Abstract

本发明涉及一种导热聚酰胺/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯合金,以重量份计,其组成为:PBT 50~60份;PA640~50份;导热填料30~40份;玻璃纤维10~20份;环氧树脂10~15份;E-MA-GMA5~8份;抗氧剂0.2~1份;润滑剂0.5~1份。其中导热填料为纳米MgO。该合金材料采取两步法制备,先将PA6、导热填料、环氧树脂、E-MA-GMA、抗氧剂和润滑剂共混制备母粒,再将母粒与PBT、剩余的抗氧剂和润滑剂、玻璃纤维共混。本发明在解决PBT和PA6相容性问题的前提下,该材料能够同时具备PBT和PA6的优点,解决PBT抗冲击韧性差以及PA6吸水性大的缺点,同时具备良好的导热性,应用领域广阔。

Description

一种导热聚酰胺/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯合金
技术领域
    本发明属于高分子复合材料领域,具体涉及一种导热PA/PBT合金。
背景技术
    PA6和PBT是汽车行业、家电、工业等领域广泛应用的工程塑料。聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)具有刚度好、强度高、耐热老化性优异、耐有机溶剂性好、易加工成型等优点,同时也具有冲击韧性差、在高温、高湿环境下易分解等缺点。聚酸胺6(PA6)具有优良的力学性能,并且耐磨性和自润滑性好,易成型加工,但PA6具有吸湿大、尺寸不稳定、成型收缩大的缺点。将两者制成合金,可改善PA6的吸水性和PBT的冲击脆性。 由于PBT与PA是不相容的,目前的研究主要集中在两者的相容性上,例如“罗筑,朱红,于杰,等.反应增容PA6/PBT共混体系聚集态结构与力学性能[J].高分子材料科学与工程,2008, 24(2):207-114”,但是由于 PBT和PA导热率低,随着产品要求的提高,这也限制了PBT/PA合金材料的应用领域。
发明内容
    本发明的目的在于提供一种具有导热性能的PBT/PA合金,可以减少零件因高温造成的局部变形,同时该合金材料具备良好的综合力学性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种PA/PBT合金,以重量份计,其组成为:
PBT           50~60份
PA6           40~50份
导热填料       30~40份
玻璃纤维       10~20份
环氧树脂       10~15份
E-MA-GMA     5~8份
抗氧剂         0.2~1份
润滑剂         0.5~1份
所述导热填料为纳米MgO;
所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂E-44或E-54中的一种;
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂2921中的一种或几种的混合物;
所述的润滑剂为硅酮粉、乙撑双油酸酰胺润滑剂EBO或乙撑双硬脂酰胺类EBS中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明制备方法:
第一步先将PA6、导热填料、环氧树脂、E-MA-GMA按配方比例、抗氧剂和润滑剂按照配方含量的一半,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,得到母粒,双螺杆从喂料口到机头共分为十个区,温度分别为:喂料口(一区)150-180℃,二区180-200℃,三区200-220℃,四区200-230℃,五区200-240℃,六区210-240℃,七区210-240℃,八区210-240℃,九区210-240℃,机头(十区)210-280℃,喂料转速15-50Hz,螺杆转速为150-450rmp,切粒机转速为200-800r/min;   
第二步将PBT、第一步制备的母粒以及剩余的抗氧剂、润滑剂按配方比例于高速混合机中混合均匀,玻璃纤维从侧喂料加入,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。喂料口(一区)150-180℃,二区180-200℃,三区200-220℃,四区200-230℃,五区210-250℃,六区220-250℃,七区220-270℃,八区220-260℃,九区220-260℃,机头(十区)220-260℃,喂料转速15-50Hz,螺杆转速为150-450rmp,切粒机转速为200-800r/min。
本发明采用PBT和PA6制备合金,在解决相容性问题的前提下,该材料能够同时具备PBT和PA6的优点,解决PBT抗冲击韧性差以及PA6吸水性大的缺点。
本发明采用环氧树脂与E-MA-GMA(乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物)作为复合相容剂,一方面环氧树脂对PBT与PA6是一种反应性增容剂,通过反应生成分子量更大的接枝共聚物,从而提高了PBT与PA6的相容性;E-MA-GMA上带有环氧基团和酸酐基团,亦能够同时与PBT和PA6上的酰胺基团、羧基和氨基反应,起到良好的增容作用,两者复合使用,能够增强合金的增容效果;另一方面,环氧树脂与E-MA-GMA中的环氧基团还可以通过反应增加PBT与MgO的界面黏结力,减小界面张力,同时减小分散相平均粒径,从而使合金材料达到较好的导热效果。
本发明制备过程中,先将PA6、导热填料、环氧树脂、E-MA-GMA、抗氧剂和润滑剂(按照配方含量的一半)共混制备母粒,可以增强导热填料在PA相中的浓度,同时在相容剂的作用下增强了导热填料在PA6中分散的均匀性,可以进一步增强材料的导热性能和力学性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
实施例1~3
以PBT/PA6为基体树脂,纳米MgO为导热填料,双酚A型环氧树脂E-44和E-MA-GMA为相容剂,玻璃纤维为增强材料,2921为抗氧剂,硅酮粉为润滑剂。

制备方法分为两步:第一步先将PA6、导热填料、环氧树脂、E-MA-GMA按配方比例、抗氧剂和润滑剂按照配方含量的一半,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,得到母粒,双螺杆从喂料口到机头共分为十个区,温度分别为:喂料口(一区)170℃,二区190℃,三区210℃,四区210℃,五区220℃,六区220℃,七区230℃,八区230℃,九区230℃,机头(十区)230℃,喂料转速30Hz,螺杆转速为350rmp,切粒机转速为500r/min;   
第二步将PBT、第一步制备的母粒以及剩余的抗氧剂、润滑剂按配方比例于高速混合机中混合均匀,玻璃纤维从侧喂料加入,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。喂料口(一区)170℃,二区190℃,三区210℃,四区220℃,五区230℃,六区240℃,七区240℃,八区240℃,九区240℃,机头(十区)240℃,喂料转速30Hz,螺杆转速为350rmp,切粒机转速为500r/min。
对上述实施例1~3进行性能测试(测试标准采用ASTM),结果如下表所示:

1.一种导热聚酰胺/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯合金,其特征在于,以重量份计,其组成为:
PBT           50~60份
PA6           40~50份
导热填料       30~40份
玻璃纤维       10~20份
环氧树脂       10~15份
E-MA-GMA     5~8份
抗氧剂         0.2~1份
润滑剂         0.5~1份
所述导热填料为纳米MgO;
所述环氧树脂为双酚A型环氧树脂E-44或E-54中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PA/PBT合金,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
第一步:先将PA6、导热填料、环氧树脂、E-MA-GMA按配方比例、抗氧剂和润滑剂按照配方含量的一半,放入高速混合机中混合均匀,采用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,得到母粒,双螺杆从喂料口到机头共分为十个区,温度分别为:喂料口150-180℃,二区180-200℃,三区200-220℃,四区200-230℃,五区200-240℃,六区210-240℃,七区210-240℃,八区210-240℃,九区210-240℃,机头210-280℃,喂料转速15-50Hz,螺杆转速为150-450rmp,切粒机转速为200-800r/min;   
第二步:将PBT、第一步制备的母粒以及剩余的抗氧剂、润滑剂按配方比例于高速混合机中混合均匀,玻璃纤维从侧喂料加入,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,喂料口150-180℃,二区180-200℃,三区200-220℃,四区200-230℃,五区210-250℃,六区220-250℃,七区220-270℃,八区220-260℃,九区220-260℃,机头220-260℃,喂料转速15-50Hz,螺杆转速为150-450rmp,切粒机转速为200-800r/min。
