面处理剂10~20%、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂0.2~0.6%、AEO-9 0.1~0.3%、太古油0.1~0.25%、消泡剂0.1~0.5%及水余量;B剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:植酸1~3%、苯甲酸钠1.6~3.6%、钢铁表面处理剂5~12%、碳酸氢铵1~2%、三乙醇胺3~6%、聚乙二醇2~4%、消泡剂0.6~1.2%及水余量。

丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗防锈剂及其制备方法,尤其是一种无浮灰生成、防锈效果好、省时省力的丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
大型吨位丙烯酸反应器有160吨、180吨、200吨、220吨等不同规格,其反应罐体是采用厚度8~16mm的热轧钢板(Q235)下料后热辊压焊接成型,高9~12米,直径为Φ4~Φ6米,罐体内腔都安装有长3.6米~4.6米,直径Φ22~Φ36mm排列组焊的3800根冷拔钢管。为了不影响丙烯酸的反应合成质量,在丙烯酸生产前必须将反应器内腔壁板以及3800根钢管内外表面的油垢、焊接渣堆积物彻底清洗干净,同时还要在其表面形成完整连续结晶细密具有防护性(不与丙烯酸发生反应)的保护膜层,保证在清洗防锈处理后六个月内不再生锈。现有的处理工艺是:50℃24小时浸泡碱性脱脂→排废液→水冲洗→50℃24小时酸性除锈磷化转化→排废液→水冲洗→50℃12小时钝化处理→排废液→热水清洗→压缩空气高压枪吹干。虽然脱脂、除锈除氧化皮及磷化转化膜层质量均达标,但是在反应器内壁表面和钢管内外壁表面均形成一层浮灰,必须人工用抹布擦拭,不仅费时费力,而且因钢管细长,内壁表面的浮灰难以擦净。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种无浮灰生成、防锈效果好、省时省力的丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂,其特征在于由A剂和B剂构成,
A剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              磷酸                                                            40~60%
              氧化锌                                                        0.6~1.2%
              氯酸钾                                                        0.6~1.2%
              酒石酸                                                        0.8~1.8%
              硝酸镍                                                        0.6~1.2%
              植酸                                                            0.6~1.2%
              渗透剂                                                        0.1~0.4%
              钢铁表面处理剂                                        10~20%
              常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂        0.2~0.6%
              AEO-9                                                               0.1~0.3%
              太古油                                                        0.1~0.25%
              消泡剂                                                        0.1~0.5%
              水                                                                余量
B剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              植酸                                1~3%
              苯甲酸钠                        1.6~3.6%
              钢铁表面处理剂            5~12%
              碳酸氢铵                        1~2%
              三乙醇胺                        3~6%
              聚乙二醇                        2~4%
              消泡剂                            0.6~1.2%
              水                                    余量。
一种上述的丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述A剂按如下步骤制备:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速80转/分钟,然后依次将计算称量的磷酸、钢铁表面处理剂、氧化锌、硝酸镍、酒石酸、氯酸钾、植酸、渗透剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂、AEO-9、太古油、消泡剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,每加一种原料搅拌10~20min,全部原料加入后继续搅拌,直到溶液呈透明状绿色液体时,放料包装;    
    所述B剂按如下步骤制备:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60转/分钟,然后依次将计算量的苯甲酸钠、碳酸氢铵、钢铁表面处理剂、植酸、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、消泡剂加入到反应釜中,每加一种原料搅拌10~20min,全部原料加入后继续搅拌,直到溶液呈透明状浅绿色液体时,放料包装。
本发明是采用A剂在50℃的条件下,经过3~5小时的清洗化成处理,然后再使用B剂在50℃的条件下,经过2~3小时封闭钝化,不但各项指标均达到工艺要求,而且彻底解决了钢铁工件表面产生浮灰的问题,不需要人工擦拭,节约了大量的人力物力,又极大的缩短了清洗化成工艺时间,提高了反应器的产品质量。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
由A剂和B剂构成,A剂是清洗化成综合处理剂,B剂是封闭钝化剂。
A剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              磷酸                                                            40%
              氧化锌                                                        1.2%
              氯酸钾                                                        1.2%
              酒石酸                                                        1.8%
              硝酸镍                                                        1.2%
              植酸                                                            1.2%
              渗透剂(JFC)                                          0.4%
              钢铁表面处理剂                                        20%
             常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂         0.6%
              AEO-9                                                        0.3%
              太古油                                                        0.25%
              消泡剂                                                        0.5%
              水                                                                余量
B剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              植酸                                1%
              苯甲酸钠                        3.6%
              钢铁表面处理剂            12%
              碳酸氢铵                        2%
              三乙醇胺                        6%
              聚乙二醇                        4%
              消泡剂                            1.2%
              水                                    余量。
A剂按如下步骤制备:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速80转/分钟,然后依次将计算称量的磷酸、钢铁表面处理剂、氧化锌、硝酸镍、酒石酸、氯酸钾、植酸、渗透剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂、AEO-9、太古油、消泡剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,每加一种原料搅拌10~20min,全部原料加入后继续搅拌,直到溶液呈透明状绿色液体时,放料包装;所述B剂按如下步骤制备:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60转/分钟,然后依次将计算量的苯甲酸钠、碳酸氢铵、钢铁表面处理剂、植酸、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、消泡剂加入到反应釜中,每加一种原料搅拌10~20min,全部原料加入后继续搅拌,直到溶液呈透明状浅绿色液体时,放料包装。
所用原料均为市售产品,其中钢铁表面处理剂为大连三达奥克化学股份有限公司公开销售的产品,产品型号为SP-12,常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂是深圳市启杨龙科技有限公司的产品,产品型号为QYL-20。
实施例2:
由A剂和B剂构成,A剂是清洗化成综合处理剂,B剂是封闭钝化剂。
A剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              磷酸                                                            60%
              氧化锌                                                        0.6%
              氯酸钾                                                        0.6%
              酒石酸                                                        0.8%
              硝酸镍                                                        0.6%
              植酸                                                            0.6%
              渗透剂                                                        0.1%
              钢铁表面处理剂                                        10%
              常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂        0.2%
              AEO-9                                                               0.1%

实施例3:
由A剂和B剂构成,A剂是清洗化成综合处理剂,B剂是封闭钝化剂。

              酒石酸                                                        1.3%
              硝酸镍                                                        0.9%

              常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂        0.4%
              AEO-9                                                        0.2%
              太古油                                                        0.18%
              消泡剂                                                        0.3%
              水                                                                余量
B剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              植酸                                2%
              苯甲酸钠                        2.6%
              钢铁表面处理剂            9%
              碳酸氢铵                        1.5%
              三乙醇胺                        5%
              聚乙二醇                         3%
              消泡剂                            0.9%
              水                                    余量。
生产方法及原料同实施例1。
使用时,将实施例1、2或3的A剂用水配制成6%的浓度,做为脱脂除锈除氧化皮皮膜转化处理剂;将实施例1、2或3的B剂用水配制成8%的浓度,做为封闭钝化液。按照下列工序,应用于220吨丙烯酸反应器中。
工序:使用A剂50℃3~5小时脱脂除锈除氧化皮皮膜转化浸泡处理→将旧工作液泵抽导入第二个反应器→水冲洗→使用B剂50℃2~3小时封闭浸泡处理→将旧液泵抽导入第二个反应器中→压缩空气高压枪吹干内腔表面→充入3.5Kg/cm2的氮气封闭保存。
不但各项指标均达到工艺要求,防锈期可达六个月以上,而且反应器内壁表面和钢管内外壁表面均未形成浮灰。

Claims (2)

1.一种丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂,其特征在于由A剂和B剂构成,
A剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              磷酸                                                            40~60%
              氧化锌                                                        0.6~1.2%
              氯酸钾                                                        0.6~1.2%
              酒石酸                                                        0.8~1.8%
              硝酸镍                                                        0.6~1.2%
              植酸                                                            0.6~1.2%
              渗透剂                                                        0.1~0.4%
              钢铁表面处理剂                                        10~20%
              常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂        0.2~0.6%
              AEO-9                                                               0.1~0.3%
              太古油                                                        0.1~0.25%
              消泡剂                                                        0.1~0.5%
              水                                                                余量
B剂所用原料及质量百分比如下:
              植酸                                1~3%
              苯甲酸钠                        1.6~3.6%
              钢铁表面处理剂            5~12%
              碳酸氢铵                        1~2%
              三乙醇胺                        3~6%

2.一种如权利要求1所述的丙烯酸反应器内腔清洗防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述A剂按如下步骤制备:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速80转/分钟,然后依次将计算称量的磷酸、钢铁表面处理剂、氧化锌、硝酸镍、酒石酸、氯酸钾、植酸、渗透剂、常用喷淋脱脂专用无泡表面活性剂、AEO-9、太古油、消泡剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,每加一种原料搅拌10~20min,全部原料加入后继续搅拌,直到溶液呈透明状绿色液体时,放料包装;    
    所述B剂按如下步骤制备:将计算称量的水加入到反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60转/分钟,然后依次将计算量的苯甲酸钠、碳酸氢铵、钢铁表面处理剂、植酸、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、消泡剂加入到反应釜中,每加一种原料搅拌10~20min,全部原料加入后继续搅拌,直到溶液呈透明状浅绿色液体时,放料包装。
